I recently visited Cold Stone and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience due to the customer service I received from an employee named Brooklyn. From the moment I walked in, she seemed uninterested and unwelcoming. There was no greeting, and when I asked a question about the flavors, her response was curt and dismissive. It felt like I was inconveniencing her just by being there. The attitude was unprofessional, and she made no effort to provide even basic customer service. Located in a very obscure shopping center on Northern Lights Blvd, Google Maps is accurate in giving directions. Cold Stone is in the corner of the center with ample amount of parking stalls. Went on a weekday at around 4 PM, after school and after work hours, so we were greeted by tons of families and schoolkids in line. About 10 people deep with people still coming in. I waited because I needed to have Cold Stone since it closed down in my state haha. Two staff members, both teenagers, very slow and not your traditional Cold Stone staffers. No singing or rythmic mixing of your ice cream. They just mixed your ingredients together, no chopping or even spreading. Got Birthday Cake Remix and it was BOMB! Took them about two minutes to make my cup and check me out but these kids were overwhelmed. Because this Cold Stone location also does Grub Hub delivery they were having trouble prioritizing orders. Pricing is the same as youd remember it. No inflation yet. Id go back for the sake of the ice cream flavors and unique combinations just at a different time so the staff can be more attentive. read more

We love ice cream so we are pretty easy to please. The staff are always willing to accommodate our requests - I think that is Cold Stone's thing though! We've gone a few times when they've been crazy busy - in those situations the staff seem pretty short and flustered. Other than that, we love it! read more

The dinning area is mostly clean depending on weather-foot-traffic-floor-issues because of only one person. The customer service is personable and helpful. The ice cream is tasty, sweet, made to order, and if you eat in on the premises while standing - zero calories and zero sugar - or at least I saw that somewhere on the internet so it must be true. Went online at 7:55 and placed an order for 3 ice creams, and the pick-up time was for 8:12 pm. We arrived at 8:05 and got into line to get our order and was told that the other girl was working on it now. As we stood at the end of the counter the girl that was making our ice cream went into the back to turn off the water and put some chemicals into her hand and then threw it into the sink. She came back out to finish our order and did not wash her hands. My sister asked if she could wash her hands after handling chemicals and was given a dirty look and she went to the sick and washed her hands. Our order was not completed until 8:40 pm. And one of the orders was wrong. She was more worried about cleaning than making ice cream. I definitely will not be back. read more

I love CSC. They make great ice cream. I don't really care if the high schooler serving me is smiling or singing as long as they give me the right items. Their packing for delivery is surprisingly good ans travels well. They do get busy if there is a line because they only have 2-3 employees on staff but I've never waited more than 10 minutes with a line. We pre ordered a birthday cake for our child, four days prior to our childs birthday. We were told it was going to be ready at 2pm. We went to pick it up and they never made it. They never offered to fix the issue and said oops we are sorry. They never offered fix the problem. We had included a tip in the purchase and had to argue to get returned to us as well as the refund. This was honestly the most pitiful visit I've ever had here. I have fond memories of cold stone as a kid, and never have the chance to stop by here. Yesterday, I went in around 8:45/8:50pm-- your hours say you're open until 10pm but maybe you have holiday hours until 9pm? Not sure, but either way-- the two individuals you had working were the worst employees I've ever interacted with. The girl, who wore glasses, jumped over the counter-- visibly annoyed, while saying out loud "I'm jumping the line I don't even care." Turned off the open sign, jumped back over. The gentleman that worked with her, did not want to be there-- it was painfully obvious. We asked how he was, he gave us a deadpan state, asked what we wanted. As he is making my friend's order, the girl asks who is next-- mind you, there wasn't but maybe four people in there-- and I start to order. She cuts me off, and says "you came in with her so he's going to do your order, not me." And I'm like-- "um, okay?" And she promptly ignores me. Never coming back to this location, and I suggest you hire people that actually give a damn, and actually treat people with kindness. Was kind of disappointed when the gal got upset with me that I had military discount and she had to change up some things in the computer. My 2 star review comes down to this: There weren't many people in line as customers, but the counter was filled with confused employees all under the age of 18. Took a while to get one of them to help me since they were busy talking and playing around. 2 ice creams, one of which with no toppings whatsoever, $17 bucks. Huh!? My two fiends and I decided around 9:30pm that we wanted some ice cream. We called this Cold Stone location and asked what time they closed. The girl said 10pm so we hopped in the car and off we went. We walked through the threshold of the door at 9:48pm and started looking at the ice cream. The girl working informed us that the cold stones were turned off and warm so they'd only be able to serve us ice cream with toppings on top, no mix ins. We looked at our phones to check the time and then the hours of operation on the door. It was 11 minutes until their supposed closing time, but they were unable to offer their full product. The mix ins made on the "cold stone" are their staple and why people come there. If they can't offer that, are they really open? Long story short, if you advertise that you are open until 10pm it's only right to serve ice cream (using your cold stone) until 10pm. Contrary to some of the other reviews, the employees were very nice about telling us they couldn't offer us cold stone ice cream with mix ins, but they should change their advertised hours if they won't honor them. read more

I love Cold Stone! This Cold Stone was so...blah. It was in a strip mall type building. It was so small and so not clean. When you have such a small area, you need to keep it clean or its just really noticeable. The staff were young kids, but very nice. The place just seemed really not cared for, as far as Cold Stones go. We must be spoiled in Oklahoma. The ice cream was great tho. read more

Usually the customer service and ice cream is great at this location. Slow when busy due to being understaffed, but the employees are always polite and helpful. Tonight there was a guy and a girl working together. I didn't catch their names, but the guy needs some customer service classes. His customer service was deplorable. He literally sighed multiple times because he had to help me. They were almost out of chocolate ice cream and he dropped part of what was left making my order even smaller because he was too busy pouting. He didn't mix it up properly either. He didn't even try to be friendly. I was just an inconvenience. Apparently he doesn't understand that having customers come into the store is how he earns a paycheck. read more
