I walked in and there was two young ladies sitting at the reception desk at the front door and with the conversation I had with them that they knew noting about auto body repair. This was the old Hill's Body Shop that used to be the best in Western NC. Stay away from this place. They don't have time for you and your business!

I rescheduled over the phone just days before,but I had not been contacted for this most recent change. I stated no one called she proceeded to tell me she called my husband he yelled at her & told her to never call back. So they rescheduled & did not reach out again. I said my husband would never fo that , she said he did and was very nasty.. I stated we received no call. She called me & my husband a liar. I admit I got upset & I said well this if F×!ked up. Then she called her managers both sided w her. Then I showed she had called the wrong number and she started to backtrack on statements. My husband number is listed on my estimate. She had the correct # just didn't call it. Then both managers proceeded to make me the villain. I started to cry my husband showed up proved he didn't get a call. We had driven 40 mins to drop car. Two of the times were for minor body damage where they had to match the paint color. When I picked my car up, I couldn't tell where the damage had been even though I knew where it had been. The third time I was hit head- on from the driver's side to half the passenger side hood. Again, they did an excellent job. The car looked great! They are also very reasonably priced. My insurance company has accepted their estimates without question. Just as important, they have never talked down to me in a condensencing way. Visited the Dent Eraser in Hendersonville. Our car got clipped in the front fender by a bus and…read morescraped the paint on the fender and bumper as well as putting a wavy series of dimples in the fender. Auto body shop wanted north of $600 to repair. I had heard of Paintless Dent Removal but never tried it. So I called the Dent Eraser and Jason Hill, the owner, told me to meet him at 8 AM the next day. I drove in, he told me he could get it 97% out and quoted me a price. In 45 minutes he had done his magic on the fender and sanded and polished the scrapes out. The only tell tale is where the clear coat got chipped by the bus. Jason did a fantastic job, is very friendly and obviously highly skilled. He will tell you what the limits of his methods are. Try his service.
