I asked her why it's not stringy and she said "I just scooped it" and didn't offer any consolation for why it's not true spaghetti ice. My husband's ice cream came with toppings (according to the price board) and she did not ask if he wanted any toppings. On top of that, the cookie dough was room temp. Overall, we are very disappointed in both the customer service and the products they have here. It was $15 for room temp cookie dough and scooped ice cream. We will not be returning.
