AAA wasn't providing an estimate for time for towing, so I pursued a tow on my own after waiting an hour and a half. The driver was there quickly, less than 35 minutesafter calling. He was professional, efficient, and very kind. He sent photos when he dropped my car off and photos of the keys going in to the drop box. When my minivan broke down last week while driving through Brevard, NC on the way to Northern Virginia, I had to take advantage of the Roadside Service that I have through Allstate.
