I really could have finished that whole plate of pancakes but I know my stomach would be so upset with me on my 5 hour trip home. What I appreciate most about this joint is how clean it is! I love that the syrup containers, salt and pepper shakers, hot sauce, ketchup and creamers are all cleaned and put in the back after each table is done. It's amazing how many condiment containers are so dirty but not here. I feel safe using thier condiments here.
