Fly Me to the Moon is such a gem in Fresh Meadows, Queens…read more This modern Asian café is packed with fun, creative treats that make it hard to choose just one. From Korean-style croffles and fusion kimbap to onigiri, acai bowls, smoothies, floats, soft serve, and frozen yogurt -- there's something for every craving. We sampled a bit of everything and were seriously impressed. The strawberry matcha croffle was a standout, perfectly crisp and indulgent. The onigiri was massive and full of flavor, and the yogurt? Super smooth, rich, and clearly top-tier quality. Shoutout to Jerry for making the experience even better -- incredibly friendly, patient, and happy to walk you through the menu. Service here is on point. The space itself is cozy, charming, and welcoming, making it a great spot to hang out or grab a late-night sweet fix.

The matcha is on the lighter side, you can still taste it but, I like my matcha a bit stronger. 4/5 eel onigiri $6- really good, very well seasoned/saucy eel, just wish there was more eel in it. The extra teriyaki sauce is amazing, more citrusy than sweet. Loved it. 2/5 shrimp onigiri $5.50- shrimp itself is bland, wish it was seasoned. Shuda gotten the teriyaki sauce for this too, soy sauce is way too salty

We were each holding drinks that we had just purchased from the neighboring store and planned to buy cookies to pair with them for the drive back. We weren't drinking them inside, weren't planning to eat inside, and the store doesn't even have seating or a dining area. Before we could even order, an employee stopped us and said, "No outside food allowed." I explained that they were just drinks we were holding and that we weren't consuming them. His response? "It's a kosher rule." I asked, "So how are we supposed to buy cookies then?" He simply shrugged. That was it. No attempt to explain, no alternative, no customer service whatsoever. I've never experienced being turned away from a grab-and-go cookie shop simply because I was holding a drink purchased next door. If this is truly store policy, it's incredibly unfriendly and makes no sense from a customer's perspective. If it was a kosher policy, a respectful explanation would have gone a long way instead of a dismissive shrug. Needless to say, we left without buying anything. They lost a sale and, more importantly, a potential repeat customer. First impressions matter, and this one was terrible.

This cold stone is the one that I go to the most & the service is just getting worse & worse…read more Today I was in the mood for ice cream, I know this location is kosher so I knew I wasn't going to be able to taste the new Lucky Charms creation. However, they have a banana pudding creation that I've been dying to try. The lady says they had the Lucky Charms but stopped selling it because they are kosher which is weird to me but ƙ. I ordered a shake with almond milk there was no almond milk. So we had to order with whole milk. Whole time the lady had no friendly expression, she just looks disgusted to be working there. We move on to the other items on my list & finally get to my order which was the Banana Pudding. This lady tells me there's no vanilla wafers. That's when I said o what do you really have? No vanilla wafers, no almond milk no lucky charms. Ughh. I ended up getting my usual which is the birthday cake remix however, instead of fudge I get caramel & I add cotton candy ice cream to it. It is always so good this time it was not good at all. There was a bitter expired old taste to the ice cream & couldn't pin point what it was. Finally, I see that it's the sprinkles that was the issue. The sprinkles were crunchy & it shouldn't be crunchy. So they either updated the kind of sprinkles they have or they had old expired sprinkles, either way it wasn't good. So if you want good customer service skip this place all together. Back when they had the Barbie ice cream one of them did it really nice. The next time I went it looked wack so I was like why does this look like this she said that's how it comes I said no cuz I came the other day & the lady with the pink hair did it right. She had an attitude about it. I'm over this location.

During the warmer months, they also have outdoor seating. Everything we've had is always fresh, and they have a good variety of sides, toppings, sauce, and proteins, including fish, tofu, and lobster surimi. My go-to has been a salmon make your own poke bowl with a furikake mac salad, and it always hits the spot! My mom is also a fan of the Huli huli chicken plate and she said the chicken is very tender and flavorful. The service is pretty basic, you go to a bar-like area and pick out your toppings/protein. No complaints about the service, they've always been available to help out with whatever I needed. We will continue to come back!

First I ordered through their website, and the total I was displayed pre checkout was $25 cheaper than what was actually charged to my card. When I called they refused to honor the price I was initially displayed and I had them cancel the order. Then I ordered again from uber eats. I ordered a poke bowl your way with custom ingredients, and specifically noted I had a cucumber allergy. What I received had more cucumber than fish and unfortunately didn't notice until after taking a bite. I called the store hoping to get a replacement order, and was told by the manager Louis that it's not their problem and to contact uber. I told him I could feel my throat getting itchy as I was talking and his only response was "can I help you with anything else?" As someone who works in the service industry I am shocked with how dismissive the service was. I was treated like an order number, and not as a human suffering a medical event from their negligence
