While preparing my drink, coffee dripped all over the outside of the cup, and I had to ask the employee to wipe it off before handing it to me. Then I had to ask for a straw because it had been forgotten. When it was time to pay, I realized I never received my donut, and the cashier said she hadn't heard that part of my order.
