They had a decent amount of seating and the space was open and didn't feel cramped like some coffee shops can be. My husband went with a latte (which they did some very cute seasonal latte art on) and I went with a cold brew. The cold brew was SO good! It was excellent. Kind of chocolately and a little bourbony maybe? It reminded me of a discontinued barrel aged roast we used to get from our favorite Michigan roaster. I regret not asking what beans they used so I could order some later online to make some at home! Alas, I missed my window. But it made a huge impression on me. Not being a college football follower I didn't realize that Tennessee has a big rivalry with UGA (where we were headed next!).
