Being on the west side it is pretty hidden compared to the otherwise which has an IKEA and lots of businesses. The area can be kind of sketchy so be aware. Vibe: Location has a drive through so I didn't really check the inside but there wasn't any issues but the drive thru was kind of hidden. Could use clearer markings. Service: Staff order was quick and they sounded friendly. Only issue I had was that there was a long wait when we got to the window. Normally they will take payment, so this through me off a bit. We waited just before the drinks arrived which is different than what I would expect. Drinks: Consistent service as always and a nice little message on the cup! I don't know what it is with this stupid trend of adding crap to tea. I asked for a Thai iced tea, and was offered several options: chai and some other things. I said, no, I just wanted regular tea. The clerk said it would have "just regular tea." It came with cinnamon, orange spice, and all sorts of nasty (but, somehow, trendy) stuff in it. It was pretty disgusting. I took it up to the counter and complained. The clerk said that Starbucks Corporate had recently decided that regular tea had to have all this crap in it (my word, not hers), and that if I wanted it without all that stuff I would have to ask specifically. Dammit, I HAD asked specifically. I had asked for "regular tea." The idiots at Starbucks Corporate do not get to define terms in the English language. Regular tea does not have crap in it. Anyway, she should have offered me my money back, or a replacement Thai iced tea with real regular tea in it. She did not. So I took the full cup over to the trash and very dramatically and ceremoniously, dropped it in. If I had been being an asshole, instead, I would have thrown it into the trash from across the room. I had a wonderful experience with this location. The store was clean and the decor was upbeat and relaxing at the same time. I'm obsessed with the bathroom sink & (no) faucets. Everything was automatic in one place and no need to touch anything. The woman who served me (she had a European accent) - wish I'd gotten her name- was delightful and asked me questions about me- that rarely happens. If I could leave no stars, I would. We ordered 4 drinks and waited about 30 minutes. There was only one order ahead of ours. The employees had zero sense of urgency and actually moved at what seemed like a sloths pace. When I finally got my iced gingerbread oat milk chai it tasted like warm milk. No chai flavor at all. & It was not cold. My boyfriend ordered a black tea and after waiting all that time they said "sorry we are out of that, can I make you something else". Today, Even for mobile orders this location locked the front door, and had everyone go through the drive thru. I can see for purchases, but this completely defeats the purpose of mobile order. Their drive thru is not meant for emergencies. You can't leave in the event of an emergency. Your coffee is suppose to be the delight to your morning, not an obstacle to get it. if you don't have staff to accommodate your mobile order. just cancel mobile orders. This made me late for my day. We placed an order for store pickup and as I walked up to the pick up area, I was immediately greeted and asked for the name and they started making it. I had a few questions about what I ordered since I wanted to try something new and a gal was friendly and happy to answer my questions. My drinks came out quickly and a gentleman was able to "fix" my drink since I got spice on my cold foam while other locations don't so I didn't want it and he offered to top it off with more to compensate. Very friendly and helpful employees and everything went very smoothly. I haven't been to this location for quite some time, but the last 3 times I have in recent months, they've messed up my order 2 out of 3. Seems like new and young employees, who may need more training. I did an online order of the blueberries and mixed nuts oatmeal. When I went to go pick it up and didn't open til I got back to my desk, it was plain oatmeal. Just now I ordered a grande black iced coffee, they gave me a grande hot. I told the lady no, i asked for iced. She said "you want iced coffee?" Like i just up and changed my mind. No, that's what I originally asked for. By far one of the WORST Starbucks ever. It doesn't matter what time it is in the day, the service here is always really slow. Additionally, the employees here aren't as fast and importantly, their customer service sucks. Every time I visit this location, I am always waiting 15-20 minutes or even more, waiting in the drive thru, in the lobby and even preordering it ahead of time with the app. I've tried to put in my drink on my mobile phone, thinking it would be ready by the time I got there, and its never ready. I would still have to wait for it. Their employees have no sense of urgency at all. I could be waiting for 10 minutes already and they are just taking their sweet time. Heads up: The drive thru wait is FOREVER and you cannot get out of line to leave even if you want to. Just saying. read more

This is a great Starbucks. Located right off the freeway and has a drive thru. Honestly the drive thru usually has a pretty long line. There isn't to much parking available but I would say going inside saves you a bunch of time. The employees are always so friendly. read more

Went through the Starbucks drive through wait 20 minutes after they closed off the drive through putting cones behind my car to tell me they closed at 11:30am, mind you it's 11:35!!! That's bullshit they could've told me ahead of time and let me leave instead of waiting 20 minutes in the drive through line! That's ridiculous! After asking her nicely if she could just take my order since I've been waiting in line the for 20 minutes and it literally just passed 11:30am but I was already in line before 11:30 and they closed off the line, she says it depends on what they have available. I ask her if they could make two different drinks and she said no to both. So I told her nevermind and CONTINUED to wait to leave the drive through because it was still many cars ahead of me. I use to come here all the time. Given that my work is like a 2 minute walk. But they been messing up on my drinks all the time. Its either not right, too less, less flavor, not enough espresso...etc. i have tried other starbucks on my days off and its always made right. I think the staff here are spending too much time on their conversations than making a drink properly. I usually find it 1 out of 10 when my drink is on point. Do not trust what these baristas are making. I ordered a chai latte with oat milk through the drive thru, and they gave me one with regular milk. I noticed immediately, and I asked them to remake it with dairy free milk, the barista took my cup back and then gave me a "new" drink with the same label, same cup, same time stamp as the drink with dairy. I then tasted by "new" drink that was supposedly remade and it was dairy milk. I then walked into the store and asked the barista if this was remade and why it had the same label as the original drink. She informed me she remade it in the same cup and just didn't take the sticker off. She insisted she rinsed the cup beforehand as well, but the speed in which the drink was handed back to me (cup was completely dry on the outside too) makes that EXTREMELY hard to believe. Always enjoy coming to this Starbucks location. I just dont come here too often because it's a bit of a drive for me. Anytime a Starbucks tells me they cant make a certain drink because they are cleaning the blonde espresso machine I can come here and this location will ALWAYS have the blonde up and running for me. The staff is pretty friendly and are usually willing and easy to have a conversation with. It's nice to experience more than just a smile sometimes This location is also open later than others as well so incase you want coffee late and all the rest are closed-you can come here still for a late night caffeine fix Most of all, they are not rude to me and realize I'm a person. Most times the store itself is closed for walk ins so you have to do drive threw. When this happens I highly suggest you don't do drive threw. I've been in this line for 35 minutes late AF for work over a grilled cheese and a strawberry refresher. Their more likely under staffed which is why the drive threw only but goodness gracious. I just don't recommend it this is the 3rd time this has happened to me. Other than that the staff is wonderful and always great service. read more

The location is not the greatest. Parking and accessibility are somewhat difficult. The store is nice and big. The employees are friendly and courteous. Took my order right away. I just ordered regular drip coffee with a splash of almond milk. They got the order right and it did not take long. The only reason I go to this Starbucks is it's location. Often long, slow lines at the drive thru. Inside it too warm and stuffy. I get wrong drinks and many times attitude when I say something about it. The drive thru order station faces the freeway and makes ordering difficult, you would think they would have addressed this by now. For a 24 hour location, I've come by and they are closed. I understand being closed for remodeling but when all lights are off, no one answers the drive thru AND not even a sign on the door... ARGHHHH!!! Great location especially if you are just driving through West Sacramento on Highway 80! This Starbucks is literally off the freeway, within a hop, skip and jump! Even better, they have a drive-thru so you can conveniently order from your car. Drinks come out with a good temperature and the customer service is on point. We ordered inside and they were short staff , after we received our order we were drinking our coffee inside , they told us we need to leave because they had to close the lobby. I find this extremely rude. There were other people inside as well. I do understand they are short staff but for them to kick people out it's unacceptable. This one is closest to my work so I come here when I need my SB fix. People are nice enough and to my recollection never got a "wrong" order. I have on a few occasions gotten coffee that tasted burnt but of course you don't realize it until you are already at work so I have just dealt with it. Service can be slow however especially in drive thru. I have had other SB give your drink for free because of the wait but this one has never done that. The parking is horrendous. Very few spaces that they share and very close together. It doesn't help that people don't know how to park! So yeah sometimes it is drama to get my fix, but alas I do it! read more

Since certain Starbucks have gone ahead and removed access to power outlets, I'll go around and report which Starbucks still have 'em and which don't. This Starbucks wasn't too different in terms of service. As usual, the baristas were pretty nice, respectful, and informative. It's a good place to study, with no limit parking, a good number of tables, and open access to power outlets (yay). The drinks come out in a reasonable amount of time, and there's also a drive-thru for all y'alls who need energy on the run. One gripe, however, is that during the two hours we were here, they ran out of the half and half on the counter, so they took it back and then said they didn't want to put it back :( read more
