This is a cute little tea shop. If you're a tea lover, then this is the store for you. They have tons of varieties of teas to choose from as well as spices. What I loved most about this tea shop is the owner, Elaine, is the sweetest and knows her tea. She was extremely helpful with questions and was just super pleasant to be around. She works at the shop and even has an office located to the left of the shop itself. You can tell this tea shop is very local community oriented. The teas I tried were Cold Care, Chai Sensation, and Berry Burst. Hence the name Cold Care, it is good when you are starting to get sick or already have a slight bug. It really helped my husband and I and soothed out throats. This is for sure a good blend. It also taste pretty good. However, I always put a little raw organic honey in my teas. The Chai Sensation of course had a nice chai flavor but it wasn't overpowering. It was a good tea as well. I tried the Berry Burst hot but should have probably drank it cold. Ms. Elaine told me it was a good tea cold but I decided to drank it hot. I should have listened. I could tell it was probably better iced. Hot, the taste reminded me a little of cold syrup. I cant stand any drink that taste like or reminds me of cold/cough syrup. I'm sure cold it is like the other teas and taste delicious. Overall, I would highly recommend Blue Turtle Tea Shop! The tea is legit and the owner is super sweet and helpful.

While they have all the hot sauces and salsas they also have walking tacos which made for a nice snack and trial of a salsa and hot sauce. We ended up leaving with a Badass Chili mix, 2 jars pumpkin salsa, 1 jar black bean & corn salsa, a bottle of Black Garlic BBQ Sauce, and a bottle of North Market hit sauce. Prices are fair as this is a specialty shop and not your average novelty hot sauce. Service was great the person working had offered us a sample of the chili prior to buying the mix. Definitely on my must visit list when I'm in Westerville or North Market.

Mike I believe is an owner or manager. He seemed great in the beginning but when they made an error according to their own contract they refused to take accountability and simply do what was right. The other owner Deb legitimately has an attitude that's one of the worse I've had to work with. She speaks down to you like you're a dog and is incapable of having a peaceful conversation. I tried numerous times to bring the situation to a mid point and level with them but they refused. Truthfully Deb refused. They received $1500 from me. Never did a test batch after receiving a sample per their request. When I asked for a refund they refused. I even tried to compromise and take a 1/3 of a refund and they refused. After expressing my concerns and needs for my product they had an emotional outburst. Said they would do the test batches but wouldn't co pack for me moving forward. Leaving me with no confidence to trust they would be trying to do a good job for me. Deb was so rude and disrespectful that I would rather lose the $1500 then have to listen to her speak to me the way she did for one more second. Best of luck to you if you decide to move forward with using them.

I was not familiar with Bexley Natural Market but saw from the Too Good Eats website that the market carried them so off I went exploring. Parkign lot is limited and that area of Cassady Avenue was a little busy but I was able to get in and out ok and find a spot to park. The staff interaction was ok but REALLY missed an opportunity to sell the market and what they are about. I had asked about the membership and the bland explanations really didn't say much at all and the interaction was not very inviting and kind of dismissive. I would have been happy that some new traffic came in and showed an interest. Anyway, the market offers all kinds of items from produce, vegan options, natural drinks, and grocery items. It appears the main focus is supporting local farmers and vendors in the area. I will come back and take another look around but was super happy they had the drinks I liked. If interested- I found online that the membersip is $30 one-time payment and annual dues of $45 that provides 5% to 8% off and monthly coupons & promotions valued at $100 a year in savings. They also offer member-only events and activities. I found out more about the store from their website, if interested, you can check them out at www.bexleynatrualmarket.org.

(Updated during the time of COVID-19)…read more The pandemic has been rough on a lot of my favorite eateries; some have closed their doors, sometimes temporarily, sometimes permanently. Many others have pulled back, to wait out the storm. Yaolee, happily, has doubled down. Even before the pandemic, they were making pre-prepared dishes for takeout. Usually just an option or two, available on the weekend. They're now doing pre-prepared food Tuesday-Saturday; they run out of the more popular dishes by end of the day, but usually there's still a fair assortment on Sunday morning when I usually shop. They've expanded their range, too. In addition to an entree or two, they've started to prepare other dishes - appetizers, soups, even Taiwanese desserts. There's no particular schedule; it's at the whim of one of the owners and her sister, who enjoy cooking and just make whatever inspires them. Honestly, that's part of the fun of it, for me. I walk in on a weekend morning and it's always a happy surprise to see what's in the refrigerated case by the cashier (which is where the food is stored). Keep in mind nothing is labeled, but they're happy to explain what they've made, and make recommendations. If you haven't had Yaolee's food, you're not only missing out on one of only two Taiwanese food establishments in the city, but you're also missing out on some of the best Chinese food in the city, period.
