I went to pay and they tacked on a .50 charge for a credit card. This practice always upsets me as a consumer and I wish they'd just charge what's necessary to do business. I had cash and used that instead to avoid it. The service, from what I can only guess are the owners, wasn't very warm or friendly, and that was a bit disheartening too. I'm used to small towns having such warm and wonderful people, and this just wasn't the case. The place was clean with a few tables to sit, so we stayed and ate there.
