Was looking for a place to grab a nice cup of coffee that was not Starbucks and found this place. I ordered the on my way coffee with oat milk and this coffee was delicious has hints of pistachio in it and that just added to the flavor and made me just want to chug it, but I told myself to calm down haha Great coffee and the staff are great super welcoming and actually talk to their customers. Definitely coming back. read more

Great spot to work or hang out with seating inside and outside as well as wall outlets for chargers. I like that the space is open air but can get a bit noisy with the cars passing through. Service was super nice and watched my dog when I went to the bathroom which was appreciated! Only thing i disliked about the spot was how pricey it is. I ordered an iced almond Matcha latte with almond milk and it came out to $9 and some change. Totally understand its ceremonial grade and sub milk is typically more expensive but $9 is more than what I pay in west LA. read more

Fantastic coffee! The atmosphere was chill and the music was on point (80s hits). The staff is nice. The instigator was fire!!

CoffeeDrunk, thank you for coming to BK! I have been a fan of your coffee for a couple of years now and love the new shop. It has an open & airy vibe, that gets very packed at certain times. I love to stop by on the last leg of my long walks through the neighborhood, and always get the best boost from the drinks. My go-to is the Instigator with Almond Milk or Iced Vanilla Americano (light on the vanilla). Service is always, always on point. I keep saying I'm going to work there a few hours per week so maybe I'll start that soon. read more

Very good coffee. I always order the instigators but ask for it half sweet otherwise it is unbearably sweet. It has regular milk, espresso, and maple syrup. They often have happy hours and that is when I take advantage of the deals! It is a small coffee place with sole seating and it is pretty fast service. I will be back to try some of these new fall items! read more

CoffeeDrunk - Seasonal Drinks - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Long Beach, California

I absolutely love coffee drunk and to say I am obsessed is an understatement. Their drinks are fabulous, delicious, and coffee strong! I have tried the on my way latte, which is made with a house made pistachio syrup. All the drinks are shaken with ice which make them that much more delicious! The service is fast, but since they are busy expect to wait about 7-10 minutes for your drinks. I have been to all the coffee locations thus far and they are all smaller coffee establishments with limited seating! My preferred location is the one on Atlantic and they have more outdoor patio seating. Tip: the only downside is the parking make sure you park on the street because if you park at the other business establishments you could get towed! read more

So glad to live close to this neighborhood coffee shop! The service is always top tier. Friendly, fun, helpful staff. The coffee is great! Good selection of pastries. And the atmosphere is great for a casual hangout. Also love that you can order your coffee online and have it ready to pick up in just a few minutes. This is def my favorite of the 3 Long Beach locations. read more

CoffeeDrunk is becoming one of my favorite coffee spots! The building is open, decorated with nice greenery and enough tables to sit at the front patio. They also have cool merchandise and bakery items for sale. The few times I've been, the staff has been friendly and helpful. My favorites are the 'on my way' and 'friends with benefits'. Their signature drink is called 'the instigator'. I highly recommend. read more

The coffee here is great, that is when the espresso machine isn't down. The staff is always friendly, and they do always offer to make any drink that does not contain espresso. That's very nice of them but ive gone in about 6 times in the past few months and the espresso machine has been down twice. I will definitely come back it's just an inconvenience :/ read more

Finally dropped by to check out the new local coffee shop. Love the aesthetic inside and look forward to enjoying the outdoor seating when it isn't so damp and chilly. Tried the On My Way hot pistachio latte with oat milk based on the barista's recommendation, and while I don't often get sweet flavors in my coffee, I was pleasantly surprised and love that the syrup was made in house. But the real treat was the amazingly light and airy passion fruit cream cheese croissant/Danish. Also got my husband the Nutella croissant as a surprise, which he thoroughly enjoyed. Fast and pleasant service. A great place for a special treat. read more

CoffeeDrunk - Cute cup and custom sleeve. - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Long Beach, California

CoffeeDrunk made me realize that I'm a rule breaker because as much as they ask you to caffeinate responsibly, I simply cannot. Whether it be their instigator, the Baby LA, a tonic, or my new favorite-- the sneaky link, I simply can't get enough. The Bay Day reviver is pretty good too. Staff is always incredibly friendly and work as quickly as possible. Two things of note: 1. The burritos they sell are small and not worth the regular price but may be worth it if you get them on sale so sign up for their texts so you know when to go 2. This is more of a grab and go place. It's quite noisy because of the major street and the music is loud. I met someone for a work meeting here and we had trouble hearing each other and then months later I forgot about that encounter and showed up with my laptop ready to take a virtual meeting but it was way too loud read more

Love that this location is at walking distance for me because who doesn't love a morning stroll to a cafe vibe? The baristas at CoffeeDrunk are always so warm and welcoming (at all locations I've been to) and the Bixby Knolls staff is no different. Coffee and drinks are all great-- the Instigator is one of my favorites from their specialty menu, but I would also recommend checking out their seasonal drinks. read more

Welcome to the neighborhood! We found it kinda funny when we heard that CoffeeDrunk would be opening a Bixby Knolls location which is not very far from the Cal Heights location. However, we were also excited since this would be slightly more convenient for us. Though they've been in soft opening stages for a while, we spontaneously decided to stop by today, Grand Opening Day, while doing other business down the street. This location is more spacious than Cal Heights with more seating both indoor and outdoor. We were greeted with a warm welcome by the lovely cashier who was extremely helpful. I was interested in the Orange Cream Latte on their seasonal menu and asked if it could be made vegan. She checked the ingredients which confirmed that one of the ingredients, white chocolate, contained dairy. However, she made an excellent suggestion for a dairy-free swap: housemade coconut cream and housemade vanilla. This drink also contained espresso, almond milk, and muddled orange. Due to the special requests, she offered to make it herself to make sure that it remained dairy-free. When she brought it out to me, she asked me to taste it to make sure that I liked it. She asked "Is it bomb?" and indeed it was! I believe the first words out of my mouth were "Wow! This is really good!" https://bit.ly/4bAMiwF CoffeeDrunk continues to amaze me! Tasty drinks and great service! Love this new location :) read more

I think this place is really great and it has a lot of unique drinks that you won't find in other coffee shops. I live nearby and I always look forward to being able to stop by for a great cup of coffee. The one thing that I wish they didn't do was charge you so much for non-dairy milk. For most of their lattes that I get, it comes with whole milk as the standard part of the recipe. I always have to switch to oat milk because I can't have dairy and it's nearly an extra dollar charge. Most other coffee shops that I go to provide you a range of different milk options and they don't really charge you more for a non-dairy milk. Those that do charge more charge maybe $.50 more. Because the up charge is nearly a dollar here I don't go as often as I would like because it just seems silly to me to spend 8 to 9 dollars on a latte. Overall, I think it's a great place with good vibes and nice people that work there. I just don't think it's very friendly for people that are allergic to dairy. read more

One of my favorite coffee shops in town! The coffee is amazing and they make their own house syrups which have all been great so far! Everyone is very friendly and helpful. I usually just grab my coffee and go but it is a cute spot for a coffee date or a study sesh. Stop by if you haven't already! read more

Truly overpriced. Your coffee will be $10 there is no way getting around it. I tried their matcha and that was the worst decision. Their coffee is definitely better than their matcha but it's not $10 worth. I haven't been to coffee drunk for a year and I just remembered why. It's not worth it. read more

#139 in my Coffeeshop Chronicles. I was looking for a coffeeshop I could take my fur babies to without worrying about us dying in the heat, when I came across Coffee Drunk. Located in Bixby Knolls, Coffee Drunk is an open-air shop with a built-in patio and ample seating, a gorgeous pine green color scheme, and an interesting menu of specialty drinks. I ordered the On My Way and the Baby LA lattes from their specialty menu. The On My Way is made with their in-house salted pistachio syrup. To my dismay, the pistachio notes were overwhelming and inordinate, and I didn't much care for the taste. The Baby LA, on the other hand, was love at first sip! The housemade honey vanilla syrup was delicious, and the added touch of mint was subtle and blended well with the other flavors. The drinks are a bit small for the price, but I'd still be interested in returning to enjoy another coffee break with my dogs. ****************** My Ratings: 1 Star: Terrible; just thinking about it makes me angry. 2 Stars: Wasn't a fan so Not likely to return. 3 Stars: Meh. Average. Might return if others drag me. 4 Stars: Yum! Likely to return. 5 Stars: Amazing! Would plan my day around it. Parking lot and street parking. read more

This is my new go to coffee shop whenever I am in the area, which is usually weekends. It does tend to get crowded on a weekend morning but that is usually what happens in a pretty cool coffee shop. The shop itself is pretty chill and has some cool artwork on the walls which act as a photo op in itself. The staff is great and always know what to recommend, especially when seasonal items are available. The coffee, is hands down amazing. Need I say more? My go to is the Instigator and is definitely a pick me upper. Especially after a long night before, definitely gets the blood flowing and wakes me up. I am also a fan of their matcha. It has a great taste and very refreshing. Definitely both drinks are my go to. The pastries are yummy and are vegan friendly so make sure you try something from their stash. The croissants are always fresh and they have some cool flavors too. There is a great selection on merchandise, too. They sell t-shirts, hats, stickers, and reusable coffee mugs for the ones who are always on the go. There are multiple locations throughout the LBC so no need to worry if this location is too packed. You can always try out a different one. All in all, I will forever come back to this place because it is such a vibe. I can unwind and refresh while sitting in the patio listening to some good music and drinking some good coffee. Can't wait to be back and hope to see you all there. As the baristas here say, "Caffeinate Responsibly". read more

Very hipster inside. It's minimal and nice and clean. Found this place due to Instagram decide to try it out. There is no parking lot but seems to be available street parking. The pastries were minimal options. They have 3 menus, seems like what they have daily and another for special time only. Got the I believe lavender or blueberry matcha idk it was okay not high grade matcha but decent. The coffee was also kinda whatevers tasted watered down. I'm not too sure if I would come back here only if I'm near by read more

Went to CoffeeDrunk for the first time this week and loved it! I'd ordered their specialty, which was called the "Instigator". It's an iced espresso, shaken with maple & brown sugar. I had mine with almond milk. I found it rich, delicious, and refreshing on a warm day. I'd also ordered a couple pastries after the friendly barista working here told me about a BOGO deal. I can't recall exactly what they were, but one pastry contained passion fruit, and both were high quality and incredibly sweet.
