When I asked the manager about it, he said they tried printing it a bunch of times and this was the best. So they knew it was a superior print job and tried to give it to me anyway. They did not call me to discuss other options, just provided a crap product. I asked to be refunded and the manager called the owner and I was told I'd be refunded. I was not. I was craving the sweet vanilla cream with Snickers and caramel, and quite frankly, I ended up going with something else that was kind of close to what I was craving, but nonetheless cold stones creamery delivered. I was quite shocked when I found out that this place closes at 2 AM. I've never heard of an ice cream store close this late. I wanna say when I first walked in it looked fine, but the staff members that were working we're not the tedious in the sense of like there was just so much going on and it didn't look neat or that like it was well presented for the customers . We did have one ice cream that required brownies and so it took a minute for us to get that. I did use two gift cards that I've been holding onto for God knows how long but I finally was able to use them. Parking in the plaza is fairly easy specially if it's not during busy hours . Have been going to this Coldstone for years. Our to go to order is always the everybodys banana icecream. This one comes with 6 mix ins although we usually only get like 3-4 of them. We always ask for the mix ins on the side as my family likes different mix ins with their icecream. We have always paid the same price until yesterday when i checked my receipt and had a charge for $10 for "open food" . I immediately questioned it and the staff stated that they charge for the mix ins when we ask for them on the side. I did mention to her that out of all the years I have been going there, I have never been told this nor have I ever been charged. I went to this Cold Stone Creamery seeking the nostalgic and delicious Cookies Doughnt You Want Some (replacing the fudge and caramel with brownie and cookie dough) that I used to enjoy so very much as a child and am so disappointed to say that Cold Stone Creamery simply isn't what it used to be. My pregnant wife asked for a sample of the banana ice cream and was given the strawberry ice cream.. when confronted, the worker simply said "the strawberry ice cream is good too". She said it was good, which is the only reason I'm giving this 2 stars instead of 1. He then made my order with the wrong base using sweet cream instead of vanilla, which I didn't realize but my wife did. When I told him he appeared confused but he did remake my ice cream, which I appreciate. The creamery was clean on the inside and out, which I also appreciate, and I'm hoping that I just caught this worker on an off day or something. Cold Stone is a great treat every once in a while but can definitely be a little too sweet for me. We come here very rarely but every time we do, the staff are always so friendly and helpful. I love the ice cream selections they have and they have so many different toppings! I really like their chocolate covered waffle cone bowl thing but even that can be too much. As soon as I walked in here with my 2 boys, we all right away noticed the horrific stench. Smells like spoiled milk/ spoiled ice cream... like really strong/bad. On top of that, the inside was very warm. Sure, It was a hot day, but that is why people go for ice cream, to cool off. As soon as you walk in an ice cream shop on a hot day, you should feel welcomed by cool AC air, or at least have some fans going on or something. On the contrary, you ever walk in a BR31 for example, or maybe even another CS location, and it's nice and cool, and smells of freshly baked waffle cones. Perhaps my expectation were too high. Maybe a cooler/freezer broke down and the smell was because some of the ice cream went bad, also maybe why the place was so hot. They were out of the yellow Minions ice cream which is the only reason my kids wanted to go there in the 1st place. So, I get it's a popular flavor, but if you have a popular flavor, be pro-active, think ahead of the game, have some back up. There is no inside seating, and outside there was one (1) table, so we just sat at the table in front of Starbucks, maybe all the tables are shared among the establishments there I don't know. 19.55 for 2 medium ice cream cups. Darn the employees for always upselling me on things! They're too good at their job I guess. I enjoy Cold Stone. But I don't go here often. Mainly because it just feels like thing here are slightly overpriced for what you get. Everything here is good quality and taste great, but it just feels like more of a treat than your average ice cream shop. Another thing is that because they're doing mix ins, the ice cream is a lot softer than others. Because of this, their food does not travel well. At all.
