After the initial repair, I ended up having to purchase a brand-new radiator through them--something I had never had an issue with before the transmission work. I've now had the car back a second time, and I'm still dealing with problems. At this point, I'm extremely disappointed with the quality of the work and the way this situation has been handled. I expected the car to be properly repaired after spending the money I did, not to leave the shop with additional problems. I also had an experience with the owner that I found to be racist and completely unacceptable. That alone is enough for me to say I will never do business here again. They always take time to talk with you and explain what the problem is in detail, answer any questions you have and offer suggestions on how to make the problem better and what to look out for in the future. I told him I wanted a refund and for him to pay for damages done he refused and got the worker out and the worker said he didn't do it.
