This local coffee shop is adorable. I had an iced vanilla latte made with coconut milk . It was delicious . I did not partake in the array of baked goods but they looked amazing. The gift shop has a bunch of cute stuff to look at while you are waiting for your beverage. Staff is friendly . Support local business . read more

Stopped in here on a whim while in downtown Delaware. Staff was nice while I asked about their menu items and my "spritzer" was pretty good. My husband ordered a black tea, however they ran out of tea when they were making his order. Instead of offering him something else or letting him know, they gave him the final remnants of tea and then filled the entire rest of the cup with ice and still charged full price. The environment was nice enough although they clearly use the business to promote their religious beliefs. There was religious music playing through the store, bibles on the coffee tables, and religious signage throughout the store (including on the menu). They also host prayer sessions in-store and promote religious ideas on their business page. We will not be back for this reason as I was uncomfortable in the environment as a non-religious person and would have been extremely uncomfortable if I had shown up on a day where the store was being used as a pseudo-church. read more

Best coffee in downtown Delaware. The barista really cares about pulling the perfect shot of espresso, and it seems to get better every time we come in. Local baked goods with a unique twist (sharp ginger cookies, loaded oat bars) line the counter. The spacious, well-lit interior has been updated to house a curiosity shop of antiques and collectibles while maintaining the rustic charm of the old building (tin ceiling, exposed beams). Pleasant window seating and cozy nooks abound; you can easily while away the afternoon between the delicious menu and an occasional stroll around the shop--we see something new every time. read more

My husband and I are huge fans of coffee shops. It's just our thing when we go anywhere. The place as a whole wasn't really our vibe. More so southern feel, weirdly made me think of Texas, and had unique gifts and antiques. I wasn't a huge fan of all that but that's only based on my likes and dislikes and means nothing about this place as a whole. If I lived in Delaware I'd probably hit this place up often because those things don't matter as much as the coffee and service. The coffee was good! It wasn't too sweet which I kind of enjoyed (so many places have coffee that's all sugar) and we got a ginger cookie that I didn't think I'd like but I ate it all! Great coffee, great desserts, and some awesome ladies behind the counter for sure! Those are what matter! Check it out if you are in Delaware,Ohio. Don't let the antiques fool you, this is a hip joint. Clean store and friendly staff. Wife had an iced latte and walked two blocks and dragged me from another coffee shop (see other review) to this place. Staff made instant and perfect recommendations for flavorful iced tea drinks and checked on me a couple of times to gauge my satisfaction. Nice low volume modern music and a relaxed atmosphere allowed me to finish my work and enjoy the iced drinks. This is now our Delaware go-to coffee spit. read more

Heard a lot about this place and was anxious to try it. Walked in, no line at all and waited 5 minutes while the barista and her boyfriend or coworker talked only to each other with their backs to me and wouldn't even acknowledge me, although they knew I was there. After asking if anyone was working he left and she told me she'd be with me in a minute. I'd waited long enough and left. Zero customer focus this visit. I won't be back. read more

Not impressed at all. Felt unwelcome from the time we walked in. Compared to other places the prices seemed high for what I had an interest in. Store was clean and organized but wasn't comfortable being there for some reason. Walked out and not a "thanks for coming " or "see you next time ". So they probably won't. read more

The best coffee in Delaware. All coffee is fair trade/single origin which means you'll pay a bit more, but the farmers who produced it actually get paid a living wage. It's also a better tasting coffee so it's a win-win! read more
