Life Savers: While being stranded at the base of a mountain on interstate 26 at mile marker 57, 600…read moremiles from home, and AAA being a total letdown, these people were able to get my van fixed. They did it quickly. They got me in immediately upon the tow truck dropping off my van. Not only were they opened in a time like this (June 22,2016) but they made time to get me in same day so that I could be at work the very next morning so far from North Carolina. The staff made small talk and we exchanged stories about our families while we waited for our van to be fixed. It wasn't just a sterile waiting room while you wait for a mechanic to do who knows what and charge you who knows how much experience that you get at a corporate national repair shop. After our van was fixed the mechanic showed me what he found, what he did to fix it, and how he tested his work after it was finish to ensure we wouldn't be stranded again after leaving his/their shop.

Eurotechnik is a terrific find for all of your Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Porsche, etc. repairs needs…read more Specializing in personalized service, Kevin greets you with a big hello and how can I be of help attitude. Joe is in the back working all the mechanical magic, to fix any issue and put you back on the road in a timely manner. Best of all, their cost beat any dealership and the mechanical work is positively superior. Recently, Kevin and Joe have added buying and selling used vehicles, as a branch of their business. My husband and I can testify, our trade from our 2008 Audi A6 to a 2016 Mercedes-Benz sedan was a smooth and pretty much effortless transition. I called Kevin to advise him the date and time for our test drive. The vehicle was gassed up and everything ready to go, when we arrived. The experience was definitely not the typical car dealership experience. You actually feel more like family. Joe and Kevin are honest, happy to answer any questions, and provide additional information regarding your potential vehicle purchase or even your vehicle repair. Next time you are looking for a great mechanic and all around professionalism, be sure to stop in at Eurotechnik. Be assured Kevin will have a hot or cold beverage awaiting and a huge smile to greet you !
