Rude and unprofessional. They damaged my car towing it. The estimated time they gave me to tow my car was hour but instead it took 4 hours.

Can't say enough good things about this company! When I broke down in rural NC en route to a weekend trip, these guys went above and beyond to help. The receptionist was friendly and helped get a truck dispatched quickly (not something I take for granted with towing companies!), and Al the driver was friendly, helpful, and professional! He drove my friend and I over an hour and took care of dropping my car at the dealership. Al was an excellent driver on some pretty windy country roads. This tow company pulled a truck out of the swamp at the back entrance of our neighborhood. They did lots of damage to our new sod. We called and told them what we saw and they said they never left the road and they have cameras to prove it. We sent them pictures of them on our sod and the damages. They never called back so we called and they were very rude and refused to even discuss the damages. They don't tell the truth and don't follow through with their responsibilities. read more

They towed out dodge ram a couple miles down the road but because it was loaded bed first, our brand new tonneau cover was wind damaged and broken. Their answer: "you should have known to remove it" and "our chains didn't damage it so we aren't liable." The woman in charge of their claims was extremely rude about it, up until then other employees had been polite and apologetic. I filed complaints with AAA and the BBB and when my husband texted to let them know that I had done so the Owner of this business called him back for no other reason than to trash talk and harass.
