CoCo Fresh Tea & Juice - notices
Leonard E.

Exiting C&C Supermarket is a CoCo Fresh Tea & Juice location. From the first store in Taipei which opened in 1997, this franchise is now common in many malls & plazas. March specials for a cool $4.50 each included Red Bean Milk Tea or Bubble GaGa. Hey, I find these drinks so overpriced so when they offer a discount north of $1, I'm more interested. Electronic payment is required as staff don't want to handle cash. Lots of indoor seating but I'm still leaning at takeout lately. Service was good. Restrooms are located in the main plaza; not in the store. BTW, make sure you get your drink tailored to your sweetness tolerance. Many drinks can easily send you off the sugar cliff.

This was my first time trying out CoCo fresh and I totally loved the experience! The staff here is really welcoming so that is a plus too. Tried their Bubble Gaga which is basically fresh passionfruit tea with coconut jelly and Tapioca and it was so refreshing on a hot summer in Toronto that you're going to come back for more! 10/10 recommended.

Truly a 3.5 star review... Newly opened at the C&C Plaza. Plenty of parking outside and staff abundant on hand to take your order. The crew is new and slowly learning the bubble tea craft. There is plenty of seating inside and windows to people watch as you slurp away... nothing jumping out now but be warned... there are no washrooms in the store!!! Drinker be warned!!! Regular menu items for now

Seating area (two other tables not pictured). Not bad for a small location!

Poor selection--they don't have many of the drinks on the menu. Also, even if you pick low sugar, you get a drink that's way too sweet.

Ordered fresh taro with milk tea. Hardly any taro and the tea is weak. VERY disappointed, I find other locations are better!

It was tasty and very filling, and I would go back if I can. Location: The location is very casual, and it's a great place to maybe grab and go or take a quick seat. They do have really nice indoor decorations and even some chair swings, which I thought was a beautiful touch to the location. Perfect for a casual date or just to grab bubble tea with friends. We were walking within our hotel distance, so I'm not really sure how parking works within this location. Service: The service was quick and efficient. They don't have servers; you just grab from the counter and take a seat wherever you please. The workers were really nice and grabbed our order in a timely manner.

This Taiwanese bubble tea chain serves high quality and unique choices. They have the regular bbt drinks but additionally some fun options like purple yam , purple rice , and many cheese foam options. The seating area is also really great for customers. Definitely some good photo spots here - they have cute swing sets and neat LED displays. It's a great place to come study (because they have OUTLETS!!) or just hang out with friends

We stumbled upon this literal hidden gem on our way to Starbucks and did a double take at the cute…read morename. We decided to check it out on a whim and were we ever glad to do so! It's so hard to find good bubble tea in this area and a well made HK egg waffle (aka bubble waffle to some) is extremely difficult to find! We ordered a large Iced Original Milk Tea with tapioca and a large Hot Honey Ginger Tea and got 2 waffles for less than $16! - ("START THE CAR") Now I see me getting fat here... The ginger tea was the best I've had in a while - very fresh; not at all weak and just the right amount of sweetness. The milk tea is not the creamy type but the flavor was very tasty. The tapioca was perfect - got the right amount of chew & bounce - every part was cooked well but not overcooked and not overly sweet. Will definitely get again!! The waffles were not too sweet, crispy on the outside, soft and airy on the inside and not at all dense and heavy like what I typically get stuck with in the south side of Markham - LOVED IT!! A definite must buy!! We got TWO of these!!! Next time we're getting it with matcha red bean... Customer service was great! Not pushy or pretentious - friendly, casual, and helpful. Place had some seating - not large but a good spot with friends. Just remember to get a stamp as 10 will get you a free drink and who doesn't like free? Tell them Foodie from Yelp sent you

I was the only customer, and still, the service was bad. The lady at the front counter rushed me through my order and gave me my total even before I finished ordering and before I had a chance to ask about one of the menu items. She didn't seem too knowledgeable about the menu items, the owner (presumably) was on his laptop. The owner gets up to make my egg waffle, which took forever because there's only one waffle maker. The egg waffle was crap, it tastes like it's made from pancake mix... not at all the fluffy, custardy, eggy Hong Kong style egg waffle at all. It's like this place was setup by someone who doesn't know how to cook, but has an eye for marketing and social media. Tell me I'm wrong. I ordered the aloe green tea. I was thinking I wanted tapioca with it, but realizing that it probably came with aloe jelly I quickly took back my request for tapioca. The lady at the counter didn't even ask me if I wanted tapioca in addition to the jelly or instead of - hence my note on her not being so knowledgeable. Lady at the counter was also super slow at just operating in general, and since I was in a rush I was annoyed by this. Hoping this feedback gets to the owners.

Since I was at a plaza with so many bubble tea joints that I can't keep track of them, I decided to select one that I haven't been to. It would be an easy feat. Moge Tee was a few doors down. Perfect! I walked in. I got the nicest welcome from a man behind the counter. I looked at the menu and the fresh peach oolong tea sounded great. He let me know that there are three types of peach oolong tea: - One has milk - One has cheese foam on top - One is the tea itself I wanted the last one. I went with 30% sugar because I wanted a change. I also went large. I didn't look at the menu long enough to choose toppings. I just wanted a drink. That's okay. Next time! I paid with a credit card. I also gave a tip because he was so great explaining the variants of this tea. With tax and without my tip, this drink came out to $8.42. It better be good! I looked at all the sticky notes on the wall. It reminded me of Cha Miao in Richmond Hill that has a similar setup. I will say that parking is more relaxed here. My drink was ready in no time. I was so happy. He gave me my drink and a straw. I thanked him and happily walked out of the store with my drink and dinner. I carefully placed everything in my car. I then drove home. The peach oolong tea was excellent. 30% sugar was barely noticeable. It was chilled. I loved the peach flavour that tasted like enjoying a ripe peach. I could taste the oolong tea. It was so good. Moge Tee has a membership program. I'll need to look into it. I'm a fan. I will be back. (61)

During my visit, there was only 1 food delivery driver there waiting for an order to be ready. Ordered 4 drinks: x2 Iced Fresh Mango with Coconut Milk x1 Iced Fresh Watermelon with Coconut Milk x1 Iced Fresh Mango with Coconut Milk and Matcha Cheese Foam I ordered the Watermelon for myself, and asked for 50% sugar less ice. I usually order no ice (I like having more drink), but that option wasn't available. I thought it wasn't too sweet, and the watermelon was ripe, so it was refreshing for me. I tried a little bit of the Mango with Matcha Cheese Foam, which was ordered with 100% sugar. Thought that was also really good. Ripe mango flavour with a bit of an artificial aroma; a perfect sweetness. I didn't see any options to add any toppings; I'm not sure if they offer that customization. I think their speciality is fresh fruit juices. They also seem to offer some coffee items, and hot meals and snacks. I think they own the board game cafe right next door too. Interestingly 2 different units. There's only 2 seats inside, no tables. Meant more as a takeout spot. Since they're newly opened, looks like the staff are still learning so they weren't the most confident when taking orders and serving the drinks. That's okay though. :) I'd definitely return and also recommend this spot to others.
