It smells so good when you enter this business. I came in with the intention of purchasing a protein shake, but then I saw that they also sell frozen yogurt. I purchased a regular cup of mango and strawberry frozen yogurt with different fruit as my toppings. It was delicious. I ordered the workout protein shake which tastes so good. There are two tables and three chairs. Very small location but they have a large menu of great items. I'll definitely stop by Green Apple again in the future. read more

Yummy froyo flavors with a nice variety of toppings to choose from like mochi and fruits. Ordered for delivery and it always comes super quick and still cold. read more

They have the best French vanilla frozen yogurt. With little mini cheesecake toppings you can add on. Check the freezer for some of the already frozen specials you can take home. read more

There a little confusion getting my Restaurant.com coupon to work but the employees were very trusting and accepted it. I ordered the: #9 large pink pitaya dragon bowl - included a few scoopfuls of granola, a blended smoothie, topped with fresh blueberries and strawberry and then almond butter. This is super filling and would equate to two sittings for me! medium Oreos and cream shake - not very dense and more watery as they use the French vanilla frozen yogurt as the base. I saw the employee grab a new pack of Oreos from the snack section up front, so I know those Oreos were freshly crunchy from the pack. Still a great treat! I definitely plan on visiting again after this positive experience! read more

I come to green apple delight to get juices pretty often because they have extra large juices for only $7.49! It is great value for a great tasting juice! They have an extensive menu of different combination of juices , I usually get the detox juice which ha spinach, grapefruit, pineapple, cucumber, and apple. You can also make your own juice, so sometimes I'll just get a carrot juice which is flavorful! They hav other items like froyo, and açaí bowls that I would like to try as well! The store itself is very small and Connor fit many people. There is no seating indoors. Safety: the people wear masks and it's not too busy, so you can distance Tip: Green apple often has deals available on Groupon, so see if you can snag a deal through Groupon before coming read more

Live nearby and I love it here!! the staff are always super nice and they always make my smoothies perfect!!!

This place is... interesting. I usually order froyo delivery from this spot and it's pretty good. There's not a ton of froyo spots in Astoria that's good so I'm glad I can get my fix here. Sometimes they do forget some toppings which is annoying. I've gotten a fruit smoothie here and it was terrible... Super watery and not cold at all... It was so baffling how bad it was... I went in person one time and saw it was a teeny tiny store with one guy working the whole place. It's super cramped and a little chaotic. There were a few other customers in the spot and I had to wait quite a bit to even order my drink because there was only one guy working and he was backed up. All in all, I would prefer to just get froyo here and go for healthy juices, smoothies, açaí bowls elsewhere. You cant win em all! read more

Love this place. The Açaí & all the fruit are so fresh! It's cheaper & bigger than the chains that have been popping up. They have a punch card for rewards & the employees are always so nice! read more

This place rocks and better health wise then some fast food junk joint . While in Astoria doing a little shopping and laundry I made a quick visit to green apple delight for my favorite of a large cold watermelon smoothie and I had to wait on line while the Midwest transplants order acai bowls , wheat germ health drinks and other health kick juices . Wow the frozen yogurt , ice cream , fruit bowls look interesting but it's hot outside and I need my cold fruit drink for the go . Some outdoor seating which is all occupied but it's ok as the car's air conditioner is fine with me . The wall mounted menu display seems endless but eventually you will find and pick something good to sip or munch on. They have plenty of juice drinks for different ailments including for digestion problems , stress , low energy , etc, I personally don't know if it's a cure but a few folks I spoke too all say it does help . Damn they also have shakes and a good variety of them including peanut butter which means I most come back to enjoy it . Healthy stuff can taste good and if its beneficial for the body then count me in .4.5 stars for this Gem of a place . read more

Just ordered a juice and açaí bowl for delivery. Fast delivery and IT is DELICIOUS. Please disregard the not so good reviews and give them a try!!! I am def ordering from them again! read more

This place is more of a pick up & go kind of spot. It's right near the hospital. I always get one of the juices - I like that they have different sizes that go from small all the way to extra large. The detox juice is great. Staff is always friendly. read more

Always my go to smoothie place. Jalil was amazing. His service was on point and super helpful. There is some seating if you want to stay but a nice place to have for a healthy smoothie and froyo!!!! read more

Green Apple Delight - Smoothie (blue velvet) - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Astoria, New York

I would not recommend this place. Both the smoothie and açaí bowl I got was so sweet they weren't edible. I would give the food 1 star, but the man who made it was very friendly hence the extra star. There are plenty of other options for this type of food in the surrounding area. read more

Much needed a privately owned small business, serving healthy food with a smile. What else can you ask for?

I ordered ice cream from this place and paid extra money for toppings that I never received. The ice cream was also basically soup by the time it arrived. I called to express my frustration, and the young woman who answered the phone had a major attitude problem. I told her they got the order wrong and that the ice cream was melted, and there was absolutely no attempt to rectify the issues. She said literally asked me "what do you want me to do about it?" Only after I asked for the refund did she agree...but the refund never came, and it is 8 days later. To the management at this place - your employee needs an attitude check. I don't know who was working the evening (7-8 pm) shift on Saturday, March 10, but she has terrible customer service skills. Overall, two thumbs down on food quality and customer service. Stay away from this place! read more

Great customer service!! This is my new go to now for açaí bowls, went here with my brother & bf, we loved it! Great for protein shakes too

The Acai Bowl was very sweet. If you're looking for a traditional Acai Bowl look elsewhere. I usually eat the whole thing, but I couldnt for this one. Other than that, the staff was nice. read more

Located on the same block as my new apartment, I can easily see Green Apple turning into a (semi-healthy) addiction if I'm not careful. They have all kinds of juice and yogurt products, from frozen yogurt and milkshakes to those infamous fruit and veggie-based remedies for various maladies, such as anemia and impotence, which will probably definitely be solved with the restorative powers of citrus. There are six rotating flavors of the frozen yogurt (currently euro tart, strawberry, pumpkin, vanilla, chocolate, and peanut butter) with topping options. I keep thinking of trying it but always end up with a smoothie instead. They have a punch card for the smoothies and juices, so that with every ten drinks you get one free. I got my first free one tonight! I've tried a lot of the smoothies. These are among my favorites: -Strawberry sensation (orange, guava juice, frozen yogurt, strawberry, banana) -Pomegranate Berry Smoothie (pomegranate juice, blueberry, banana, spring water and frozen yogurt) [maybe my absolute favorite] -Peach Medley Keen Smoothie (Peach, orange juice and frozen yogurt) A few of the others have been a little too heavy on the banana for my taste, and I couldn't really taste any matcha flavoring in the "matcha, banana and pineapple" blend. Btw, I'm pretty sure that it's a standing policy to give every customer a free size upgrade every single time, which is absolutely awesome. read more

Two stars get to stay because of all the happiness this place once brought me. However, today was the last day I'll ever go back. Found a roach in my milkshake and two hours later I'm still trying to spit it out. Usually I am used to chunks in my shakes because sometimes the bananas don't always get blended properly which was fine. Today the chunk was crunchy and I pulled a roach and it's legs out of my mouth. How f---ing traumatizing. read more

Very friendly and quick customer service. She upgraded my smoothie to a extra large and I paid for large only. Maybe she forgot the size I ordered but either way it was nice. All fruits looked fresh. I got the Mixed berries smoothie. A lot of healthy drinks, smoothies and juices can be found along with organic frozen yogurt. There are enough seats for about 10 people inside. They sell cakes and desserts as well. read more

Okay smoothies, rude customer service, average prices. Highly unlikely to go back. Guessing the hospital keeps them in business.

This place is a little gem in Astoria. This is my favorite smoothie place I've been to ever. The frozen yogurt is BOMB and i don't even like frozen yogurt. I recommend the watermelon district smoothie it is AMAZING. This place by far makes the best smoothies. read more

I love this place. I've had many different açaí bowls and I come back to this one each time, even in the winter when everyone else is looking for soup. Green Apple Delight has a nice light feel to their peanut butter topping unlike other places, which can be a little too heavy. Their açaí is strong and not too sweet and makes the perfect snack especially with their extended hours. Their topping selection is large and very fresh and juices are made immediately on the spot. Everyone there is nice as well, shout out to Mohammed! Who is always very kind and quick. read more

I love this place but I must say I was so disappointed this morning. Can someone explain to me, why would anyone serve a burning hot tea in a plastic cup with a straw. I literally burned my hand. These guys couldn't be friendlier here. I once didn't stop in for a bit more than a week and the worker asked if I went on a vacation with a longing tone, lol. The froyo and toppings are on par with the big chains but being that they are a small shop, theres less of a selection. As far as froyo goes, I don't mess with a good thing and usually stick with what I like; so it isn't a big deal. Flavor is also on par with the big chains, but I make a point to go to these guys to support the little guys! read more

These guys suck!!! Just Ordered a delivery and only got half my order. Açaí bowls are watered down. And then they don't answer the phone so what happens now??? And the açaí tastes like a bag of sugar. What the hell is this?????? This isn't organic anything! read more

Rude service . Guy working only gave me & my little cousin one cup each to try all of the yogurt flavors to see which one we wanted. What a great juice bar in the area!! So happy I found it today! I will definitely be back again!!! I also love that after purchasing 10 juices you get one free!! Very Cool Friendly First Experience. They Service was very polite and helpful. The Place is very Clean and neat. The area is quiet and Calm. We stop by to pick up something sweet cause I had my boys Playing in the Park near by and Wifey was @ the Saloon on Broadway. So after working up a great Sweat I treated them to a Sweet Heathy Delight and sure enough I used my Yelp App to find something New! Luckily we found this Place had great Reviews and now I know why! 5 stars For this place and Yes I will be returning. read more
