Jenny…read more(the owner) is not only an amazing instructor, but she fosters a warm, welcoming, community of women, who support and affirm each other. She used to have a studio prior to Covid and the women I met there are still some of my closest friends. I was excited when she re- opened because not only is it a beautiful studio with fabulous instructors, but it has the same warmth her old studio had. Sometimes group workouts can be intimidating, but the atmosphere at Barre Length and Strength is so supportive and welcoming, I actually look forward to working out! The results are incredible. The steam room is one of the main reasons I joined, and in speaking to others it was their reason as well. My former gym "Golds" had a service to repair equipment, also cleaning was done continually, floors, equipment, and especially locker rooms including drains and toilets. They hired students and PT employees for cleaning, the service repair were a contract service via the equipment vendors. This gym does have tile throughout which enables for a highly hygienic environment but one does have to clean it regularly. Pool and jacuzzi are great. And great staff, not enough parking, best bargain in town

I called ahead and said I was going to be about 10 minutes late for a physical trainer appointment…read moreand they did not say anything about that it's only half hour long maybe you would like to reschedule it?Instead they let me show up and then I asked if I need to change or not and the lady says yeah go ahead I'll let her know you're here and then I go change come back takes me 5 minutes more so it's 15 minutes in then I stand around the front desk waiting for this trainer to show up and the lady is busy stocking the cooler & doesn't pay any attention to me and doesn't tell me where I need to go or anything and apparently she never told the trainer I was there so she was in her office waiting for me but nobody told me where her office was to go there until after I used up my appointment time. So when I finally get back there to talk to her and begin my appointment, at long last, the lady acts like she could care less and says well we have 9 minutes she said like with an attitude of total indifference. I asked if she had an appointment immediately after mine? She says "that's how I work" and her tone was still very uninterested in the fact that I just stopped everything I was doing to come down here, changed my clothes, etc.. She just chews her gum and looked at me like I can't event find the word for how disrespected it made me feel.. yeah I would not recommend Eva to be your physical trainer
