I ordered an "Octavia" latte- beautifully on theme for the event celebrating the opening of Octavia's Bookshelf. It was a white chocolate & caramel drink. As a black coffee gal, I had my doubts BUT I couldn't help but order it. It was AMAZING. Not only that but the event was packed which meant the line was long but the baristas did not rush me or my friend (who I bonded with while waiting in line! lol!) but instead gave us drink recommendations and the background of their company! During the whole experience, we were treated with kindness. All of the guys overflowed with patience and gentleness. You could feel the love on them. Really welcoming and friendly! Free refills without restrictions to get the same drink as before. Great donuts. Amazing flavor profiles for their drinks and unique combinations.
