I asked her why she laughed and she expressed "cause I'm gonna have to make them now" um hate to break it to you babe but that's your literal job??? I did feel bad since she was the only one behind the counter at the time, so I changed my order from 6 to 4 bubble teas. I sat down with my sister and we watched as 3 other parties ordered and received their drinks while we still waited for ours. After quite the wait, I went to the pickup area to ask if our drinks were ready yet and they were ready, just sitting there for a while. I guess she didn't think to notify us that our drink is ready? I mean she saw us waiting so I don't know why she couldn't let us know. Such blatant disregard for customer's time. Maybe I'm spoiled by the amazing service I get at Chaiwala. I kind of regret going here today because on top of that, one of my bubble teas was filled literally halfway. I get that I ordered a regular size for two of the drinks and maybe they only had large cups but even then, what I received was waaaay less than what the regular cup holds. And this regular sized drink had waaaay less bubble tea than the other regular sized drink I ordered. I don't know if she did that on purpose or out of spite... but it did feel like it. Just look at the pictures I attached and see for yourself. Also, I asked for no ice and it definitely had ice in it. And as if it couldn't get any worse, my brown sugar milk tea was just milk with a tiny amount of brown sugar at the bottom. I defffffinitely did not get what I paid for and it really is disappointing. After such a long wait I didn't want to mention anything, so I took the drinks and left. But looking back, I really should have requested a refund. It was abysmal and I shouldn't have received such horrible products because I'm a paying customer like everyone else! It's astonishing how bad that one cashiers service was, I really think the owner should train his staff on common courtesy, it's not his fault but it's impacting his business. But I will say the other staff members are generally friendly and have great service, so maybe just train this girl. A couple of friends and neighbors here and there have also mentioned moments of off-putting service they experienced here, or similar inconsistencies with the product FYI.

I also picked up a peach dragon fruit drink and a jasmine tea. Idea k the dragon drink once I got home and hubby and I had the banana pudding for dessert. DELICIOUS! I am saving my jasmine tea for tomorrow am bc I have an early all day event to get to. So I have something ready. It wasn't busy when I went today since it was mid afternoon time. Indeed, this Ralph's is priced higher than competitor Rita's. (I have never visited The Lemon Ice King of Corona due to the inaccessibility location via mass transit. Thus, I cannot make a juxtaposition for comment). I am willing to pay for high quality of ingredients, good taste and abundance for quantity. Ralph's is my ultimate brand of Italian ice to seek and intake - Uncle Louie G comes second and nothing else. Ralph's always have a extensive menu of flavors for classic Italian Ice (water ice), cream ice (sherbet), ice cream, smoothies, and "Tornados" (blended treats). Italian ice made correctly without any pieces of ice and water at the bottom of the cup for the flavor to be diluted. I am old school traditional conservative and choose my default favorite type: classic Italian water ice. I ventured here on a cold day during the Christmas 2025 season rather than during a hot stifling summer day. At day's end it was a sweet phlegmatic ephemeral moment. Customer service is very attentive, efficient, courteous and polite as I was the only patron in the house. I've learned that (I think) most Ralph's locations will be closed during the winter months and re-open March 2026 since Italian ice and ice cream is a seasonal operating business. Oh! I always enjoy Italian ice year round and wished it were open year round which their website claims "fat free & cholesterol free." Space is large for patrons to order, wait and order pick-up for this location. I like the large wall-to-wall decal mural which is specific to the Forest Hills locale as it was my one-time former residence. There is one in-door bench which I sat to thoroughly intake to enjoy my sweet treat. I did receive a sales receipt. I would gladly visit again for watermelon, strawberry, mango, orange and cherry flavors. Small peach Italian ice, $6.19 The scooping for this small cup is large and very abundant. The flavor taste like summer's peach flair which contains actual pieces of peach fresh fruit. It does not contain dried processed fruit. Wow! It is a justifying sweet ending for a long haul arduous bitter day. Ralph's accurate correctively produces Italian ice as a wondrous delight which is thoroughly satisfying to the taste.
