I must say I was impressed I got the banana Carmel crunch, boy was it good. Freshly chopped bananas with a few almonds I believe. Topped with the sweet nectar of Carmel sauce. It was a great time. This place is small but customer service is great! They are nice and they are fast too! Very rich ice cream with lots of choices! There are many toppings, mix-ins and such. They have a specialties wall with recommendations on what to put with each ice cream. We usually have fun picking something new or different on the menu. My only set-back is the price is a bit steep, but they definitely make it up to you by giving a large portion. My personal favorite is the chocolate devotion (I LOVE chocolate). They do have many options like mint, fruit flavors and more though! We enjoy visiting this location from time to time. read more

Love the brand, that's why we visited. Store was dirty and we waited a ridiculously long time with no line in front of us. One girl stood there and did absolutely nothing while we waited. The other girl slowwwwwwwwwwly took our order, and was annoyed that she had to. Charged us for gummy bears and got one. One. They need to deep clean their store, top to bottom, and invest in teaching their staff customer service skills. Will not visit again. read more

On our travels to Columbus we stopped for ice cream at this location. The place was clean, workers were nice and prompt with preparing our cones. The servings were massive for the price! The bathroom was a little untidy, paper towel holder crooked on the wall and door handle close to broke but otherwise ok. I got the strawberry blonde which was very good however so large on the waffle cone I couldn't finish it. My boyfriend got some sort of chocolate delight in a dish and really enjoyed it. read more

Went an hour before close because my partner wanted ice cream. There were 3 girls working only 1 handling orders for in store customers, one on break, and another preparing delivery orders. The wait was to be expected however the consistency lacked in the product being prepared. A customer ahead of my partner and I received a very generous amount above the largest size available. When it came time for my partner to receive their product instead of doing the same, they tossed the extra product and gave significantly less. I'm thankful I didn't purchase anything because the inconsistency alone was disappointing. The girl handling the delivery orders was a bit more friendly and interactive which bumped the experience up to a 3 out of 5. Would not recommend the location, definitely other ice cream places with better and faster service. The location itself looks a bit dingy, flickering lights, and like the store could go for an all day deep clean. read more

As others stated product is good service sucks. My 12 year old figured out how to run this operation in 5 minutes. There were three employees there. As soon several customers walked in one bolted to the back. One was walking around behind the counter like she has been lost for years. The third employee in short. Good luck with you work life. All three were young so more than likely this is there first job. So most of the blame needs to be placed on General mangers, district manager, owner, and corporate. Went in with my family on a Saturday right before five. The place was clean and there wasn't a ridiculously long line but we waited for about 22 minutes because there was only one employee. She was nice and the servings were huge. I shared with my daughter! I would still probably go somewhere else though if you are wanting faster service. read more

There was only one employee on a day that was 65° in the beginning of March. The tables were messy, there were no napkins and it took 30 minutes to have our order taken. The only reason why I gave it two stars is because the employee was working hard! She was on fire and she was not stopping!She was also really nice and when it was our turn to order she was fast! You could see she was really trying and it's unfortunate her company set her up for failure. read more

Have been to this location before, service was okay but sloooooow. Today we went to try to waffle taco cinco de mayo special they emailed about to find the location closed. No lights, no signs as to why, called the service number on the door, they said they were supposed to be open. Even still have mother's day signage on door. I usually love Cold Stone... this is not a great location. We went in around 7 PM... it wasn't too busy, yet there was a long wait. We weren't greated when we walked in the door, and had to repeat our order several times while it was being made. I ordered a waffle cone, which is a rarity for me, and found out why... it was horribly stale. They also wouldn't stamp my rewards card because they no longer honor them... I didn't want to redeem one, but with buying 4 cones, I would have appreciated getting the credits. Although I will continue to eat at Cold Stone, I doubt it will be at this location. read more

Stopped here on our way back to Cleveland and overall fine experience. Every cold stone I've been to usually has a bit of a wait whether there are 3 customers in line or 30 because of the hand mix in's that they do. The workers were young but did an allergy scoop for me which was huge as a peanut allergy girl. Before coming here people should know that it will take some time to get their ice cream- don't come here if you are inpatient or in a rush, go to DQ across the street. I read more

Would love to give this place a good review, but can't because we didn't get service. Walked in at 3:20 on a Thursday. One family in there. No one came to help us. We waited 7 minutes. We saw the girl in the back doing paperwork but our attempts to get her attention fell on deaf ears. I visited my local Cold Stone on a Monday evening to purchase a 8" ice cream cake for my daughter's birthday. I had a $3.00 coupon and a $20.00 gift card that I wanted to use towards the purchase price. Upon arrival, I waited patiently for the one worker to finish making an order for the two customers ahead of me. After she had finished with the first one, the second one kindly told me I could go ahead of him since I was only purchasing a cake. I was told my total would be around $34.00. I gave the worker my coupon which took her a few minutes and a trip to the back to ask her manager how to deduct. When she accomplished deducting the coupon, I gave her my $20 gift card. She swiped the card several times, and it kept getting denied. She made another trip to the back to ask her manager who had yet to come out to assist with anything and was told that I had to call the number on the back of the card to "figure out the problem." So after more than five minutes on the phone and apologizing to the the man who had allowed me to go in front of him, the card service agent instructed me to tell the worker to enter it as a split tender. The worker tried entering the gift card first before my second form of payment and that didn't work. I had to suggest she try the opposite because she told me at that point that my gift card which did in fact have $20 on it was unusable. Finally, after taking my cash portion and then entering the gift card it worked. At the very end this long drawn out debacle, the manager comes out from the back, never says a word to me, does something with the cash drawer, and goes back to the back room. After all said and done, I will drive to a different location before I purchase anything from Cold Stone (if I do) again. Not willing to help figure solution at all! read more

OMG AMAZING service. Always grinding out the ice cream no matter how long the line is! In and out within 5mins with the most delicious ice cream out there. I always leave a $10 tip no matter how much it little I spend. I know they get paid minimum wage if not less so tips is all they really rely on. Love all of the workers there. Great food and amazing service, the waits can be long but the 2-3 workers that are usually in there work as quick as they can and greet everyone with contagious excitement! I came in about 2 weeks back, waited only 3 minutes but still the girl behind the counter was very apologetic about my short wait. I was not sure what I wanted and told the girl that I like oreos, she immediately gave me multiple suggestions and was happy to help me come to a final decision. I also noticed one of the workers run out and sanitize everything which makes me feel so much more comfortable during these times. Cold Stone on Stringtown road is definitely worth the visit! With 22 people in line, the 2 employees are busy working on online and Ubercart orders for 20 minutes before even looking up to see that they have a line to the door. We had a mistake with our order from this location yesterday (two of the same pints were delivered instead of my fiancé's order plus mine--and as luck would have it, we got double of his), and I left feedback via this website about the experience right at the store's closing. This afternoon the store manager, Emily, called and was so kind and so apologetic, even though it wasn't her fault, a simple error that easily could have been made by us all. However, wow, it does always feels great as a customer when your business appears valued and the effort to do right by a mistake is made. We appreciate her sending the original order our way today, particularly while quarantined...and a girl can only listen to so much Call of Duty being played without the emotional support of ice cream. Always a solid, positive experience here. The flavors are high quality, the ice cream is nice and creamy and they have lots of great toppings! I love how they knead the ice cream with the toppings before serving. It makes it even creamier and easier to eat! The other night for whatever reason I thought I would try their strawberry milkshake because it looked really good even though I don't like strawberry milkshakes. It was out of this world. Absolutely perfect. Thick and creamy, but just thin enough to drink through a straw, and tons of real strawberry flavor. Not any of that fake stuff. I know we have a ton of great home town ice cream places, but if I'm ever in the mood for ice cream and not near one, Cold Stone always satisfies. read more
