I bought a 2019 Highlander, they said it was the demo model, in August 2019. Salesman couldn't have been nicer. Bought my kids snacks and drinks. When he heard my husband was ill with cancer, he was so sympathetic and helpful. I love the car. But, here's the best part. Some days later, I was eating at Eat 'N' Park with my kids and ran into same salesman. He remembered me, asked how my husband was, and then he asked how the car was running. I said great, but I'm having a little issue with the trunk not opening all the way. He immediately said, "I know how to fix it. If you give me your keys, I'll take a look at it RIGHT NOW." I couldn't believe it! I said, "you're eating dinner! I'll bring it into the shop!" He says, "it'll take two seconds to fix," and insists I am not intruding! So, he takes my keys and proceeds to FIX MY CAR RIGHT THERE IN THE PARKING LOT. He was right, it took two seconds and it's been running great ever since. He showed me how to keep the same problem from happening again, and wished my husband well. We parted ways with me feeling absolutely wonderful. Please, find this man and thank him for me. Please, promote this man. He's amazing. Spitzer in general has always been wonderful, this is the third car I've leased from there. After this, I'll never go anywhere else.

She place me on hold and came back with a message from the service advisor. I told her that the information she gave didn't work so she put me back on hold and when she came back I was told that there is nothing that they could do over the phone and to have my car towed there and there would look at it. Now given the symptoms, won't power off, no dash lights and the tailgate won't unlock, it is a bad combination meter (which as a trained mechanic you should know). That took two minutes to research but given the car was still running I hoped they could tell me how to turn it off. Instead they were hoping to make a buck or didn't want to take the time to help a customer out. Reading further which is my fault, all you needed to do is hold the power button in for 5 seconds and it will turn off. Nevertheless, if that is the expected response from a trained service advisor then I am no longer taking my car to Spitzer Toyota in Monroeville.

In January I had a car issue and started renting cars while it was being worked on. Skip Forward 6 months of dealing with Dodge and the Monroeville Dodge with no end in site. While renting the cars I was told about how they do car sales and that you can get a quality car for lower price. Didn't believe it at first but after research and seeing first hand how this went I was sold. Ended up talking to Matt Fedzen thruout this whole process . First in February and then periodically thru June. He always stayed in contact and well answered any question I had quickly. When I said what I was finally looking for knowing exactly, he looked and got me a list of all the ones around. He helped me to the point I didn't know the different models of the car I was looking for and explain each one to me. In this process I found for not much more I could get a much more feature packed car then I thought price wise. The process of buying the car was seem less. I felt no pressure at any point on this. From Matt to Luke his sales manager that I delt with for the car, there was no pressure and was the easiest car buying experience ever. Even the extended warrantee I got was covered by Nissan. There is a no haggle price from them. I checked out three other used dealerships and the prices for the same exact cars were 2 to 4 thousand more then Enterprise. I would suggest you check out Enterprise for your next car needs. Unless your looking for something not so common you will find what you are looking for. I had 4 of the same exact car with 4 different colors to choose from with the same mileage. They made this process really awesome and easy to do.

As inventory was shrinking due to discontinued U.S. production, I contacted the GM to inquire about this 2026 Corsair Grand Touring. The dealership price was fair and reasonable, we agreed to a purchase over the phone, and he connected me with the Finance Mgr to complete the sale. We completed the transaction over the phone and via emailing of documents. The final signed documents were overnighted, and the sale was completed. I flew into Pittsburgh Int Airport, Biondi had a salesman pick me up at the Airport Hyatt, and we drove to pick up my wife's new Lincoln Corsair. At age 67, I have purchased new and used cars, new boats and new motorhomes and travel trailers, this was by far, the easiest and most accommodating purchase I have ever made. There's no haggling and it's a very easy experience that becomes fun. While all the staff appear to be great, Tim Bortmes is who I'd recommend you ping if you're interested in a KIA. He used to work for Mercedes and will get you a car quickly, cheaply and it's fun. The dealership is small and family-owned, which is why they aren't open on Sundays but they're good to their staff. They give you free car washes and the first oil change is free and they do all of KIA's warranty and service needs. They also own the Jeep dealership just down the way, which you might accidentally think is the KIA one you're first time. They can get inventory from other places quickly though, and you'll find most of the KIA's come feature rich, so you don't have the stress of trying to get a set of things from different packages or spending vastly more to get one thing. In my case, I got a better color, alloy wheels and something else for only a $1k more by getting the next trim model; which aren't all tens of thousands apart. So while the base models of everything are feature rich if you don't like the color, you can typically get a different trim model and in my case the wheels alone cost more than the $1k difference for the next trim model. KIA has taken a lot of the stress out of buying a car and they offer a 100k mile warranty, so you don't need to feel pressured to get a service contract, however you can add them later, which some dealerships generally don't do. I studied several negative reviews since I'm on the Elite Squad and they are either not genuine issues or are old. They're very nice folks, which is not allways the case with other dealerships. Another big thing is they have honest pricing and don't upsell things like documentation fees. You'll only pay the bare minimum for registration and taxes in your state, which they have to collect at purchase if you're considering a transfer tag. In the end, I paid less than the invoice price and got a very good deal. If you aren't paying cash, one thing I'd recommend from observing some folks the day I bought my car was to get prequalified and see where your credit score is; don't decide to try and buy a new car while getting an oil change or for your kid on a whim. Then you can quickly compare what you've found and they have. I saw some folks try this and they always have good deals on the cars, but they don't have infinite salespeople, so it's kind of frustrating for others and it takes a joyous experience and makes it potentially unpleasant. I'm surprised KIA hasn't sent any kind of survey, but they'd be happy to know that Tim Bortmes and Jeff (the GM) gave me the easiest and funnest experience I've ever had. Many of the folks who work here you'd be happy if they were your neighbor. I haven't had service yet so I can't speak to some of the negative reviews but I have seen the service teams vary greatly at dealerships over the years, so if they had bad folks for a while trying to upsell stuff you don't need, they might not be there anymore. Sometimes having a GM change fixes that too, but I find some of the negative posts a little hard to believe for the present day. I also heard a rumor a customer damaged their car by doing something foolish in the car wash and then wrongly accused them of breaking their car, so that may be why they wash it for you (just my guess) and an example that sometimes a few dishonest people are sometimes culprit. A few of the folks in 2021 and 2022 with negative reviews it seems like it would have been fixed if they talked to the GM, at least the one they have now I'm sure.

On July 8 during the inspection with subsequent removing and applying the inspection stickers the mechanic cut my dash with razor knife. Gash to my leather dash. Austin in the service department advised me they would repair it but would have to get back to me as the "body guy" worked different hours. Austin said the guy was "very good" and it would take three hours or more do they get back to me to schedule. No one ever got back to me so I called the 1800 service number listed in August and had it scheduled for 8-18. The evening of the 17th at about 5 pm Austin called and said he was busy and that's why he hadn't called and then told me the"body guy" wasn't available until the 20th. Arrived at 9 am as scheduled and given a rental car to use and the car was done about 1:30. Found out that the body guy wasn't as great as Austin said. I thought it would be blended to match the grainy look of the leather but was not. It's a visible scar on the dash very visible especially while driving. Upsetting as I take car if my vehicles only to be dismissed like it was no big deal . Buyers beware!! Service not always what you think. I'm aware accidents happen but should've been repaired much better. Aldo it's funny I never got a survey from this visit . No surprise ! These people do not leave you alone. This has been going on for more than a year and I have had it…read more When I first inquired they were helpful and friendly and that was much appreciated. However, one saleswoman in particular literally called several times a week after I politely explained that I no longer needed a vehicle, therefore no longer needed their services. The calls, voicemails and emails stopped, for a little while. Recently I found myself looking for a vehicle again and since their promise is credit is not an issue, I took the chance to see if what they have to offer is really something for me. HUGE MISTAKE. The same saleswoman was back at it again, literally calling every single day and I called the office for a second year in a row to let someone know that this gal was wasting her time reaching out to me because I've found a vehicle and again, don't need one anymore. I wish this was the end. I continued to receive calls, daily, emails, daily and finally I wrote out what I believed to be a firm and polite email asking not to be contacted and that I would reach out if I needed to and when she replied I figured she'd finally gotten the hint. Nope. When a salesperson is contacting you every day with a product in which you do not need, it's off-putting, extremely invasive, unprofessional and quite rude but most of all desperate and annoying. Who wants to do business with someone with what is visibly desperation? If they're willing to go go that length before any business transactions occur, what will your experience be once you start the process of making a purchase? Are they going to rush and potentially cut corners or leave out the fine print to make a sale? Maybe. I've worked in sales, cold calling, in store customer service, call center customer service, in person sales, you name it, I've done it and I can relate with the need to meet a quota and keep a roof over your head. However, when you literally harass someone AFTER they've politely declined your offer several times for a legitimate reason, you've crossed a major line and it is so, so, very unprofessional and I'm so disappointed with the way my situation has been handled over the course of a YEAR. To wrap it up, don't contact this particular location unless you've 100% made your mind up about the company you want to go with when you're looking for a new vehicle, unless you want to be contacted on a daily basis by people who can't understand what "I don't need a vehicle, thanks for reaching out, there's no need to continue to contact me" I do have proof of all of this but as an effort to conceal her name and as to not "name and shame" for lack of a better term, I've decided not to include several screen grabs

My daughter bought a 2000 Kia Optima the end of September 2024. The finance person sold us an…read moreextended warranty from the "reliable" company they use called EasyCare. I had to fully purchase the warranty up front, which I did for 5 years. Within 2 months lights came on in the vehicle and my daughter took it to a Kia dealer where she was in college. The dealer told her that there was zero oil in the vehicle which is very strange and performed an oil change. We contacted Cochran about the issue and they refused to fix the issue or take a look at the vehicle. We continued to monitor the oil and got regular oil changes as required by the warranty company. In August of 2025, as my daughter was on her way back to college, her car started smoking and we had to take it to have it assessed. The bill to fix the oil issue then had moved to an issue with the engine. We submitted the bill to the warranty company and they would not cover it after repeatedly submitting oil change receipts with details. It didn't matter that we changed the oil according to their requirements they still denied the claim stating that the prior owner likely did not change it according to their requirements. I had to pay over $4k out of pocket in less than a year to have the engine replaced. At that time, I opted to cancel the extended warranty after learning from that dealership that Easycare rarely accepts claims, she had battled them on many occasions and rarely has good news for customers on their claims. I called Cochran and worked with Mike the finance person on my warranty cancelation. I explained to him that I paid in full for it and that the refund for the balance of the warranty should go directly to me, not to the balance of the car loan that is in my daughter's name. He explained that it would take up to 90 days for the refund. I called and followed up a few times and he told me it was in process. After 3 months, he stopped following up with me. I found out that the refund was put into my daughter's balance of her car loan instead of sent to me. I am owed an explanation - not only did I pay in full up front for this warranty, they would not fix an issue that arose within 2 months of having the vehicle, the warranty company would not accept the claim, so I'm out a lot of money to have it fixed and then on canceling the warranty, they did not refund me - they refunded my daughter by taking it from the balance of her loan. To boot, nobody at Cochran Mazda is providing me with any explanation of why this happened and why they are not responding to my emails or calls over the last 5 months. I've emailed and called Mike asking for an explanation, given him plenty of time to get back to me. I've called the other finance manager Tony - but his voicemail inbox is full. I've messaged them on their website and was told someone would get back to me ASAP - have not heard from anyone.
