As other reviews have mentioned, the cashier at the front didn't come across as very friendly and had a RBF. She had a pretty serious demeanor and gave the impression that she didn't really want to be there. It's not a huge deal and I understand I'm not at like some Michelin star place, but I do think the customer service could be improved. One thing I also noticed was that the customer who ordered behind us received their items before we did, which was a little annoying. I'm not sure I'd go out of my way to come back, but if I'm in the area again, I'd be willing to give some of the other menu items a try.

When I asked about it, the barista explained that the cashier has two sizes and that I had apparently paid for the 12 oz. However, the menu showed only a 16 oz cappuccino at the exact price I paid. I pointed this out calmly, and the barista offered to remake it as a 16 oz, which I accepted. Unfortunately, while making the replacement, she spoke negatively to another staff member about the situation and then loudly called out, "HERE YOUR 16 OZ," which drew attention from other customers. I remained calm and simply wanted the order advertised on the menu. I like supporting local businesses, but I expect clear pricing and respectful customer service.
