Strawberry Passion - Ready Now

I'm never ordering a cake from cold stone again. This is by far the ugliest cake I have ever seen. It looks like somebody rushed to get this done with no effort. It looks like the cake came from the Vietnam war that got torn and slapped by the cake maker. The cake is tilting like the tower of Pisa. DO NOT ORDER A CAKE FROM THIS COLD STONE.

Mudslide mojo

Mudslide mojo in the "like it" size. It had coffee ice cream, fudge sauce, peanut butter, oreo and roasted almonds. $5.50 with military discount

Excellent service

I never have a bad experience here! I absolutely love the service and product!! Even when I order delivery I get the food correct! Stars every time. A smile goes a long way! --seems all of the bad reviews are during the pandemic, which is a shame because I'm sure the employees are busy busy. Hope people bring more kindness into their hearts.

Order details

Ordered online and was told to wait 20-25 mins to pick up order. When I arrived the employee claimed she never got the order. Took another 20 minutes before I had the order in hand. One person working in the store so I can assume orders piled up - no big deal, except that she wouldn't take the screen shots of the order details, confirmation #, and estimated pickup time as proof of order and payment. Luckily the manager happened to show up and validated that I had in fact already paid. So an hour from order to eating my overpriced melted ice cream. Also, realized when I thought about it later that she wasn't wearing gloves. Luckily she used the spatulas to mix the ice cream.

Top cake was from cold stone and it was a terrible cake

Had a custom cake made here. First off the owner didn't get back to me until I called multiple times. The owner up charged me by claiming it had to be done on the largest cake they had. The picture was not even centered. The owner claimed to put sprinkles all over the side in our phone conversation. Yet when I received the product there were no sprinkles and it was placed in a container 3x it's size so it slide around. Also it was supposed to be Oreo icecream yet it was mainly vanilla. Thankfully it was for a 3 year olds party. Will not return ever again for a cake. Not only that but the owner freaked me out by creeping up to me in the parking lot in his personal pickup truck asking me how I liked the cake. I think he spy's on his employees. I really did not have a good experience with this and he up charged me to $45 for a cake that was terrible.

Lots of things to chose from; many flavors, toppings, hot desserts, drinks. They have a bunch of cakes and ice cream containers ready to go home. Friendly service.

Was supposed to say Happy Birthday Alex & Sluggo. Top of cake is lumpy.

Terrible customer service, waffle cone was stale, and ice cream was melted. A complete waste of time & money.

Upon entering, the young woman showed us 2 cases of Hershey's ice cream, and one of fresh homemade ice cream, just made in-house. She also showed me another freezer chest with pints and quarts of other homemade flavors. I was definitely all about the homemade stuff. Got two scoops, Oreo and Peach! I had checked their social media to see posts about the fresh peaches they just got for the ice cream, it was really good! They post regularly, so check that out for their latest flavors! Loved the Oreo too... that was my toddler's favorite. Huge portions! I could not finish it all. My toddler liked the pictures on the walls, especially the posters of a kitten and a giraffe eating ice cream. Cheesy but adorable touch! The young woman who helped us was so kind and sweet... explained all the flavors and said we could sample if we weren't sure. She was in the middle of talking to us when some male employee appeared, took over in an authoritarian way, with no discussion with the woman, and just gave our total, like "where's the money" all brusque and pushy. That young woman was personable and deserves 10 stars; the guy was obnoxious. I wanted to tip the young woman but they don't let you do it with c-card, and I had no cash. So bring cash for tips! I didn't see Mommom... is she fictional or real? Or a spirit watching over us? Any which way, I'm happy I stopped, and will definitely visit again! Tip-- if you want lunch or dinner, stop at the Little Grocer nextdoor. They too have great reviews!

I settled on two scoops (absolutely huge scoops) a scoop of coffee Oreo and a scoop of monster (the blue at the top). I'm an ice cream lover and this did not disappoint. Can't wait to get more this summer.

My girlfriends and I used to go to the San Diego and Las Vegas locations for brunch all the time back in the day. Sadly, this is one of the last sugar factories standing The food is a little tourist trap- ish. But, I'm not complaining. It's a whole experience. The service is usually where I have an issue. It's very hit or miss. We will have a great server, or a bad one. No in between lol. The server I had last week was great. All the servers that weren't even working my table kept walking by checking on me. The drinks is where this place shines. They have the huge bowls that come out with dry ice that are good for 2 people. The martinis? Chefs kiss. They do have a separate bar outside of the restaurant on the casino floor Also, it's the SUGAR factory. If you don't like sweet drinks, this place probably isn't for you. Myself? The sweeter the better! The milkshakes are delicious and some you can upgrade with being spiked with alcohol I usually come here for a few drinks after a big win since it's inside a casino (the drink menu is extremely large) I ordered the- mint chocolate martini $17 The famous pairing of mint and chocolate is elevated to a tasty new level making this mixture a favorite among chocolate connoisseurs. Delicious Raspberry sin $17 This sinful treat will tease your taste buds. It's made with juicy red raspberries and white chocolate with a fluffy white cloud floating on top. I'm usually not a fan of raspberry, but this was delicious And the- Coconut cream pie $17 A perfect blend of creamy coconut with a distinct hint of caramel topped with light and fluffy whipped cream and toasted coconut flakes. This decadent dessert martini will make you think we slid a slice of fresh baked pie straight into your glass. Cheers and good luck! P.S tons of cute photo ops

The person who ate the cookies actually said we should've gone to Starbucks instead. Definitely not what I expected from an establishment that specializes in cookies.
