Really wanting this cafe to become my go to but this is the second time I've had some really burnt tasting coffee from here. I didn't mention it the first time thinking it was a fluke, but this time I tried their cafe latte not only was it burnt tasting but also SO SALTY??? These are staple drinks so I really hope they figure it out soon. Still going to go back tho because I stubbornly want them to survive the pandemic and figure it out. read more

The shop is super cute and the staff is nice and accomodating! The menu isn't extensive or experimental re: coffee. I got a oat latte which was fine--they use planet oat milk which is super watery. Coffee shops in my experience always use oatly or the barista blend oat milk from califia which makes for the creamiest lattes. My friend got a blueberry muffin which she loved. read more

I can't say enough amazing things about this place. If you want quality food and drinks, this is the spot to go to. The ambience and atmosphere is so chill and homey, you could spend the entire day here. I love their grilled cheese with bacon that has a hint of mustard, all their salads are bomb, sourdough sandwiches are fresh, even the eggs taste better hahaha. My current fave is the zambonotiropita aka ham and cheese turnover with what tastes like an amazing pizza sauce. The team that manages the coffee bar is equally amazing and attentive. As regulars, we get a very warm welcome and our dog Rambo gets exceptional treatment with treats and lots of love from the staff. Cute place!! croissants are nice and coffee is great - no complaints on quality. My only gripe is that it can be pricey, an extra shot of espresso is an extra $1.50. I wasn't really watching how much it was because their menu is on a small piece of paper at the cashier. My americanos cost about $4.90 every day I went so I had to watch my spending. If you can get a seat, you may want to try to have lunch here. Although you will hardly ever get a seat inside because people will order one coffee and work all day here taking up all the tables for most of the day. I sometimes get a salad and coffee when I can get a seat. It is hit or miss and sometimes you will get bread provided with the salad, and sometimes not. Depending on how they feel that day. I wish they would impose more rules with the people who just sit all day and work. It's hard to be a paying lunch time customer and then have no where to sit except the hot humid outside right next to Broadway's main street exhaust. read more

What a great space. It's an instant favorite coffee place and love that it's off the overcrowded path of other places on Broadway and 30th Avenue. The music, the inside seating, and the coffee and latte are perfect. Plus, they're COVID compliant and it's a pleasure to enjoy their indoor space and use their very clean bathroom- stocked well with soap and paper towels. They've obviously had a lot of friends write reviews prior. I decided to try out this place since it's new so I went out of my way to walk over there. Well I walked in and walked out. Service was horrible, I stood waiting at the counter over 10 mins completely ignored. It wasn't busy at ALL - there was two ppl waiting for their order. No one could be bothered to even address me. I can't imagine if it had been crowded. From what I saw before I walked out - the sandwiches, muffins, cakes, etc - all looked subpar anyway. There are a bunch of excellent coffee cafes along Broadway that are much more convenient and closer to get to than this place so don't waste your time! read more
