When one woman asked about the ones the barista grabbed, her response was "I'm here at 3am every day and you're here at 4:30 once." That exact comment is what compelled me to write this review. I understand that the baristas work hard at what they do and it is difficult to make that choice to work someplace that has such an early schedule. However, I'm a firm believer that you should not work in customer service if you cannot give good customer service.
