Additionally, I loved that the cutlery was served wrapped in cloth napkins, which gives it a classic edge. The environment has indeed changed quite a bit. You can see a new roasters has been built and a baby gate has been placed in front of the down going stairs (wonderful safety note for those with wild toddlers like me). It seems milk gets hand delivered by an older amish couple (we so happened to witness this ourselves)...I don't think you can get any more locally sourced than that! I'm glad I revisited this place as I believe this has a lot of great things going for it. Although the sole staff did very well, the food did take a bit of time to come.
