After my little boo-boo I brought it in for an estimate, called my insurance company and Absolute did the rest. It took the insurance company longer to approve the estimate than it took to repair. The shop check in and staging area is clean. The work was fantastic, paint job superb and the even washed the outside, vacuumed the inside and cleaned the windows. I'm ABSOLUTELY impressed and will be my first call if I need repairs again.

This is their second location and when I walked in asking the girl behind the desk to know if they do that kind of detailing or not. She said to leave my name and number so the manager could give me a call back about seeing if they could do that for me or not (that was 8/1/17), instead of drive 30 minutes to their other location. They never gave me a call back so they have lost business from me. My thing is if you open up a second location offer the same services as your first location. Also if you go on to their website good luck trying to get any useable information on them. They do no have it set to look right let alone doesn't say anything about this location on the website at all. You can't run a business like this when someone comes in looking to have work done and told that you would be getting a call and never get one. If you want work done by them I would go some where else or if your willing to travel 30 minutes to their other location. This location needs to work on their communication better, and know what they can offer you without living you hanging waiting for an answer.

I called Wed. the 14th to check on it and was told it will be ready on the 16th!!!!!! by the male employee in the office. (that is not the description I wanted to use). I walk in at 4:30 to pick up my vehicle and the female employee says, "oh it's not ready" and I said, "what?" Now they say it won't be ready until the 21st. Well I have already returned my rental so I want MY vehicle. He tells me I can't have it. THEY DO NOT CARE IF THEY INCONVIENCE THEIR CUSTOMERS, (because of their negligence, slow pace, incompetent work, lack of communication, and basic poor attitude). THEY DO NOT KEEP YOU INFORMED OF PROGRESS. (even though I was receiving texts saying it still should be finished on time) The woman said those texts were not from the body shop, even though they said Richie's Body Shop. THIS PLACE HAS BECOME A CESSPOOL. INCOMPETENT EMPLOYEES ALL AROUND! The last time they fixed my vehicle the tech kept putting the motion sensors in backwards and couldn't figure out why they were not working correctly. We have used this place for years, but now NOT EVER AGAIN! Clients BEWARE!
