I made an appointment online. The tech at Discount Tires checked them for free and told me two were bad. He could have upsold me to sell all four, but he left it up to me. They didn't have the correct parts, so they had to order the sensors. When I called a few days later, they had them. I asked how busy they were, and they said to come on in. I was out the door in twenty minutes for just over $250 for all four sensors. I understand if you buy your tires from them, they will rotate them, AND repair them for free. I will certainly use them for my next tire purchase.

I was told the alignment could not be preformed unless I bought new front tires. When asked if the rear tires could be rotated to the front so the alignment could be done, I was told there is a "law" in North Carolina that the tires with more tread must be on the rear. A quick google search will tell you there is no such thing. I took the truck to another shop who was able to preform the alignment without issue, and said the "law" was nonsense. Told her what my problem was and she asked one of the mechanics (Tony) if he would go see what the problem was and if we would need to tow the car. Tony was able to get the car to start and I was able to drive it to the shop instead of getting it towed. Once at the shop, he discovered that Jiffy Lube had put my air filter in upside down and backward which was causing the air flow sensor to malfunction.
