So happy to have stumbled across Frozen Cow while looking for some post beach treats. Along with…read moreclassic flavors like pistachio, chocolate brownie, and rum raisin, there's also a lot of fun/unique flavors like lavender honey, oatmeal cookie, and cereal milk. There's also seasonal looking ones like street corn and chocolate chipotle. The options here are plenty! The quality of the ice cream is rich and well balanced. It's close to the quality and flavor of the infamous Salt & Straw in the city. While creamy, the flavors were bold and the texture of each serving we tried were smooth and rich. The chocolate mocha coffee toffee was my favorite on this trip, followed by the oatmeal cookie with its chunks of soft cookie and delightful hints of cinnamon. The Cookie Monster tasted like a frozen cookie and milk treat, though out of the 4 flavors we had it was the most subtle. Still a tasty treat nonetheless. The German chocolate cake was rich in chocolate and the bites of walnut and coconut were perfectly sized. I would definitely add some brownie toppings to it next time for some fun cake texture. All in all, this is a great place to stop by for some ice cream. The staff is super nice and the place looks well kept. A real good find indeed!

He initially sold his Italian ices from a truck, eventually opening his first retail location in 1949 on Port Richmond Ave. The business expanded under the leadership of Ralph's daughters, Lucile and Elise, who took over in 1966 and introduced new flavors. Today, Ralph's has expanded to over 79 locations across New York City, Long Island, and New Jersey, continuing a legacy of delicious Italian ices and other treats. " ( from website) I would travel a million miles just for these ices. What would make Fawn really happy.. you know.. open one up in her living room! Ralph's is located on 8 West Park Avenue, across from LIRR Long Beach station

My friend and I brought in a coupon for a free ice cream cone, no minimum purchase, no nothing…read morerequired but showing up, and were astonished to be told that the coupon covered only the cone. As in, literally, you only get a free empty cone. Oh, you wanted actual ice cream to go in that cone? That'll be seven dollars. It's a rather "clever" scam in that it does work in the short term: we did buy ice cream. However, for the longer term, it's a spectacularly stupid idea. My friend and I were so offended by this ludicrous deception that we will never be returning, and we've already been sharing with others how shady this business is. (People's jaws drop when I tell them what the coupon literally said vs. how the cashier interpreted the coupon's meaning.) Fool me once...welp, can't wait for the incoming Insomnia cookie place to open up a couple blocks away!

I only came here for the s'mores cookie, it was warmed up and soft but chewy. I think the prices…read moreare a bit high but the cookie is pretty big so it's somewhat worth it. Perfect cookie honestly, soft marshmallow middle, and a small piece of a chocolate bar stick on the top. From the first bite I couldn't stop eating it was so good. I finished the rest the next day as it is a very sweet cookie. Service was decent, I asked to try a flavor of ice cream and after tasting it and looking at the spoon there was a hair in the ice cream that was left on it, I assume it came from the person serving me. There was a lot going on inside so I just quietly threw it away and only purchased the cookie. No music playing inside, it's not that brightly lit in there either but I think that's for the better. I would return just to repurchase the s'mores cookie.
