So of course, since I'm in the area on vacation, I'm going there are much as possible! The place is quiet and unassuming- looks like a warehouse... Until you step inside and that smell of deliciousness hits you right in the face, soooo good!! In the past week, I have tried all of the specialty drinks on the menu- the Hot Tamale was especially surprisingly delightful- not too much spice, just a nice warmth. The Cold Mountain was also amazing, to me, it was the perfect iced coffee. The special this week was the Iced Coconut- it actually really tasted like coconut!My husband tried the drip and pour over- he's a black coffee drinker and loved them both- he loved that you can select different beans to try. I also purchased a 5 pound bag of my favorite bean- the Parkway Pick Me Up. Also love the Squirrely Blend. We also got the smaller 12oz bags to try a few different flavors when we get home. This place is the best. I wish I could give it more than 5 stars!

I really enjoyed the 1776 that has sea salt toffee, caramel and mocha. I have a sweet tooth and love coffee so it was a great match for me. I also tried the Horchata Latte, which was a bit watery and didn't have enough cinnamon and vanilla flavor for me. My family did enjoy their Black Coffee, Vanilla Cold Brew, and Green Tea. We wanted to try their Honey Chai but they ran out of Chai. Notes: We came in the morning and they were busy with line almost to the door. They managed through the long line fairly quickly with a person at register and two baristas making the coffee. Service was friendly and accurate given my families long list of orders. The Interior was decked out with veteran decor and merchandise. Overall, a solid coffee run to kick start our morning!

This is based off a feedback from a number of members of the coffee clubs that makes the majority of its coffee via pour over. The group actually follows as best it can the SCA Process as well. Note that the groups has made coffee from many companies as well as small local places that acquire and roast their own beans. This brand is generally considered average at best with many below average. This company is political and the feedback comes from some that align with the views and some that do not, but bias was managed in both directions. Overall there are better choices. This review is specific to the coffee it produces and puts on the shelf or sells in its cafes.
