I found this coffee shop while walking Main Street in Patchogue. It was very busy, with a bunch of tables inside and a few outside. I really enjoyed trying their beans, which they offered in a ton of different flavors. The employees were very friendly and recommended great options. I will definitely be back to try more of their menu.

After many years I tried CoHo in Patchogue again. I was really hoping I could get behind a local coffee shop. Unfortunately, both experiences were very similar. The basics...the coffee tasted burnt, the rainbow cookies tasted like the inside of the refrigerator, we ordered 3 different types of hot beverages and none of them were hot, there was clutter all over the store and the bar seating counter they have. This place is always packed and we sat and watched people flow in and out of this place like it was something spectacular. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, it seemed clean, and had different types of seating to accommodate different seating preferences. They also offer a variety of pastries and baked goods as well as free water. I don't understand the hype behind this place and I don't understand the amount of foot traffic considering it is expensive, doesn't taste good, and takes forever, for food that is subpar and coffee that isn't even hot. I think the hype lies in the fact that they are one of the only coffee spots in town so what other options are there?

Me and my wife happen to stumble into this place as we just came from a nearby shore front. The coffeehouse has a warm, cozy, and welcoming ambiance, conducive for relaxation and social interaction. Has good comfortable seating. Upon looking at the overhead menu and pastry display case, they are offering beyond coffee, they offer a good selection of teas, smoothies, lattes and light meals that complement the beverage menu. My wife and I opted for a hot green tea, blueberry muffin and a banana-nut loaf. The tea tasted fresh with leafy-green flavor and has a subtle sweetness in it. The banana-nut loaf was moist, dense, has a delicate sweet banana-cinnamon flavor which is complemented by crunchy nuts in it, delicious. Staff service was very friendly and exceptional, well-informed of the products and goods that they are offering. As I was visually observing around, the place looks like a preferred gathering place for locals. Price is fair and the joint was clean. This coffee shop provides a positive experience through its relaxing simple ambiance, quality drinks, and fresh light food. So, if you happen to be in Patchogue, give this place a try, you won't be disappointed.

Thoroughly disappointed, from the long wait time to the burnt bland coffee i would not recommend. The caramel Mocha had no caramel and the Chocolate mudslide simply tasted like the bottom of the pot. we also ordered a bagel with cream cheese and i have to say i've never experienced such a light dusting of cheese on a bagel on this island.

This is a cute little coffee shop in Patchogue. Whether you need a quick morning pick me up or a little stronger liquid courage. They have lots a menu option for even the pickiest coffee connoisseur. The barista were helpful with their recommendations. I had the snowflake chai and raspberry and mocha were a nice addition. My husband had the snow angel latte and my kids had the regular hot chocolate and white hot chocolate. We all enjoyed our drinks to the last drop. It is also a inviting place to hang out with friends or be productive and get work done. They have areas that other people turned into mini work stations with their laptops.

I went here to meet a new friend and fell in love with it as soon as I walked it. It was very rustic and the prices were good. I loved all the rough cut wood on the walls as well. It's a skinny place but it was able to seat a lot. There was a handful of two seated tables on the other side of the coffee bar and in the back there were a few four seated tables and one family styled table. There was this railing to 'separate' the family styled table from the rest of the place. When I got there I ordered this lemon ginger tea with honey and it tasted really well. My friend ordered decaf coffee and she said it tasted good. There were two downsides of Thai place, which I guess one wouldn't really be considered that big of a downside. My friend and I got a two seated table and I was facing the front of the coffee shop and I could barely see her with our bright it was outside. There was no type of drape to cut the brightness down. Which made the place look darker than it originally is. The other downside is that the bathroom is down this long hallway all the way at the way at the end of it. I'll definitely be looking at coming back here though. The service was quick.

A great place to relax. Honestly just one of the most comfortable ambiances I've come across, a really cozy place with nice drinks and sweet treats.

I remember when this place was the bean. Coho seems to have made a few changes and obviously the new owner rebranded. I like that the rebranding has a more modern feel. My friend and I stopped in for some lattes and baked goods. I tried the almond joy latte with soy milk and it was fantastic! A really unique taste but delicious! I also tried banana bread which was good but a bit too dry in my opinion. Atmosphere is great but I still have an issue with lighting here as I did with the bean. I just wish it was a bit brighter inside.

I love, love, love CoHo! It's my favorite spot in town for a refreshing iced tea in the summer (yay mango passion green tea!) or a cozy coffee in the winter. I love CoHo's monthly specialty drinks that match the seasons -- they usually come with festive names. The owner, Rob, and his staff are welcoming and friendly. If you're a regular and are lucky, you may just get a fun and fitting nickname! So check it out. You'll be happy you did!

This spot used to be the Patchogue bean but has been UPGRADED! The funky monkey coffee was so good (chocolate and banana mmm) I can back again today to have it! Not pictured was my HUGE crossing that was so so buttery and flaky, it was a little hard BUT the taste was there regardless and bread is bread, I see it and im happy. This is one of my new favorite coffee shops. Plenty of parking in the back and they're open pretty late! Highly recommend this spot. It's a little dark but they offer lamps and I loved the music and service provided. If you haven't tried it, give it a shot!

Great flavor in every bite. And very filling! My latte was just okay. I didn't get much of a maple spice flavor, but it was still tasty. Customer service was excellent. They don't just call out or scream your name like Starbucks, they say your name and then hand it to you. They remember your face when you order. It's very personal this way. I had a great experience and I will definitely be working from this spot again!

Went for Mother's Day and we had to get the high tower which was good, I think it was priced high for what it was. Shrimp sandwich was my favorite. Why I'm not rating it higher: I made the reservation 2 weeks before Mother's Day, the only thing available was a 10:45am so I took it. They called me two days before to confirm and said they had a 1:30 available, I started asking questions about the food more being suited toward lunch or breakfast, a bit snippy they put me on hold, I txt my wife quick and she said take the 1:30, the woman gets back on the phone and says sorry someone on the other line just took the 1:30... I said.... What! I was offered it and didn't give you an answer yet. She didn't care and was very dismissive. Won't be returning,

The Sunrise & Waverly, Patchogue, NY Starbucks…read more Located in the Petco and Aldi-anchored shopping center, this is a unique Starbucks that has been retrofitted into a former Long John Silvers. Back in the 1980s, Long John Silvers operated in buildings that looked like a fishing house. When Starbucks took over the building they kept the seaside architecture. When my Dad and I visited on October 22, 2024; it was my third visit to a New York Starbucks since joining Yelp in February 2011. My visit here overflowed with nostoligia that dates back to visiting this shopping center when my Dad moved to Holtsville in 1983 and the adjacent Gateway Plaza was a forest. Spending time in this seaside house on the shore of a sea of parking spaces, the nostalgic wace swept across my mind bringing back memories of visiting this shopping center in the 1980s when we shopped in King Kullen (now across the expressway), Genovese, and the stationary store; dined in Mama's Pizza, a bagel shop, and Arby's, and opened my first bank account a few feet away from Starbucks. In addition to nostoligia, it is convenient. It is close to the Holtsville Ecology Park, where we spent a lot of time. Stepping inside the seaside building Starbucks, it was stepping into a public living room. The Starbucks experience of a third place is the focus. There is no drive thru. When I walked towards the counter, I saw sufficient tables and chairs. Starbucks fans occupied the seats. Being a beautiful October afternoon in the heart of Indian Summer, my Dad and I decided on drinking our beverages outside in the courtyard. This is a cozy courtyard tucked between two pad buildings with sufficient seating. This was a nice spot to chat with my dad while perking up with Starbucks. Speaking of the beverages, when I paid the friendly batista, I saw that the $2.88 tall coffee price is identical to the price that I pay in Las Vegas. This review will be the perfect time to compare Starbucks coffee to Folgers coffee. When I visited my Dad for nine days, my Starbucks and energy drink beverages took a nosedive. In the morning we'd have Folgers coffee. When I drank this Starbucks coffee after a few days of Folgers and one time I had diner coffee; the Starbucks coffee hit me like a wave. After drinking it I felt very perked up. This was without a refill. This is evidence that Starbucks serves genuine coffee. If it were up to me, I would have been drinking Starbucks coffee everyday during the nine days I spent on Long Island with my Dad. My Dad isn't really a Starbucks fan. However, he said that this is one of the nicer ones he's been to. Your's Truly, being a Starbucks fan was also impressed with the Sunrise & Waverly Starbucks. After leaving this seaside inspired building to the sea of parking spaces, it looked like we could return to this unique Starbucks in the future which is not so near considering that I now live in Las Vegas.

Stace and her daughter Katherine add so much love and life to this beautiful restaurant. We celebrated my sister's milestone birthday there last September in a cozy private room upstairs. It was beyond spectacular from beginning to end. We continue to return to Sunflower Cafe and Bakery quite often, and always have such a pleasant and warm experience!
