Was on vacation in the Bostic, NC area last week and somehow found myself in a ditch at our friends cabin on Yellow Top Mountain. iAuto Collision Center is the AAA assigned vendor in the area and was dispatched to help with the situation. Due to their tow truck being tied up on another call, Charlie (owner) was the first to arrive in his personal vehicle. After accessing the situation he decided to wait for the tow truck to arrive as he did not want to risk any damage to my car. Charlie and Blake then did an outstanding job in getting my Kia SUV out with no further damage than the few minor scratches to the bumper scuff plate from the trip into the ditch. The situation could have turned out MUCH worse if it was not for their expertise and their willingness to take the time needed to do things right. I even showed up to their collision center the next day to confirm that no other damage occurred. The put the vehicle up on the rack and would not accept any payment for their time.
