Seeing the line out the wazoo at Edible Arrangements next door, we popped on by here instead. We didn't really notice this location had opened up here, but it'll be a nice edition to the shopping center especially during the summer. The first thing I want to tell you: prices make sense here. We've been to the Augusta location are prices are weird - all the same price regardless of size. This location does offer a kid size as well, which was a pretty decent for a toddler. We entered the establishment and weren't greeted as we walked in. There were three employees working but one was focusing on cakes. So we hop in line and wait. Service was pretty slow, and the line grew longer after us. They had a variety of flavors to choose from but the two we were hoping for, Pistachio and Oreo filling, were not available. We go with coffee and sweet cream which is a pretty safe back up choice if y'all were expecting the other two as well. They sing a little when tipped, they offer military discount, but the offer listed on the check in is not suppose to be given out anymore. We were told it was suppose to be only for their opening, which was sometime late last year. We'll probably stick with Bruster's, but won't rule it out completely come summer time heat. read more

The freshly made chocolate ice cream with oreo cookies was indulgent and delicious. The store associate let me sampled three flavors. The dark chocolate flavor tasted also great. Ice cream cakes were sold in three freezers at the front. The seating are was large. The store was located near Edible and Belk. It was easy to park on the shopping center parking lot. read more

I would love Cold Stone Creamery to explain why they feel like it's okay to allow customers to break the mask rule (I honestly don't care if someone chooses to wear a mask or not) but will not allow an 8 month pregnant woman to use their restrooms due to covid. When I asked them why they just gave a blank stare. The ice cream was super soft (almost melting as soon as we got it and it wasn't hot outside) but tasted fine. I think the waffle bowls are suppose to be crunchy but mine was soft. It could have been stale because we were there towards the end of the day. So you will not enforce the mask policy but will not allow a pregnant woman who was wearing a mask to use your bathroom. She would have been in and out of the restroom in less time than the 4 customers without masks on, standing within 6 feet of everyone, was able to get their ice cream. I understand you can't force someone to wear a mask but you could have allowed the poor woman to use the restroom. Thank goodness for the restaurant near by. They allowed the 8 month pregnant woman,with a mask on, to use their bathroom. Totally disappointed in your response and your staff for not providing decent customer service. read more

Would give a zero if possible. Have ordered with the app before. Tonite I placed and order for 4 items and $32 and change. Confirmed order was placed, account debited for the amount. My son went to pick up and they say they have no record of the order. Asked for confirmation email, which I sent. They said that was not good enough, and completely ghosted my son. Deleting the app and will not order again. Rude management, unreliable app, poor customer service. read more

Ice cream was good. We asked for ice water and were refused. Manager/owner was very rude and actually raised his voice when I asked again since we had just bought ice cream and birthday candles. He said since they sell water and aren't a restaurant giving free tap water was impossible. Maybe charge $0.25 if the price of the cup is an issue. Times are hard for ice cream shops in the winter-- I get it. But I've never been talked to like that at a place of business. I needed a cake for our daughter's 5 month day, but I couldn't leave the house. I was able to put the order to have it delivered, and then the store was even able to add a candle and words on the cake for me over the phone. They were very accommodating and the cake was delicious! Our daughter is too little to eat cake yet but we're all very happy, thank you guys! read more

Very good ice cream and super fly service. The ice cream artists are really good and they are very friendly when creating your masterpiece. They serve waffle bowls from a heated oven so your waffle bowl is a little warm with the ice cream. The entire squad also sings a song when you leave a tip so be sure to always leave a tip. I am bit concerned as I noticed during my visit to this Cold Creamery location that the employees do not wear gloves. This is a sanitation issue and I, personally, prefer to avoid public establishments that do not practice good sanitation habits like wearing gloves, in addition, to washing hands with warm soapy water alongside intermittent hand sanitizer use in between washing hands at the sink. Keep it up if your intention is to spread a norovirus anytime soon. Cleary management needs to revisit "Cleanliness 101" in the employee manual. Wonder what the Columbia County Health Department will think of this. read more
