If you're driving around Provo and you're not sure what to do, head to the Coffee Pod! I was really excited to find that they had Highlander Grogg on tap, one of my favorites. I ordered an iced coffee with honey and almond milk and she put the honey in first and made sure it was dissolved (does not always happen) and frothed my almond milk up a bit. Lovely coffee made by a lovely and friendly lady, today! Keep it up.

Stopped on my way to a location for work and was not dissatisfied! I've never had a coffee on Provo before, and I am impressed. I got the coconut snickerdoodle, it's not on the menu, but it was recommended by the barista. I am working through it now, and really enjoying it.

Of you are still buying coffee from Starbucks, you obviously have not tasted coffee from coffee pod!! They are little slow at times at the drive up window, and not always the friendliest, (reason for 4 starts instead of 5) but their espresso taste like heaven! Iced Americano with heavy cream. Mmmmmm

    A sizable selection.

The first time I came to Coffee Pod was shortly after Juice n Java closed their Provo location. And I have to say, it makes an apt substitute for what was our quick and dirty neighborhood coffee house. Even better, because CP is considerably larger and so it can't help but be a bit quieter. It has comfortable couches for conversation, and tables for working or studying. The menu is the requisite slate (quit literally) of coffee, tea, and juice in most conceivable combinations. My favorite is a flavored coffee called Highlander Grogg. They make a drink called White Grogg that's terrific iced. They offer a few baked goods that are substantial, if not mind blowing. I also appreciate the gluten free off the shelf offerings. It's certainly better than nothing. They also have a variety of dairy substitutes. Solid recommend.

Pod is a fitting word for this place. Very small. Every time i go there are two workers max, which during busy time can suck they get pretty backed up. But if there is no one there the service is quick and awesome. Full disclosure... I really just like being here. They have so many different things to choose from. But I go to chill and just kind of relax, especially because in the morning they dont have tons of people there (because they have a drive thru that most people go through... two different spellings... same meaning). The baked goods and stuff are pretty fairly priced. I wouldn't say they are outstanding it would probably be better to get donuts or pastries from a bakery but for the price these ones arent too bad. THE VERDICT: Provo doesn't have a whole lot of coffee spots and this one is the best. You can get decaf or... caf... for all of the mormon peeps here. Even if you don't like coffee you should go. JUST FOR THE SMELL!

The coffee is great and I love the atmosphere; however, the barista's are incredibly rude and standoffish.

The coffee is fine. But the wait here is insane. I've never waited less than 10 minutes here. I'm not exaggerating. So slow.

Finally, World-Class Espresso in the Heart of Provo! If you…read moreare an espresso enthusiast living in or traveling through Utah County, your search ends here. Incidental Coffee Roasters isn't just a coffee shop; it's a masterclass in the craft. I can say without hesitation that this is the best espresso I have ever had in Utah County. What sets Incidental apart is the absolute precision in their flavor. Because they roast their own single-origin beans in-house, the coffee is incredibly fresh and "dialed in" to perfection. My espresso is always exceptionally balanced--smooth, with a complex natural sweetness and none of the bitterness you find at larger chains. It is clearly a labor of love for true coffee purists. Why you should visit: The atmosphere is minimalist, intentional, and calming--perfect for a focused morning or a sophisticated coffee date. But the real heartbeat of the shop is the owner, Dylan. He is incredibly knowledgeable and clearly lives and breathes coffee science, yet he's one of the friendliest people you'll meet. Whether you're a fellow coffee nerd wanting to talk extraction or a casual drinker looking for a recommendation, he makes everyone feel welcome without a hint of pretension. If you appreciate the "art" of the bean, do yourself a favor and stop by. Provo's coffee scene is better because of incidental! I come in here multiple times per week and am never disappointed. I also buy their fresh roasted coffee for making espresso at home and it is amazing! I like all the roasts i've tried but the Ethiopia Yirgacheffe Iwariti roast or the Ethiopia Guji roast are my favorite!
