    Lavender Latte
    Jeanette S.

We were in town for a basketball tournament and decided to stop for a sweet treat. We selected a variety of doughnuts, hot chocolate and a very delicious lavender latte. The doughnuts were light and fluffy with just the right about of sweetness. The service was great, definitely a cute spot in a great location.

The latter were super sweet. The donuts were not nearly as sweet as most donuts. I really enjoyed this balance, I could have more than one donut without feeling sick. The service was super quick.

Service was great, ready to help the customer with wants. Saw the price on the kiosk which was very helpful. Staff were very nice & understanding of the price differences on the donuts/food online then in person. Always use there website & not old unreliable photos or what Google/online tells ya. Their website is always updated as what in house is. The ambiance was relaxing! They also have a great promo on coffee going on right now, so if you catch it. It's a snatched deal!

Lemon Filled Donut (hardly any filling)

$14 bucks for a 12 oz Snicker doodle latte, lemon filled, Bavarian cream, maple old fashion Pros: Overall the donuts were flavorful, fluffy, and delicious. The Bavarian cream had an even amount of filling and was delicious. The lemon filled was airy in flavor but lacked enough filling. Now the star of the show was the snicker doodle latte. It was just sweet enough to enjoy and was made with tender love lol!!! It was soooo good. Overall the donuts are really good. The place and the packaging was clean and cute. The box is a high quality box. Service was great no issues. Cons: The price point for the donuts are extremely high at roughly $3 a pop. There's nothing really special about the donuts to make them this high. It seems you are paying for the nice box and their location because I cant justify spending so much for 1 donut. The lemon donut had very little lemon filling. I took about 3 bites (half of the donut) and didnt have any filling. I took pics for you to see.

This was Stop 2 on the donut tour of Portland, OR, and it was an OK stop. We weren't allowed to go inside this shop (others we were) so we stood outside in the cold waiting for our donuts. Bummer. I wish I could say more but trying to eat donuts, manage the cold, and stand outside with nowhere to set anything down made it hard to take pictures. Nothing was memorable in comparison to the other donut shops on our 4 stop donut tour. Nothing was bad, but not being able to sit and enjoy made a difference on the experience.

Small drip + mocha mochi donut + lavender donut = yummy blast

Ok, I'm here again! This time I got the Crumbs donut, maple bar and chocolate mochi donuts. And I'm happy to report everything is delicious as usual! Also to my surprise, I arrived at the happy hour. Meaning you get one free donuts towards your purchase, which is totally awesome! Free donut = happiness

Box filled with variety of donuts

After seeing a lot of locations for Coco Donuts around Portland I had to give it a shot and I now I have my go to dessert spot when I'm in town! I got a box with a variety of donuts including their mochi donuts, donut holes, cake donuts, and eclairs. Every single one of them tasted great and had they own distinct flavors. I've only had mochi donuts once before from a proper mochi donut store and these were very close to them. They had that classic chewy texture and a nice sweet icing on top. I really enjoyed the regular donuts as well, they tasted super fresh and soft and the quality of the glaze was really good. The service was also excellent. The person at the counter was very nice and was chatting with the customers. They were polite and gave service with a smile which I always appreciate. Will definitely go again when I'm in the area! Tips: - If you've never had a mochi donut before give it a shot! It has its own unique texture that makes it feel very different from a regular donut - All of their donuts taste amazing so don't be afraid to be a little adventurous!

Loved this donut shop! We stumbled upon it while on a walk. From the outside, I didn't expect much. But the inside interior was a welcoming place to sit and enjoy a donut. We happened to be there at happy hour. With the purchase of one donut, we got another free. This included the apple fritters! The maple bar was fluffy and fresh. This was surprising to me because we were there around 1pm. Sometimes donut shops have what they have from the morning and are often a bit stiff and lose their fluff. Highly recommend stopping by if you're in the neighborhood.

While in the area, I stopped in here for a donut to enjoy with some coffee. They have a very nice selection of the typical types of donuts, as well as some interesting and unique ideas. My donut was really good, fresh and definitely not dry. The chocolate was great quality too.

    Rashi T.

The lady at the counter gets 5 stars but the donuts themselves feel average at best to me . I have had Coco donuts multiple times and I never really cared about the taste much . Also , almost all of my visits here they are out of something or the other and perhaps that's why I might not have tasted their best offerings yet . They do have good beverages especially the Lavender latte. The store is clean and spacious and the staff is always welcoming and friendly .

Came here about 45 minutes before they closed on Saturday. They didn't have much left. But these were what we got and they tastes good, better than your chain donuts. But definitely sad I didn't get one of those filled donuts, will come back for it.

    All for me!

They make you feel welcome the second you walk in. The modern, cool design of the space is top tier. It is exactly the kind of atmosphere you want when grabbing a coffee in Portland. I also love their progressive approach to dairy; they default to plant based milks and there is no upcharge for them, which is a huge win for accessibility and sustainability. The Cons: Unfortunately, the experience was completely undercut by the quality of the pour. The oat milk curdled almost immediately. I am well aware that Stumptown uses a more naturally acidic brew, which is a science experiment waiting to happen with plant milks, and I know it is technically safe to drink. However, the separation completely ruins the mouthfeel. Instead of a creamy, cohesive sip, I was left with a watery base and grainy floaties. It is disappointing to be told that this is normal when specialty cafes have the tools like barista grade buffers and temperature control to prevent this. While the ethics and the aesthetic are on point, a drink that looks and feels curdled just is not an acceptable standard to serve to customers. Summary: Great people, great space, great pricing, but the technical execution of the plant based drinks needs a serious overhaul.

I have probably spent a couple thousand dollars on their business. Not being able to pour my cup of coffee in a to-go cup when leaving is ridiculous and not standard practice. I found this out the hard way when I had ordered a drip coffee for here and, when leaving, the women kinda snapped at me when I kindly asked for an 8oz to-go cup. I'm on their bi weekly coffee subscription. I'm located in Portland and my bag of beans was routed from Portland to Detroit, then San Francisco then back to my home in Portland on my last order. How odd. I tried reaching out to them to figure out what's going on and there is no way of contacting their business. Their website has no contact information and I called multiple times and no one would pick up the phone. I finally found a personal gmail account linked to their business somewhere on their google business profile but no one ever responded to me. I find it to be very odd that they're running an online business, you can't contact them, and they don't have anyone attending customer service. That's very bad practice. If it weren't for how good the coffee is, PushXPull would be dead last on my preferred coffee shop. I'll update my review once these issues are addressed.
