I came to this Cold Stone location after dinner one day as I have been eagerly waiting to try the new Mario and Luigi themed ice cream! It's called the "Superstar Sprinkle Bash" and is made with cake batter ice cream, vanilla cake pieces, blue frosting, and sprinkles. I am a (self declared) cake batter connoisseur so I love trying all the items flavored like cake batter. I give this creation a 9/10! I subtracted a point because it turned my mouth blue I should've expected that, but I was too excited to think that far ahead! The cake batter flavor was on point and I would still order this again...just as long as me having a blue mouth won't hinder the rest of the day This Cold Stone location also has a display case filled with different kinds of candies such as toffee, truffles, chocolate covered pretzels and more. All of the ice cream seemed fresh. I appreciate they offer a dairy free option for those with allergies. I sampled it and it was very tasty! However, it is really unfortunate that someone with a dairy intolerance or allergy can not have any mix ins since the cold stones are not cleaned in between orders. My creation was made in the same spot as the person in front of me. The workers scrape away what they can from previous orders, but I did notice some chocolate pieces in my non-chocolate order. For me I can get over it as I do not have any known allergies, but someone with severe allergies and sensitivities would be at risk of a reaction. I did not think to ask how they handle allergies, but I will try to remember that next time I visit. I did notice many employees were in the back when only one person was handling the after dinner rush of guests. I'm sure the back was handling online orders and cakes, but I felt bad for the one girl handling a long line of people. Great friendly staff. The young ladies were very knowledgeable about the products and when I didn't want sugar flakes or whatever they were (lol) added into my ice cream the young lady gave me a great suggestion. Today was my daughter's 10th birthday, I ordered her the Mario novelty cake from this location via postmates due to the pandemic and not being able to get around as much as I could before. Anyways, the cake cost around $50 $60 bucks. When I received it, it was plain...like a cake I could of got from a grocery store for 10 bucks. I was upset because the cake was nothing like in the picture and I spent more than what I would have on a cake so...plain...just the star sprinkles across it. When I called, the women to whom I spoke to on the phone had told me that it was a promotional thing and that they ran out of toys a long time ago. I wish I would have known that before hand. I do NOT recommend this Cold Stone location. My mom decided to order two cakes to celebrate Father's Day and my brother's 16th birthday. Because we typically order from this Cold Stone, there seemed to be no reason to double check the order, BUT that was obviously a mistake. The young lady at the location did not ask my mom to review the cakes prior to paying and rudely packaged them up. My mom tried calling for a manger TWICE and was hung up on. So, she went ahead and sent a message to corporate TWICE. Moving forward, this location will obviously not be receiving our business. I highly advise for anyone looking to order a cake for their loved ones to think very carefully because the individuals do not take care in ensuring the customers are happy with their purchase. It's pretty pathetic actually. AND IF YOU AS AN EMPLOYEE HAVE AN ATTITUDE, GET ANOTHER JOB. People are sick and tired of paying for horrible service from people that do not seem to want to work. Sooo sloooowwwww!! There was a huge line tonight and five people behind the counter but they were working so inefficiently. I'm giving it two stars because my ice cream was fine, but my husband's was not. He got the dark chocolate ice cream and it tasted like it was made incorrectly. It had a watered down flavor and he even had a chunk of cocoa powder in it. For $11 we got one decent ice cream and one that had to be thrown away it was so weird tasting. Pretty pricey for a ice cream place, we won't be going back. read more

Had a dark chocolate ice cream without any add-ons. I am a chocolate lover so figured I couldn't go wrong, as it looked like gelato quality in appearance. It was very bland if not slightly off-tasting. I only had a few bites, and one bite contained a small pocket of cocoa powder, so i assume that's how they made it with just cocoa powder and watered down cheap ice cream. Definitely the cheapest quality ice cream I've had in a long time. read more
