The smoothies just aren't the same anymore. They've been inconsistent every time I order--sometimes watery, sometimes lacking flavor--and this last visit was probably the worst I've ever had. My mango smoothie was super watery with almost no flavor, and now they even charge extra for whipped cream. The only positive I can still mention is that the boba is still really good. The biggest issue is the consistent "cold foam tax." I pay the extra $1.00 for cold foam every single time I visit, and every single time the drink is handed to me without it. It's reached the point where I have to double-check my order and ask them to fix it before I leave. If you're going to charge a premium for add-ons, you should actually provide them. On top of the order accuracy issues, the drive-thru management is a mess. On my last visit, I was told at the speaker that they were "too busy" and that I had to come inside to order. If the drive-thru is open, it should be functional. Once inside, the staff seemed overwhelmed and were out of basic staples like eggs. There were only 2 people inside when they told me they are "too busy" for drive thru orders.
