(I should have gone with my son when he bought the tires to make sure everything was right since he was only 19 at the time and still learning.) When I went back to them to show them the tires, all they said was that he didn't rotate the tires enough and that's why the steel tread was showing through. Absolutely ridiculous. I went in to see them because they were the only ones open on a Saturday due to a Busted tire and…read morerim due to an obstacle in the road that I didn't see because of snow on the ground. I bought the tire but had to wait for my rim to get here from Ebay. The son said we would mount it for free when the rim came in, but the dad charged me anyways for it. Then when that job was finished, I asked them to check my brakes. He said the pads needed changed, but the rotors were fine. Scheduled brake job and we had the son on one side and the dad on the other. Next thing you know I heard banging on the brakes with a hammer... then the hammer was thrown, and the kid went outside as to "Cool off" like he was mad. Then he went to his dad and said I have a problem. I can understand fluent Spanish, so I knew exactly what had happened. They went straight to the computer looking for a part for my car. When I asked what happened they said the brake line had a leak in it and I needed to replace it. It looked like a severed artery, squirting everywhere. This part didn't come in for exactly one week. Special ordered from Volvo. I have had to borrow cars and get rides to work without a single apology from them. He claimed it was already leaking, but the day before I got my car inspected and had to calibrate my car to reflect on the diagnostics that I once again had sufficient tire pressure. From a donut to a real tire, it had to reset. While getting it inspected, I went ahead and did the diagnostics on the entire car. My Volvo indicates a brake leak, Brake pads and rotor issues. This is a very smart car. (expensive as hell) but smart. I told them that there was no leak. I had brakes. No issues at all with stopping but I could tell the pads were getting low. No soft brake pedal. No hard brake pedal. It was stopping fine. They never took the blame for their mistake and charged me for the part anyways. The pricing was off. He said the brake job would be $320.00 and the part was $120.00. I get there and it is $465.00. I am not made of money although my bougie car indicated that. I even said to them I might have a super nice car. It looks like I have plenty of money to spend, but because I have this bougie ass car I DON"T HAVE MONEY like that. They were the most unprofessional and dishonest people I have ever met. I promise I will never go back. I hope that whoever reads this decides to skip the headache themselves. I am not one for hate or revenge. I just paid. I said have a nice day. I left. I hope this helps someone. God Bless.
