I recently visited Mango crepes and more with my family, excited to treat them to something sweet, and I had my service dog with me. l've been a regular customer for quite some time, though usually I order to go. This time, we wanted to enjoy our treats on-site. When I showed the staff my service dog's scannable ID, which is ADA-compliant and has always been accepted at other NYC restaurants, I was met with unexpected resistance. Two staff members, rather than simply scanning the ID, insisted on seeing a physical card. The interaction left a lot to be desired their attitude was dismissive and unfriendly. It was disappointing to be treated this way, especially when l've never faced an issue with presenting the ID at other places. I understand the need to verify, but the staff could have approached the situation more professionally.

    7. Mango Waffle and Traditional Crepe

Hands down I am a crepe lover and absolutely go out of my way to try different places for crepes. Past by here few times but never got a chance to go until one day randomly my brother drove me there. We got #7 waffle which is $8.25+$1.75 for 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream and traditional crepe for $7.99. They have sweet and savory crepes, fruit salads, waffles, juices, coffee, tea, soda, and shakes. The waffle was good but it wasn't worth $10 for sure I know how good $10 crepes are!!! The traditional crepe was decent but again not worth the price and sadly it didn't even have ice cream for the price paid I expected better. Parking situation- ugh it's queens so parking is awful. It's hard to get a spot but with waiting around and being lucky can surely get one. Prices- this place is pricy compared to my favorite spots like tornado and Tswirl crepe which gives me a good size filling crepe for cheaper value. To me it's a bit outrageous that they charge $1.75 for just a darn scoop of ice cream. The total came out to be about $19 and trust me other places I have never paid more than $12-14 for two crepes. Service- customer service is mediocre. Lady who helped me barely spoke English I believe as I asked many times how much is it extra for the scoop of ice cream and she never replied back instead charged me $1.75. Seating- they have limited space with a small decent seating area. The place is not dirty or exceptionally clean I'll give it a 7 out of 10 (10 is the highest)

This is all thats left of my caramel peach & ice cream crepe. This is a great place, great prices and the greatest food.

A great place. With great food and the best prices. Everything in the menu looked yummy, but as a good sweet tooth as i am i got the caramel peach crepe. And it was delicious. My hubby got the special salad, which is fruit salad, it contained peach, mango, cantaloupe, papaya, banana, cream, and cheese, YES! CHEESE! Never had a fruit salad with cheese but my hubby couldn't get enough of it. Oh and its special because it has a ball of ice cream!!!

Ordered a special salad, it was really good. The quality of the food was great. It was pretty much identical to the flavor you would get in Colombia. The only negative thing was the spoon, it was really flimsy but the owner affirmed he was looking for better utensils. Overall the place was nicely arranged, aesthetically pleasing and hygienic. I look forward to trying more menu items.

Finally went in for the first time a month ago, of course I forgot to post a review.... well until now. I went on a Saturday in the late afternoon and luckily it wasn't too busy. I ordered a Traditional and a creamy chicken crepe. The crepes were soft and really tasty. The portions are pretty large and the prices are affordable. I shared with my husband and toddler and we were left satisfied. I will definitely be going back for more.

    Berrie crepes

First time here with a friend I had the berries crepes and it was pretty good. Love the way it didn't taste overly sweet it was perfect. I'll definitely come again.

Finally what we were missing a crepes spot, delicious and inexpensive

This Sunday only Wafel and Dinges truck is just way to dangerous. They should limit you to one of these because it's just way to hard choose just one option. Perhaps the Sunday only option is their way to protect us from those of us with no self control. If that is the case, good thinking W & D! As far as the Wafels, is there anything that Spekuloos (my current sweet addiction) or Nutella is spread on that doesn't taste awesome? Is there anything that fresh cut strawberries and whipped cream can't elevate? Who doesn't like a freshly made, still warm, slightly crunchy Belgium Wafel? You'll want to enjoy promptly right after you get your order it is most delicious the second you get it. Don't wait! The truck has all required utensils right there for you and the box is built in a way that makes it conducive to eat by sliding the Wafel to the edge to bite. However you're on your own to find seating to enjoy which can be somewhat of a challenge in some neighborhoods, where this truck parks including this one. Pro tip: head to the nearby MacDonald park nearby. One final thought, for those diabetics out there, just keep walking, there isn't anything here for you to eat,....

I finally decided to check them out and was literally blown away with their selection of waffles and toppings. It's refreshing to see more food trucks in the Forest Hills areas.

They have a list of year round items & a couple rotating seasonal lattes that you'll have to wait to see on their wall as well. However, It gets extremely busy there -- so if you're wanting to sit and chit chat with a friend, you might find yourself sitting outside or constantly checking for a chair because it gets busyyyyy in here on weekdays despite the abundant seating, while I do love a little coffee & study session, it really sucked that nearly all of the tables inside were taken by customers with laptops! Perhaps it's better on weekends as they have signs that implement no laptops on weekends. Anyways, onto the orders... My sister and I ordered off the seasonal menu and tried the Strawberry latte, Pistachio latte and a Pistachio Waffle. Unfortunately, I just felt like neither of the lattes were really lived up to the hype. The strawberry latte is literally just strawberry jam layered with milk and a shot of espresso & the pistachio drink was not very sweet or pistachio flavor forward, it had a bit of a nutty taste towards the end, but honestly just tasted a majority like milk. I definitely think it could benefit from more pistachio flavoring or some pistachio cream smeared on the side of the cup. Also, not sure if they use two different roasts for the drinks, but the strawberry tastes much more burnt than the other. The pistachio waffle was probably the best part, but even then, you cannot really mess up on a waffle that is smeared with pistachio butter. Not sure if it is house made though. I didn't like it, but my sister really likes this place, so it is definitely a matter of opinions. I would definitely recommend stopping by & trying it out yourself!

We were also intrigued to try the sangria that yelp raved about. We got a pitcher! It did NOT disappoint. It was a decent size pitcher for the price. Roza came to us and asked if we liked it and told us it was her recipe. No sugar ,No soda .It was tasty, thick full of fruit and definitely had liquor because I left with a buzz She also brought out the rosè for us to try pretty good too very refreshing will definitely do that one in warmer weather. My youngest daughter got from the kids menu grilled cheese with fruit she enjoyed it so much we had to order another. Both girls for the marshmallow milkshake they LOVED it! For appetizers we got calamari good but could've used a little more breading. Also got chips with guacamole and honestly for a diner it was delicious. Everyone was friendly. Roza knew she had a bday past since we conversed for a bit and suggested we can sing her happy bday and asked what she liked I told her chocolate cake. They asked for the correct spelling of her name which I thought was sweet. Anyway the staff came out and sang with us super cool. Even the bathrooms are really clean. It was a great experience will definitely come back.I must be honest it's a hit pricey. The price for the pancakes with eggs was $23 when we saw the bill I was a little surprised. Kids' meals are $13 and I thought we were getting the cake (free, lol) since I technically didn't suggest it. It was $12 for a slice. But overall it was a pleasure she even gave us a sample of vodka with lemon and ginger which was actually good and helps settle the stomach.
