Despite it always being crowded, somehow I have always gotten a seat when dining in with no wait. And the customers just keep coming, and the vibe only gets better. The interior is just too cute, and each location has a unique "look" to it but they all scream tea house. Service is nothing short of excellent. Although the menu is on a QR code, it's easy to get the attention of a waitstaff to place your order, and the food and drinks come out quickly. They have two different matcha grades to choose from and I always "forest it" so it comes with maple syrup and cinnamon. The matcha is strong and I love the overall vibe in this store. There is usually a line but the line moves quickly. They also have an adorable stamp card and I always visit whenever i'm in the area.

My friends who got the sandwiches and burgers thought it lacked flavor so they should work on seasoning the meats better. I got the chicken benny and asked for fries instead of homefries. The fries were nice and crispy so I liked that. The hollandaise sauce was on the side which I didn't mind but it was my first time seeing it on the side since I hadn't requested that. It was also kind of goopy. The chicken was fried well though and the eggs were nicely poached so I enjoyed my choice. Probably wouldn't come back for brunch as there are definitely better options around.
