I know cars can fly off the lot, so I chose a few to discuss once I arrived. I was warmly greeted by the staff and a cute pup! They really listened and helped me choose a car suited to my needs. I've had this envoy for two years now and she still purrs like a kitten. Obviously, with any car it requires minor fixes here and there but the envoy has been a god send for me the past few years while I travel back and forth between school and home. I could not be more thankful for American Imports and the kind crew that guided me in my first car purchase.

It did this for a while, then it drove fine, then it started doing it again and by the time my husband made what should have been a 90 minute drive. It broke completely down and had to be hauled to our home and it took over three hours to make it to the point it broke down. We attempted to contact the dealership to see if they were a reputable dealer or not and offered to assist with the repairs or a refund due to the van breaking down the day we bought it, but they have not responded. I would not trust them again and I warn anyone looking for a reputable dealership to look elsewhere.

We will say 10 for the repairs. Truck turned out pretty good for being wrecked like it was so I'll give them that but let's go over the rest! I'll say a 3 on the customer service, we were not called about our service except maybe once or twice as we were promised. Rob the shop manger was rude about our concerns about not being contacted about the vehicle and the condition of it. Jake, great adjuster, was horrible with communication until the end especially about when parts were unavailable and I mean we are talking like they knew about it like 2 days beforehand WE would have to call inquire about the truck JUST TO FIND OUT INFORMATION! TRASHY! AND then be told we can't keep pulling Jake from the shop as IF he was calling us in the first place to update us. Our vehicle was also not on time we were told 9 days then magically that turned into almost a month, reasonably we understand parts have to be shipped, and then when we were told Monday they didn't call us until Tuesday so that's also a lie on paper to make them look good. IT went to the body shop on a Tuesday, 4 days to paint 2 truck finders.... I think not I think that is laziness from the workers. We WILL NOT be recommend blossom Chevy if you want your vehicle back and updates about the progress. We were promised updates on Tuesdays and Thursdays! We were not given them! HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION! If blossom Chevy had not had treated me so well in the past with my corvette this truck would have gone to another Chevy auto shop. Blossom Chevy has disappointed me heavy in the customer service BESIDES the ladies that answer calls for the collusion center. Thank you ladies for also being amazing and kind to us. And! The people at the enterprise at the collusion center are rude and unprofessional! Especially when it comes to signing rental paperwork. Lady had an attitude because I am on the insurance and she said the man had to sign for it. Unfortunately lady, we both are fully covered on that plan so legally I can sign for the rental. The only other good part was the lady that was filling in the for HR lady inside the dealership itself. She was a sweetheart helped us even get to manger (who was to say being a donkey) But we want to thank her even though we missed her name, for helping us. Sadly we really hope that we never have to return to blossom Chevy for any work ever again or to even buy a car. This experience has ruined every good thing.

    i purschhed a 2020 chevy Trax from blossom in march of 2025 with less then 10,000 miles put on the…read morecar the engine had to be replaced. i do have a warranty on the engine which covered the cost of the engine repair. during the engine repair it was discovered that the oil cooling pan was bad and not cover by warranty i called and spoke to the service manger and explained that this is a premature major failure sumbitted my repair to gm which approved for the repair to be covered 50% i have never had a engine go out on me with-in a year of purchase. i was expressing my concers with the operations manager who thought my circumcisions was funny while on the phone with me. i'm disable and needed something reliable which was discussed with my salesperson I trusted the wrong dealership with my transportation i'm terrified of the

The sales finance Manager Mo was very clear honest and transparent about the car and it's minor issues that it had. I flew in from out of town after speaking to him over the phone and as soon as I arrived on the lot he has the car ready for me to take on an extended test drive. I did and fell in love with the car! Moment of truth was when he ran the financing, no did not run my credit with 10 finance companies to get an approval he ran one federal credit union that got me approved in minutes!!! Boy, was I misled. The salesman I dealt with was Austin Campbell. Initially he seemed like an honest young man however turned out a typical car salesman only interested in making the most money up front with no post sales help. In August of 2025 I purchased a 2018 Porsche Macan. I will not go into any of the negotiations as there wasn't any. "Here's the price" period. I had a friend. I had a friend drive me down to pick it up about 110 miles from my home. About 70 miles into the drive home a warning light and message came on saying the brake pads needed replaced. I emailed the salesman and he said he would check with the service manager. I reached out to a couple of respected dealers in my area and told them my story. All said that to they would do the right thing to maintain customer satisfaction. After much no response from emails and calls I wrote to Austin Campbell and the GM Moe Barham. I was able to find a qualified mechanic to replace the pads for a fair price of $423.70 and requested reimbursement for this. No response received from either addressee. All and all a very bad experience and much respect lost of this dealership, Barham family and Austin Campbell. Pleas note that I refrained from writing this review for quite a number of weeks giving the dealership time to respond and do the right thing. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER.

    I was in search for a new car and found my new (to me) 2016 Audi Q5 Premium Plus trim with only 75k…read moremiles on it for what I felt like was a good price. There pricing was straight forward with no dealership fees other than doc fees, which I appreciated. While I was in the shop, I worked with Arein who was very knowledgeable about all cars, but especially Audi/Volkswagen. He had some great tips and insight into them. They allowed me to put a deposit down to hold the car and I came back the next day to close the deal. I made my offer and he went to bat for me to get a deal done. There wasn't enough time to detail the car, so they allowed me to come back a week later to get it detailed. I took my car to get serviced at Audi and they said the car was in great condition. I'm very happy with my purchase and recommend working with Arein if you're in the market for a vehicle. Thanks, Arein and Carmel Motors for my new (to me) vehicle.

Not only are the cars they sell lemons, but the way they treat customers is completely unprofessional and disrespectful. I bought a vehicle from them in October 2024. Within 2 days I got an airbag malfunction warning. That issue was never fixed, and I was brushed off every time I brought it up -- which is unacceptable considering airbags are a major safety issue. A few months later I got a coolant warning, and soon after the car began overheating. When I took it to a mechanic, I was told the vehicle had stop leak poured into the system, so much that they couldn't even properly diagnose the problem until it was flushed out -- costing me over $300. I never put stop leak in my car. The dealership kept my car for over a month, going days at a time without any communication or updates. After finally getting it back, they claimed they cleaned out the stop leak and replaced the thermostat. The overheating stopped temporarily, but again -- the airbag malfunction was still not repaired. Now I'm dealing with an oil leak and the coolant warning again, meaning the problems are continuing. The customer service is just as bad as the cars. When I tried to address issues that were not fixed after multiple visits, TIM HUGHES (a manager) was beyond rude -- he laughed in my face when I told him one of the issues still wasn't repaired and acted like I was stupid for even bringing it up. When I later tried to speak with the GM, MICHAEL SPURGIN was extremely rude, dismissed me, and even hung up on me. Another employee, Erica, also hung up on me. The staff refuses to provide any contact information for the owner/president of the company. This entire dealership is unprofessional, irresponsible, and clearly sells vehicles with serious issues. I would strongly warn anyone considering buying from them: DON'T DO IT!
