I went to high school in North Ogden. While I was visiting my parents, my partner and I needed to grab a drink and finish some work on our computers. We stumbled upon this place and we were so pleasantly surprised. The interior is filled with bright colors, tables, booths, and couches, puzzles and games, and quick wifi. I ordered the chai tea and my partner ordered the french press. The chai was absolutely delicious, not too sweet or spicy and at a temperature that you can sip immediately. There was quite a bit of foam and topped with cinnamon decorations. The price was great for a chai at $3. The french press was wonderful. They have 5 different options of beans and it is brewed at a temperature that did not taste burnt. They have options for lunch and breakfast and are located in a quiet community with options to sit outside and look at the mountains. read more

I love the people who work here, the food is usually very good and so is the coffee. However, they absolutely nickel and dime their customers to no end. The base prices for their food and coffee are already expensive but any little thing you change, adds an exorbitant up charge. I have substituted 1/2&1/2 on any coffee place I go to in place of other milks and have never been charged for it. Coffee Links charges and extra $1 to get 1/2&1/2 in place of whole milk. They know that's not the cost difference for that type of change. They also charge way too much for sauces and no little thing is missed they won't charge you for. It definitely feels a bit greedy. This has always been one of our favorite places but I think I might have to go somewhere more reasonable for food and coffee. read more

Visiting from Oregon and well in Oregon good coffee can pretty much be found on any corner. Also you have Starbucks, Dutch Brothers, Human Bean etc etc. Finding quality coffee in Ogden Utah is a little more of a challenge. Obviously we use Yelp for all things food when traveling far from home. We visited the shop on Grant and Park. Walking in the employees were very friendly. Greeted us and handed us food and drink menus. We were only there for coffee however. We noticed right away that they roast their own beans which was a plus for us. I have recently really enjoyed Cardamom lattes, they didn't have this on their menu however they were able to make my wife and I iced vanilla cardamom lattes. The cardamom was the perfect amount. Coffee was super smooth and not bitter at all! They were so good we came in each morning for three days in a row to get our cardamom coffee fix. The barista was super friendly young man. It was clear he enjoyed his job and liked to create quality craft. Day three we did order food. My wife had the croissant sandwich which she loved and I had the chorizo flatbread. It was pretty good, the chorizo could have had a little more spice but overall really good. Thank you for the great service and great food and drinks. read more

Wow. First off, the ambience of this place is so relaxing and chill. My experience was quite incredible with amazing vibes. HUGE shoutout to Leon the barista, he was so kind and genuine. They also have ongoing puzzles anyone can participate in and a guitar that we definitely put to use. After all that, I guess I should mention the actual coffee; I was massively impressed by the flavor of their coffee. So I stopped by this place one morning bc I've always passed it and wondered if it was any good. Looked at the reviews (bc I'm skeptic of places I don't know) and they seemed promising and thought I would give it a try. Walked in and took a look around. The decor was nice and I loved the puzzles hanging up on counter wall. Outside they had a lovely little area to sit if you didn't want go be inside. Ordered a sugar free vanilla and white chocolate iced latte and the breakfast sandwich. Was REALLY impressed with the iced latte bc usually getting sugar free coffee from places does NOT taste good (I've tried Starbucks and they are all right when it comes to the sugar free coffee and I usually just make my own at home) but the coffee was great! The sandwich was really good as well. Delicious and was served hot (always a plus and a good review from me) but the only thing I would say, is that the pricing for the sandwich (in my opinion) didn't match the quanity that they gave you. I'm always one that decides if the quanity matches the quality AND the price, then I would buy it. But I'm willing to let it slide bc I understand that small local business have to have their prices high enough to stay in business. Upon first walking into this seemingly chic urban cafe it's easy to be distracted by all of the colorful art adorning the walls. After reading the menu one might be easily excited at the prospect of what seems to finally be a delicious variation from the normal hum drum and limiting food options found in Ogden but that is where the excitement ends. Service is great but the last time we went here it it reeked of gasoline and when I informed the staff it didn't phase them. The first time here I ordered a strawberry Italian soda, or so I hoped, and received their interpretation which was an overly sweetened yet watered down blended ice smoothy. I asked why they made it that way and was informed that they didn't like the traditional method. They shouldn't call it an Italian soda if they are going to change the way it's made!! I was horribly dissatisfied. I also ordered one of their salads my first time here and they messed up the order but furthermore it was horribly tasting and I couldn't eat it. I had hoped that the first visit was just a fluke and I wanted to give this place a second chance due to the lack of dining options. The second time I ordered their breakfast bagel which was soggy and resembled a hamburger. Once again I was disappointed. Conclusion: just stick to ordering the jello which they seem to do very well! read more

It pains me to have to write this review, as I have always enjoyed my visits to coffee links. However, today, my sister and I went there for a coffee and sandwich. We both ordered a sandwich, but mine arrived as a salad. I told the waitress that I did not order a salad that I had ordered a sandwich. I heard her go back to tell the gal who waited on me that to be sure to, ask the customer if they want the salad or the sandwich, as they have both under the same name on their menu. Another waiter brought me the sandwich after having sent the salad back, and told me that I, as the customer, need to make sure that I specify when ordering that I am requesting a sandwich versus a salad. I was quite appalled at this request, as I didn't even know, they had a salad and a sandwich on their menu under the same name. I didn't think it was my job as a customer to know their menu front and back up and down, and that the cashier should've asked ME what I wanted. Very frustrating to have the blame put on me, the customer. What a shame. I probably will not be returning... read more
