I called last night to confirm the store would have the cups and the person I spoke with said they would only have a couple and recommended getting there early before they sell out. One woman in the front of the line mentioned she saw the barista grab the only ones she could see and bring them to the back right when she got there. We all joked in line that if the baristas bought them we hoped they would just let us know so we didn't continue waiting. 5am comes and they open the doors. No bear cups left. When one woman asked about the ones the barista grabbed, her response was "I'm here at 3am every day and you're here at 4:30 once." That exact comment is what compelled me to write this review. I understand that the baristas work hard at what they do and it is difficult to make that choice to work someplace that has such an early schedule. However, I'm a firm believer that you should not work in customer service if you cannot give good customer service. I really hope that barista enjoys the Bear cups and that it was worth it to speak so rudely to the customers that waited in line in hopes of also getting one.

I really like the veggie one with spicy ranch (the spicy ranch isn't for the faint of heart). Also, let your burrito cool before digging in because they're piping hot!
