This was such a delicious, refreshing hot pot experience. The restaurant was clean with both booth and table seating and staff is attentive! I would recommend the unique coconut hot pot broth as it was light, sweet, clean and very flavorful. I used to getting oily, spicy hot pot broths but this healthier broth option was such a delight! You do have to pay separate for the sauce bar but their lime sauce was AMAZING!! You know a restaurant is good when Tzuyu from Twice stops by!!

Me and my friends went to Coco Hotpot after a 5K run and honestly, hotpot hits just the spot after that! We had a reservation at 12, but even though we showed up about 15 minutes late, the staff still held our table and seated us right away, which I really appreciated. Our table could fit two pots, so we went with the Pork Soup and the Coconut Chicken Soup. The pork soup was very heavy on white pepper, you could literally smell it from a mile away once the lid came off. The coconut chicken soup, on the other hand, was really good, light, and flavorful. Just a note: this isn't an all-you-can-eat hotpot spot, but the food and service made it worth it.

This is my go to place for coconut chicken hot pot!! Ingredients are always fresh and high quality. We ordered the chicken combo for 2, that's a lot of food!!! We were really satisfied with the sweet coconut broth, and the sauce bar has great options to go with the chicken. 100% recommend!!!

Overall 4.5/5 Food 4.5/5 Service 3.5/5 Value 4.5/5 Ambience 4.5/5 Coco coco hotpot - def come here during off hours if you don't want to wait in long lines or make sure to reserve ahead of time. Tried coming at night for dinner once but wait was like 2 hours and the notification they send you via text is all in Chinese so if you can't read it you will have to google translate it. Attempted a second time with reservation but also for lunch time and there were many seats available. What I like about this place is that they made a unique twist to hotpot with coconut water which is pretty cool but is it good that's a diff story Coconut water & chicken hotpot 3.5/5: serving size is for 4 people, the coconut water with the chicken is very interesting but makes the soup base very sweet if you're into that. When they also say the chicken is ready in 7 mins, reco taking the chicken out from over cooking which is what we did and the chicken got too rough later but if you take it out in time it would be just the right amt of time for tenderness Enjoyed all the clay pots! Salted fish clay pot 4.5/5: this was our fave and most flavorful Chicken mushroom clay pot 4/5 Black bean spare rib clay pot 4/5 Snow peas 4.5/5: you can't go wrong with snow peas and perf way to balance our meal! We also enjoyed all the other chicken dishes too! Hainanese chicken 4.5/5: it was meaty, tender, juicy, highly reco getting this! Garlic spicy chicken 4.5/5 If I were to come back I'd even skip the hotpot and only order the regular dishes which is what stood out to me. On the side note, did not appreciate that the tea that's provided here tastes like water which mean tea was over brewed without switching tea leaves

I've definitely never been to a hotpot place where their base/stock was using coconut water. Got the chicken coconut hot pot. Definitely unique. Subtle sweetness from the coconut water. Kind of pricey - I believe it was over $90 for the base set for two people. When you start adding different toppings and options, the price really adds up. There is a two dollar per person of charge for self service sauce bar.

Wow never would have imagined coconut water hotpot to be so good! It was a busy day because of the black pink concert so the wait was a bit longer than usual but staff was super accommodating and friendly. We got the full chicken and coconut broth and a clay pot rice. There was a lot of food for 4 ppl. I was initially skeptical but my friends love this place and I'm now a fan! It's such a light and refreshing meal. And you don't come out smelly like you usually do with hotpot. Will definitely be back and recommend to others!

not to be dramatic but this is the BEST chicken hot pot ive ever had!!!!! found in Flushing, we waited around an hour to get seated, but it was worth every minute. we ordered the herbal chicken hot pot, and it was so flavorful without being too salty. it was warming and cozy and perfect. we also ordered veggies and beef to cook in the soup which were divine. the quality was 10/10. one of my favorites in nyc.

First time trying coconut chicken hotpot and wasn't sure what to expect. I was very pleasantly surprised because chicken is not my go to meat for hotpot. Each table has an iPad to order from and the service was quite quick once you hit order. Our drinks came within seconds of hitting order. Picked double soup base combo where it comes with a tray of veggies (corn, cabbage, assorted mushrooms, lettuce and some kind of gourd), a large bowl of coconut chicken and the soups we picked were coconuts soup and healthy herbal chicken for $85. It was very filling for two people but we did order fatty beef and crispy tofu additionally. We enjoyed both the soup bases. The coconut soup tastes like warm sweet coconut water and the herbal chick n tastes more like traditional soup. There is a self serve sauce station and it costs a few dollars to get sauce. The server was also very nice and she creates a sauce for you that goes really well with the coconut chicken and honestly, don't bother making your own if you're doing the coconut chicken. Go with the sauce they make you because it complements the coconut chicken perfectly. Thank like Thai dipping sauce where it's salty, sweet, lime-y and umami at the same time. It went really well with the coconut chicken. Since chicken are bone in and thick cuts compared to traditional hotpot thin slices, the servers come by and tell you how much time to let the chicken cook for which was quite helpful.

Tried the hainam chicken and it was pretty good. Also had the veggies and pork ribs claypot rice. Will be back to try the hotpot next time.

I didn't know what to expect as I've never been to a coconut hotpot place before. It was different and something I've never experienced beforehand. If my friend didn't explain how everything worked, I would be so confused and frustrated. Everything even getting ahold of the server is through a device. The device is your key to ordering everything, too. The servers didn't do a great job of explaining things, but my friend did, so that brought the entire experience down. The hotpot place ended up being so much money. I've never spent almost $90 on hotpot before, and they nickle and dime you, meaning they charge even for sauce per person. We ended up ordering fatty beef, cuttlefish balls, pig stomach, baby cabbage, taro, and mixed mushroom combo. If we wanted other things, it would've costed even more. All in all, I doubt that I would return with the service & the expensive hotpot.

Looking for a hotpot with a twist? Check out Coco Hotpot , the coconut broth has this amazing sweet and savory flavor that hits just right. The Chicken so fresh and tender. Plus, their house-made sauce is chef's kiss Perfect spot if you're craving something new and delicious! Follow @spinx17 for more NYC food recs!

Came to try a different "Hot pot" experience with only chicken broth. This place is indeed quite different from tiger hot pot places first that it isn't all you can eat, so just be aware before committing. I really liked the Coconut Chicken broth and then the regular chicken broth with ginger and mushrooms, which they they add a sizable portion of raw chicken for cooking. This generally is the "meat" for your main serving. You can order other meat of course, but the options are very limited, so not at all similar to other hot pot places. There is a robust choice of vegetables, tofu, and noodles, and then separate dishes which looked quite appetizing. Since it was just two of us we skipped additional dishes, but I think if you're 3 or more people it would be wise to get something else. Service was very quick and attentive, and giving us space when needed. The restaurant ambiance was very nice - felt a little more upscale chic without being fussy. Overall enjoyable for people who really enjoy a great chicken soup, but not exactly what I would have in mind for hot pot the way I like it.

Coconut chicken soup, sounds interesting and taste better. They use real coconut water as soup base, raw chicken served on your table. You wait for the sand clock to finish then it's done. I would not say it's a hotpot experience, but if you want to have a good chicken soup, this is your place. I had the half and half, half coconut chicken soup and half mushroom soup. Coconut chicken soup is more like a coconut sweet taste to it with chicken flavor. And mushroom soup is more flavorful and savory, they recommend to drink the soup first as it taste best before you add other vegetables. The set comes with a choice of noodle and some vegetable. It's pretty filling for two people, I ended up really full with out ordering extras The service is on point, our waiter came back many times to check on us and also change plates. It gets busy but the turn around time seem reasonable.

Cuisine: 6 Service: 7…read moreDecor: 4 Value: 7 I have not been here in a long time. Maybe because the prices are no longer considered cheap eats. Or maybe because my taste buds have evolved over the years. Or maybe it's just not as good as it used to be. The answer is maybe all three and somewhere in the middle. I have never came here, or any other Latino-Chinese restaurants in NYC, for service or decor, so let's set that aside. The value is still somewhat there, but the food did not hit that nostalgic note I was looking for. I wanted to get the Fried Pork Chops (Chuletas De Cerdo Frita), but our server suggested the "juicier" Broiled Pork Chops (Chuletas De Credo Asada) instead. Sorry to report, if that's juicy, then how dry is the fried pork chops? I shutter at the thought. It was also under seasoned. I substituted the House Fried Rice for my side at an $4.50 additional fee. It was just okay and not worth the upgrade. Boneless Crispy Fried Chicken (Chicharron De Pollo) was also a disappointment. The batter was more hard than crispy, but the idea that boneless dark meat isn't more juicy simply tells me that the chef over fried the pieces. It came with Fried sweet plantains, which could have been a but more ripe but not bad. I'm not sure how I feel about the Beef Stew (Carne Guisada), which had relatively tender meat, but the sauce was so weak and lacked any real flavor. The black beans and white rice that came with it was decent. What might bring me back to this restaurant sooner rather than later was the Shrimp Egg Foo Young (foo Young Con Camarones). I felt that the eggs were cooked extremely well, but the star of the show was that delicious brown sauce full of umami. Having this over white or fried rice made this meal much more acceptable. I'm not sure when I'll have another craving for this type of food. If I do, I'll definitely get the egg foo young again. However, the other dishes were misses for me, so maybe I'll try the Fried Pork Chops and Shredded Beef in Tomato SayceRopa Vieja.

I ordered the cured pork with garlic shoots and dry fried green beans. The cured pork was quite salty, and paired well with the buttery, tender leeks it was cooked with. The dish was not overly oily, and was pleasant over white rice. I enjoyed the chewiness of the pork which allowed you to experience the complex flavor. The green beans were well fried, with characteristic texture signature to this dish. The seasoning was very well balanced and not overpowering to the natural sweetness of the green beans. I would recommend either dish. They were both slightly toned down iterations when compared to the times I've eaten these dishes at other Sichuan restaurants in flushing, but still well seasoned and well cooked. The service was very warm and friendly, and many other customers seemed to be returning regulars.

For me the fried dumplings were good, but not great. Worth a try but nothing to rave over.
