They're not Starbucks!!! They're not any sort of chain! And they make an abundance of delicious coffee drinks (hot, iced, blended, oh my!)! And they sell tchotchkes and sparkly things! Once upon a time there was a woman set up outside selling handbags, jewelry and Victoria's Secret undies. I couldn't tell you if any of these items were new or not. Bargain! read more

Super friendly and quick service. When I asked how their chai was their response was "once you try it you will always come back"! It was very good as was the breakfast bagel sandwich. If you are looking for something small to eat with your coffee this busy, local, friendly coffee shop is a great stop. Love experiencing friendly and engaging service! read more

I love great coffee. It is even better if you get a cool location with good decor. It is best when you get great service from engaging people! After a couple weeks of camping this was a great "last" stop on our way out of the woods. The ladies at the counter were cheerful, engaging, fun and obviously love what they do. read more

Love this place! Great customer service, awesome environment and of course great coffee.

OMG!!! They have a Chi Tea!! So here we are early in the morning in Chester and we discover a coffee drive through. Yea it's a good day! read more

love this place, good coffee and bagel sandwiches and the employees and the owner are the best!

This is my favorite place to go for coffee. Brenda, the owner is always so cheerful along with the other staff. Their staff cares about you and wants to hear all about it. For sure the best place to go if you need a little energy or a confidence boost!:) read more

This place has great coffee and a great atmosphere. I wish they had longer business hours. The people who work here are very courteous and professional. read more

Decent coffee, food is fine. Had a bad service experience that spoiled all the other good times we had here. I've never seen such attitude, it was really unique, & while everyone else has been kind in other visits, we definitely won't be back. read more

Owner has an attitude. She's not nice to out of town people. There's some irony there as she needs the out of town business to keep her doors open. Coffee is actually good, you just have to get past the owner. I would not recommend this place, I would rather drink stale Chevron coffee then support this business. read more

Great bagels, wonderful coffee and friendly waitstaff. Another one of our go to restaurants in Chester. If you are in need of coffee, muffin, bagel with all the fixings, give it a try. You will be glad you did. Great owner and staff. read more

Yes, stop here if you want a warm, flaky, cinnamon sticky bun to go with your cup of coffee. Hopefully they haven't run out before you get there. It's the flakiest cinnamon sticky bun we've ever had. Someone said it's made with phyllo dough, that must be why. We're still talking about it. 'Nuff said! read more

Comfy, local, relaxed, free wi-fi, friendly. Tasty cinnamon rolls...... :) Drive-up window and picnic table for outdoor seating. Used to be a real gas station. read more

This is my favorite place in Chester. Latte is my drug of choice and its always good. Strong but not bitter just as I like it. The superstar is the breakfast sandwich on bagel. Bacon or ham both good on it with egg and tomato. So far just good. But then with Pesto, OMG! A fantastic breakfast (or lunch after a hike) anywhere but in a small town like Chester? Why go elsewhere? Oh and the cinnamon rolls look really good. I'll let you know. read more

Cute, friendly little coffee shop where we stopped in for breakfast every morning we were in the Lassen area. All the wi-fi & coffee drinks & styles you'd expect, plus several choices for breakfast or brunch snacks. We had a delicious cinnamon roll & bagel breakfast sandwiches with eggs, ham, & cheese. My only complaint is that our mochas were a little burned every morning, but I admit I've become a little bit of an espresso snob since moving to SF & it was still completely drinkable. (Also, I'm not sure you can get espresso drinks anywhere else nearby.) And really, the women working there were some of the most outgoing, friendly people I've ever met, so it was worth a stop just for that. read more

This review is for almost all of the expresso drinks. Also staff seemed irritable and short. Would not recommend this place and would avoid it if possible read more

I really love this place. The coffee of course is great but the ladies are always friendly and make it a real homey place to be. They have a great selection of pastries but don have full breakfasts. So the menu could be a little bigger and Maybe open a little longer during the day. read more

Amazing little coffee shop! First of all, I was amazed by it's small town classic coffee shop look. It made me feel like I was in a movie! The shop was actually a good size and had some nice tables and chairs inside as well as a couch! Outside there were also two picnic tables and a small table and chairs (where I sat!). The coffee shop is right on Main St. so you can see everyone come and go while drinking your coffee, so nice! I got a caramel macchiato which was the best I had ever had! I also had one of their home made poppy seed muffins. It was moist and delicious! My mom got a coffee and a cheesy bagel with cream cheese and tomato. She said it was the softest bagel she had ever had and that the tomatoes tasted organic (I think that means really good and fresh, lol). She talked about her bagel and I my coffee the whole ride home. Can't wait to roll into Chester again and hit up this place. read more

We are coffee lovers that prefer a stout cup of GOOD coffee. This is the place! When we are at home in the Bay Area, we prefer Peet's and this is comparable. Great service too! read more

Great coffee and coffee drinks and a wonderful community vibe. The drive through line is three deep in the morning and there's a lot of hustle and bustle indoors as well, with locals running into each other and chatting, alongside seasonal tourists. There are plenty of games and books to dip into. The work of local artists hangs on the wall, and seems like every business or event in the area has their card or flyer posted. Definitely the place to go if you want to know what's happening. Service is fast and friendly. Only giving it four stars because it's an inviting place to sit and sip, but there's no bathroom, which is definitely a downside if you want to hang out for a while. read more

Good coffee, free wifi, comfy. What more could a guy want?

Stopped by on yelp recommendations. Hubby had a Mexican mocha and I had an Americano We each had a cinnamon roll and were delighted with all. Service was great too. This will be our stopping place from now on read more

Just finished a wonderful vacation with the family. Chester was home-base so that we could hike and explore around Mt. Lassen. I love espresso. I found this place and had a hard time not buying large lattes every single morning. Great service. Great coffee! read more

I just ordered a dirty spiced Chai from Starbucks and it was a huge disappointment after having The Coffee Station's! They are very friendly there, my husband and I only come up 2-4 a year and yet they remember us! read more

They were kind, respectful, and flexible. They had a children's area. Very clean.Loved the signs and artwork.

Great coffee! Very friendly owners & a homey-atmosphere! Highly recommend! Highly recommend!

These ladies are great, they make wonderful cinnamon rolls, bagel sandwiches and their coffee drinks are great! If you are undecided ... just tell them if you want a hot, cold or blended drink and they will make suggestions. If you want a good cup of coffee in town ... this is the place for you! read more

Awesome!!! Such a cool place and vibe. Wireless, comfy couches and sitting area, amazing coffee and the only game in town (for good coffee)! Young women working (Cierra & Allison shout out!) were incredibly outgoing and had great suggestions for what to try! They even have a drive thru! Prices are right as well. Stop here if ever in town, you won't be disappointed. read more

This place is awesome and super friendly. I haven't been to Chester in over 30 years. Lo and Behold the young woman who waited on me graduated from the same high school in Sacramento that I did. This is THE place to go for coffee. Good seating, good parking. Don't miss it on your way into Chester at the north end of town. read more

I'm just gonna say this off the bat, I'm from the city and have tried lots of coffee that is from a 3 star location, and it was a lot better than this burned and hot/iced coffee. I think 4 1/2 stars is a completing overstating them read more

Great coffee, amazing fresh cinnamon rolls, wonderful service. You must stop here, and often!

Good coffee and the absolute BEST cinnamon rolls on the planet. Get there early b/c they sell out!

I love a good cup of coffee when I'm on the road. I didn't get one here. Coffee, especially at a place that uses the word in their business name, needs to be flavorful and robust. What they served me here was akin to watered-down weak tea. read more

A great find for my husband and I who were in town on vacation. He enjoyed his strong, black coffee and freshly baked poppy seed muffin, and I loved my almond milk latte (always a joy to me when coffee shops carry non-dairy milk other than soy) and egg sandwich. Friendly ladies with smiles on their faces, even early in the morning. Went back a few times while in town and would definitely recommend it to others. read more

The owner is very hospitable, the service is always great - and the coffee is wonderful! What more could you ask for? It's the only place in Chester we go to get coffee. I recommend the white mocha with an extra shot of espresso before a long hike or a trip to Lake Almanor. read more

Great little coffee shop with very tasty fresh-baked muffins! My wife and I went there each morning we stayed in Chester.
