This is a great little small town coffee shop. There is seating inside so you can relax for a little while. They have a great selection of fresh drinks, as well as a case full of freshly prepared breakfast foods, pastries, and sandwiches. The small town friendliness always comes through from everyone there. Every time I stop in, I run into someone I know. read more

Midtown Coffee - Freshly made sandwiches - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Quincy, California

Best Coffee in Quincy! Comfortable cozy seating inside or out. Service is always awesome!

Their hot chocolate is the perfect hot temperature and very chocolately not made from a powdered mix. The chai blast is a milkshake that is wonderfully made with black tea and chai seasonings. The fruit smoothies are delicious as well. Can't go wrong with anything you order. read more

Ok maybe I'm crazy but I thought that it was kinda way expensive here? Like how is a small black coffee with oat milk (that u add yourself) and a small americano 10 usd?!? Maybe I'm too broke but damn. The little area up the stairs was pretty cool and ppl were also nice! read more

I had a wonderful experience at Midtown Café! Not only did they give me a discount on my cup of coffee, but they also treated me to a delicious Americano instead of the small coffee I originally wanted. The atmosphere is absolutely charming, with old coffee bags adorning the walls, giving it that quaint, small-town vibe. It's truly an excellent spot, and I'd give it a solid five out of five stars! read more

Keep in mind I'm NOT a coffee person but came here to check it out because I was told someone else LOVES this coffee. I just came from Carey Candy Co which is a full on gift goodie fun stuff place. Compared to Carey, this is a coffee shop! But maybe it really is good coffee! I CAN SAY I had a COCONUT CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE that was definitely worth the stop. read more

A cute little coffee shop in downtown Quincy. They have a nice array of breakfast and pastry items, and good selection of coffee and hot drinks. It's got a few cozy seating areas and a decorative chalkboard table. The ambience is homey and the breakfast sandwich I got was hearty and of good quality. read more

Great iced, shaken espresso and the lemon turnover was so good I went back for one the next day!

The owners and their staff are always friendly and the freshly baked breakfast options each morning are always worth the stop. The traditional coffee shop atmosphere is very welcoming to sit and stay for a while. read more

Their espesso is very good! Also, an inviting atmoshere and friendly, attentive service. Definitey recommend!

I only come here once a couple times a year to use the internet when I'm visiting relatives in the area. The coffee is bland, it's always freezing cold inside even in the summer, and the people are rude. Twice I've been asked to move from the table I was sitting at because a "regular" is going to come in and expect to sit there (even though it's not reserved!). The first time I obliged, the second time I was on a conference call and said I needed a few minutes, meanwhile the "regulars", four nasty old women presumably living in the area, stood literally right next to me and tried to talk over me during the conference call. Hopefully they build a Starbucks in Quincy soon, in the meantime I'll be going to the candy shop up the street that has faster wifi and much better service. Unless you're a local I would avoid this place at all costs. read more

Glen is my hero! If it weren't for Midtown Coffee's delicious, fresh, and healthy food and beverage options, I don't know how I would get through the week. The staff is so amazing and I go multiple times a week and can still pay my bills. Thank YOU!! read more

Good service. Board games. Coffee didn't meet my standards but I could be a coffee snob.

People are super sweet and nice. And their coffee is sooo good I definitely recommend this place for any coffee lover

These folks have the best coffee and tea in town. Their food is also very good. If you are a coffee snob, this will be your choice when visiting Quincy. A little difficult to find, just go toward the Post Office, they are located within the same building. Good job! read more

Delicious breakfast! We had an egg and sausage sandwich on an English muffin and scrambled eggs with yellow squash, red onion and red bell pepper and cheese and it was perfect! We also had homemade flour and dairy free pumpkin muffins as well as apricot almond danish. So GOOD that we grabbed some to go. The coffee and hot chocolate were also yum. Sweet people too! read more

The owners are the friendliest folks around. The coffee is amazing and there's free WiFi!!!

Even on a crowded morning they had our coffee ready in a matter of seconds. Tried the pumpkin oat muffins the first morning and the quiche this morning. Both were excellent. Friendly service and a cute, welcoming interior. An essential stop! read more

Great spot to grab coffee in Quincy. Great place to do al little work and grab some fast WiFi. Great owners. The cold brew here is some of the best. Support a local business like this one. read more

Nice little community place. Needed to work remotely and found this place very amenable. The staff was very friendly, I felt right at home

Good coffee - we def needed a pick-me-up after a lot of driving from Sacramento to Quincy and this place delivered. It's not the plain old coffee in a pot...they have an espresso machine and yummy flavors to add. Their snacks looked really good too! read more

Really great atmosphere and really great people. The coffee is really good and it's a cool place to study or get together with some friends

The absolute best selection of loose teas in town! You can get them cold or iced and I absolutely LOVE the black fruit tea. Too often places have way too many herbal teas and hardly any black teas to choose from. Not being a coffee drinker, but still wanting my caffeine bump, this place offers friendly service and and lots of choices for tea drinkers like me! Don't worry they have tons of coffee too and a selection of baked goods and snacks. read more

Good locals atmosphere, but everything else fell short. Both of my espresso drinks had a ton of sediment. I've never seen so much mud at the bottom of the cup. My bagel sandwich seemed microwaved, way too chewy. I'm ok with reheated stuff but a panini press or toaster would have been more appropriate. Quaffable. read more

Hidden gem in the mountains, staff is friendly, helpful and kind. I'm from Seattle, and was in dire need of coffee and a good place in the mountains with fast wifi to work remotely. The entire town comes here to enjoy the atmosphere, spring rolls and yummy Peanut Butter Cookies. If you are in the area, I highly suggest you stop by this little oasis in the country. read more

How pleased I was to come upon Midtown Coffee! The mix of local and tourist traffic keeps this place humming, and it's probably the friendliest spot in Quincy. Great coffee ( barista onboard), pastries and small breakfast /lunch options. All who come in get a smiling welcome and it's contagious! Good wifi too-so you are welcome to relax and work away! Giant coffee menu and lots of teas. Also a great spot to work.

Great local place. My friends family has a place up at Bucks Lake. I travel in almost every day to catch up on work emails and make some calls. I try to find a different place each time. Midtown is a great place and the food is top notch. The internet is fast and the coffee will give you a kick in the beans (see what I did there? lol). Enjoy and give it a visit. read more

Shout-out to the owners, Glen and Kristin, for a great place to hang out and drink good coffee. We thoroughly enjoyed our specialty coffee drinks and shakes. It was busy the whole time we were there, so it's obviously a popular place. There are board games available for kids and adults to play. read more

Definitely stop by when in town for a quick breakfast or afternoon pick me up. Did not have lunch but the place seems popular. Also picked up some fun gift items and some old fashioned candy. read more

Best coffee in Quincy. The staff is friendly and there are plenty of good vibes to go around. If you're a local or just passing through, stop and support multiple local businesses because they use local roasters for coffee that you really can't find anywhere else. Also the eggle is amazing. read more

Had the most amazing chocolate croissant there! My boyfriend is from France and even said that it was top notch. I really enjoyed the ambience and friendly staff. The latte was really nice. Would definitely come back if I'm back in the area. read more

The true small town coffee atmosphere. Locals chatting, local papers on the tables, always run into someone you know, free wifi, and owners working the front end and drinks made to taste great. Peak hours mean a longer wait, but the patience is worth it. I sometimes snag a egg bagel on the run and they are worth the $4. read more

Pesto sausage and egg sandwich was amazing! There was some other stuff in it too, it hit the spot! Great americano to go with it. Highly recommend this place! read more

Just finished the most amazing Panini sandwich I've ever had...chicken salad w/lemon caper aioli. I will want this sandwich every day now, I'm ruined!! Glenn and Kristen are the most giving, community minded people and their food is amazing. They catered a staff lunch for us a few weeks ago and everyone was full of compliments, we're using them again in two weeks. Can't wait. Now I just have to figure out when that chicken salad Panini will be served again. read more

Love the coffee and treats, and the staff and customers! I always feel at home in Midtown.

Always kind and great coffee, teas, and treats. I will be back again. The atmosphere is comfortable and warm and they do have fast internet.

This is a wonderful friendly shop that I have really enjoyed coming to this week! I was in need of WIFI, coffee & breakfast, all of which were provided by Midtown! The coffee & teas are fresh brewed, and the, treats and breakfast choices are made in house and are wonderful! Thank you for helping make my working vacation bearable and relaxing! read more
