Good Portland donut shop chain, good selection, hours can be a little tough depending on the location but definitely worth a stop in. Especially for an Old Fashioned or Cream Filled!!!!

I love these donuts; all of them are high quality and taste fantastic. They don't just taste like an average donut but have the quality of a hand made pastry. I really enjoy the mochi donuts; they have different and excellent flavors every day. The staff is super friendly and informative with donuts, and its in a great place in the middle of PSU.

Cute little place, but in a town with so much donut competition, these were a little bit of a let down. The coffee and donut special was nice. Cinnamon roll, old fashioned and an apple fritter. They tried to give my husband 3 separate bags to carry our purchase and when he asked for a larger bag, they gave him a dozen box to carry them. Walking distance to our hotel, quick service compared to the competitors who had a line out the door!

Located next to the newly remodeled Karl Miller building at PSU. It's very convenient, and is worth going into just to marvel at the interior design. There's a big table for study groups, barstool tabletop seating by the window, some booths also by the window, and a bench to sit on near the door. One interesting thing to see here is their extensive drink menu, which includes drinks such as Thai Iced Tea and Matte Latte. They also serve coffee. Other than that, it's a pretty standard CoCo Donuts. There are many types of cake and glazed donuts! Be aware that this is again near PSU, so there are rushes of students at times. This may also be why there were a few dirty tables. Order: Lavender donut($1.50)-- Delicious as usual. Helped balance out the lack of sugar in the green tea. Iced Matcha 12oz($4.25)-- I was expecting something more sugary, which was my fault. It was okay, not nasty, but not what I expected. Something to note is that they charged for 16oz but I got a 12oz. Service: Good. Wait time: 3 minutes, which was surprising since it was busy and there was only one cashier. Bill: $

Guess who has another fan? My husband brought me here a month ago before we shopped at Portland Farmers Market at PSU. We came back to Coco Donuts and the market the following weekend. It would've been a third consecutive weekend if it weren't for us being out of the state. The handcrafted donuts are fresh and soft and they have just the right amount of sweetness to avoid a sugar coma. I love their chocolate cake donuts with crushed peanuts and their donut holes are excellent. They might literally be the best donut holes I've eaten. If you order a latte a complimentary donut hole will be resting on your coffee lid. Speaking of coffee. It's roasted in house and I highly recommend ordering a cup of it along with their donuts. We've had the same gal help us each time and she has consistently been hardworking, friendly, and she creates a damn good cup of latte. Get to Coco Donuts now... except not on Sundays for this location.

Coco Donuts are among the best in the city, and this location is no exception. With its cute decor and friendly staff, it's a great way to start a morning. The hubby and I were doing our traditional jelly doughnut rounds for Chanukah and stopped in early this morning to give theirs a shot. As jellies go, this is the perfect version of what you're imagining. No frills, just a solid jam in a well-made dough covered in glaze. Mmm. I also got a buttermilk bar because it's my favorite thing here. The one thing I'm not big on is the apple fritter. I find the dough too, and lacking in apples. But, that's not what I'm looking for out of Coco, so it's all good. I'm so glad this location opened. It's a welcome addition to the neighborhood.

Came here to get some mochi donuts for my Sisnlaw and siblings. They open at 6am, but everything isn't out on the floor. So I had to wait for a while. I wanted to get several mochi donuts. I wish they did not stack the donuts or put it in flat position. It was all squish and the frosting touch one another smudge.

I really like this new Coco Donuts location at PSU. Located at the Karl Miller Building, it is spacious and has fun decor. They serve a variety of donuts with the chocolate cake with coconut and the maple old fashioned being my favorite, plus their buttermilk and lavender donuts are also delicious. What I like about the donuts here are how fresh they are and their size. The employees are friendly and I enjoy the atmosphere of the place. This is a nice addition to the campus!

Coco Donuts is a great little donut and coffee shop near PSU. The atmosphere is modern and welcoming. The staff are always friendly. They gave us extra donuts on the house since they were closing soon. The mochi donuts are by far the best. They aren't too sweet and have a nice chewy texture. The cold brew is also really good, tastes like cocoa beans.

    Their fun wall display :)

Coco Donuts has such a cute atmosphere. Nice and mellow but also with a modern take. The drinks they make are really fun! Unfortunately I forgot to snap a photo but I got a really delicious latte last time I went in. Also, their donuts are freaking tasty. They are more on the simple side although they taste bomb. Nothing to complain about, everything to rave about

I frequently go to study at Coco Donuts. I love their lavender latte and the rose lemonade! Their Italian sodas are also delicious. Usually, I'll pair my drink with a lavender donut or an espresso donut, but on the chance those are sold out, I've ordered other donuts and have never been dissapointed! The cute coffee/donut shop has a great ambience and there is always great music playing! It's the perfect place to study, catch up with a friend, or take a break between classes!

I have mixed feelings about my visit this morning. They make you feel welcome the second you walk in. The modern, cool design of the space is top tier. It is exactly the kind of atmosphere you want when grabbing a coffee in Portland. I also love their progressive approach to dairy; they default to plant based milks and there is no upcharge for them, which is a huge win for accessibility and sustainability. The Cons: Unfortunately, the experience was completely undercut by the quality of the pour. The oat milk curdled almost immediately. I am well aware that Stumptown uses a more naturally acidic brew, which is a science experiment waiting to happen with plant milks, and I know it is technically safe to drink. However, the separation completely ruins the mouthfeel. Instead of a creamy, cohesive sip, I was left with a watery base and grainy floaties. It is disappointing to be told that this is normal when specialty cafes have the tools like barista grade buffers and temperature control to prevent this. While the ethics and the aesthetic are on point, a drink that looks and feels curdled just is not an acceptable standard to serve to customers. Summary: Great people, great space, great pricing, but the technical execution of the plant based drinks needs a serious overhaul.

I have probably spent a couple thousand dollars on their business. Not being able to pour my cup of coffee in a to-go cup when leaving is ridiculous and not standard practice. I found this out the hard way when I had ordered a drip coffee for here and, when leaving, the women kinda snapped at me when I kindly asked for an 8oz to-go cup. I'm on their bi weekly coffee subscription. I'm located in Portland and my bag of beans was routed from Portland to Detroit, then San Francisco then back to my home in Portland on my last order. How odd. I tried reaching out to them to figure out what's going on and there is no way of contacting their business. Their website has no contact information and I called multiple times and no one would pick up the phone. I finally found a personal gmail account linked to their business somewhere on their google business profile but no one ever responded to me. I find it to be very odd that they're running an online business, you can't contact them, and they don't have anyone attending customer service. That's very bad practice. If it weren't for how good the coffee is, PushXPull would be dead last on my preferred coffee shop. I'll update my review once these issues are addressed.
