I have been stopping at this Starbucks for quite some time. Originally, the staff was very friendly and the coffee was always great. In the area for auto service that ran longer than expected. Went here to kill time. Big changes from my last visit here. The person who took our order was more interested in a conversation with coworker than taking our order. Our order was correct. The iced coffee was very weak. This location is still our favorite around Grove City. They are continuously fast, friendly and accurate. They also do a great job of keeping items in stock (unlike other locations in the area). The white mocha was perfect today, good flavor and temp. The tomato mozzarella panini is one of my favorites (I highly recommend it, especially if you are not a big meat eater). It has tomatoes, spinach and mozzarella in it! Our daughters love the double smoked bacon sandwich and the bacon egg bites (egg sous vide). They devour them both! I've only recently visited any Starbucks again after a long hiatus. I really do like many of their products. I went into this Starbucks for 2 decaf iced coffees. It was late - around dinner time...so there was no need for caffeine. Problem was...they didn't have any decaf iced coffee. They did, however, have decaf espresso...so they sold me on that. I asked for one without milk and the other with just the espresso and ice. I forgot to ask for sugar in the one with milk, so I spoke to the barista and asked her to add the sugar to that one. When the drinks were ready, they both had milk...ok, fine. I asked which one had the sugar...she didn't remember that. No biggie...at least we had a couple of beverages. Overall a decent Starbucks. Waited for over an hour and a half on my coffee and went through five different couriers on Uber eats only to find out that Starbucks gave away my coffee to someone else. After making a phone call into the store they informed me that they let each of the couriers know to cancel my order because somebody already took my coffee. Poor communication all around and if the courier wasn't getting paid for to deliver my order any longer then it's not their responsibility to let me know that my order was stolen by another person. Very rude on the phone and I do not appreciate the disrespect all the way around and now I will not be able to have a coffee before work. Makes me think twice about ever coming to the store again. So frustrating that every time I come here for coffee it taste burnt and bitter! I usually order a white mocha chocolate hot, and it never taste good from here. I go to the one inside Kroger at 665 and it's perfect, I go one in Dublin, it's perfect. Not sure what is going on here but very unfortunate. Part of the appeal of this Starbucks in particular is sentimental to me. Since I live near Cincinnati this is the perfect mid trip stop on the way to Columbus or Cleveland. It is tradition to stop here any time I am traveling up north. They are efficient and friendly. Their drinks and service have always lived up to what I have come to expect from Starbucks. I live around many starbucks, and this isn't the closest one to me, however, I always choose to go to this one over the other two. They have never, ever gotten my order wrong, they have the best customer service, and the wait times are reasonable!! They really take time to make sure their customers are satisfied. I also work in the food industry and understand how difficult it can be, and they're just truly the best. If I could give them ten stars I would. As a former Starbucks barista of 2.5 years, I have fairly high standards for current partners and stores. There are things all Starbucks employees are taught right from the get-go and that I think should be seen whenever I go in to a store that's new to me. That being said, I like this location - for the most part. The staff is overall friendly and nice (though I have heard one or two of them blatantly making fun of a customer for asking a question that really wasn't stupid at all), the store is always clean, they are fast and polite regardless of whether you choose the drive-thru or the cafe. But it's a little crowded and the inside line is hard to navigate. They've got those line organizing ropes up but they don't seem to do anything but make it feel even more cramped. Now I know that isn't their fault, but it sure is annoying. The drinks I've had have always been prepared the way I like them and I always receive them quickly. read more

Starbucks to me is like McDonalds, I only ever stop in when I'm traveling and desperate for caffeine or the restroom. Starbucks is my stop of choice because it's practically guaranteed to be clean and significantly nicer than any McDonalds or most other places one could stop. I love coffee but I can't stand Starbucks so this review is *not* for the product but for the actual location. The coffee is pretty much the same at all locations anyway. The staff at this location were friendly, the building was very clean (including the restroom) although it was pretty cramped. Every time I come here, I always have a bad experience. When they had the Raspberry swirl pound cakes, I wanted to order one and they wouldn't let me because they were ALL "stale". Also, the staff always has a shitty attitude. They are very rude. And it seems like they always mess up someone's order when I'm second in line in the drive thru so I have to sit there for a good 10 minutes. Seriously, I cannot say enough about this place. First of all, it is is ran so smoothly. They work well as a team and they know what they are doing. They like to laugh and have fun which creates a great atmosphere. I was having a bad day and they made me feel so much better. The next time I went it to purchase something, they gave me a great coupon and let me charge my phone with one of their blocks as I had lost mine! I am a huge fan of Starbucks but simply can't catch a break at this location. I just had my third struck today and I am now done! Two weeks ago I went to the drive through and had cash only(my husband forgot to give me my card back from previous day). It was about 430 in the afternoon and I waited around seven minutes before I was able to order. Then, after ordering I waited an additional eight minutes before I reached the window. My order was just shy of $10 and I attempted to pay with a $50 bill. I was told they didn't have change and I informed them I did not have any other form of payment. They told me they were unable to help me which I find extremely hard to believe that they did not have $40 in cash. So after 16 minutes wasted I left without anything! A week later I drove back through on my way to work since it is very convenient. I ordered a latte for myself and a coffee with cream and two sugars for my boss. When I arrived at the office, I realized that his coffee black which he did not drink. Then today, I naïvely went back on my way to the offsite meeting. I ordered a caramel frappe with two shots of espresso and a blueberry muffin. After pulling away I first realized that I wasn't given a straw for my drink. Then after opening my muffin I received a chocolate muffin not blueberry which I am not a fan of. Finally, when I arrived to the meeting and was able to find a straw I tasted my drink which I would bet money on it did not include any additional espresso based on taste and color. Honestly I visit Starbucks three or more times a week and will continue to be a dedicated customer but I will no longer at that location and I'm very disappointed in the service and products I received every time. read more
