When my wife's car was sideswiped I looked up and visited several body shops for repair. Without a doubt, Gary and Ashley were on it. Jeff, who amazingly gave me my stay few years ago, was also working the day I stopped by this time. He was FANTASTIC to work with. A few years ago I took my Lexus to Henson's Collision Center when the front fender was loose…read more Several vehicles had been damaged in the parking lot of the textile mill where I worked. They were able to attach it without having to replace the whole fender. This saved me over $400 and I did not have to file an insurance claim. I was already a very satisfied customer. Then Hurricane Helene caused a tree to land on the hood of my Lexus. My son was able to wire the hood and front fender together so I could drive in to get an estimate from Henson's Collision Center. My insurance company authorized the repairs and an appointment was made to begin the work. When the new hood arrived it was defective and Henson's would not use anything that was unsuitable, so ordered another hood. I am so pleased they insisted on quality parts when entrusted with my vehicle. When I picked up the car, it looked brand new. An added bonus was the fact that they polished/buffed out the "foggy" looking headlight lenses! They are now clear and I feel much safer knowing my headlights show up when driving at night or in the rain. Henson's did not have to take this extra step, but chose to help me out since I lamented that the lenses were really cloudy. This act of kindness, and generosity, is just one of the reasons I will always trust them whenever my car needs help. Everyone I dealt with was kind, considerate and pleasant to deal with. Thanks for everything!

The hitch and bumper were smashed, and this meant we could not tow our camper back home to Phoenix. With less than a week to leave for home, our insurance company and a (unnamed) national body shop was less than worthless. So we looked around for a local body shop, and found Cran Auto Body. Mark came through quickly with a very reasonable estimate, was incredibly reassuring and explained the whole process to me. Even pointed out things he could reuse and did not need to buy. Super honest guy! The insurance company actually agreed with his full estimate! He got us on the road with a new bumper and hitch in no time, and we got home safe and sound. Very high quality work, factory OEM parts and everything. I hope to never have to use him again, but if any of you need that level of work, Crain's is the way to go. Also, a PSA. Always buy local, never go to the Walmarts of the world if you need quality work. Unless you need a whole lot of toilet paper in a hurry. In that case, go to Walmart. Though if you are in that kind of situation you perhaps need to rethink your life choices. Otherwise, buy local, spend local. You won't regret it.
