I bought a fun Mini S new from DR in 2015 and have had all necessary work performed here. I have found the two service advisors (Alex and Elijah) both professional, honest and they keep me updated on the service time as well as offering alternate transportation as needed. I've had loaners as well as rental cars (via the Enterprise which is located directly behind the dealership) provided at no charge when needed. The waiting area is comfortable with good WiFi. There is also a nice complimentary snack/coffee/drink bar available with Starbucks coffee and tea to brew in a Keurig-style machine. I will note that my car has been under warranty for all work performed. I did elect to buy the extended warranty, as well as tire/wheel insurance. For those people who are naysayers, I've had 3 tires replaced (run flats can't be repaired-and should I even mention IN roads?), a complete brake job, all oil changes/fluids/windshield wipers at no charge. I've essentially spent no money on any maintenance since I bought the car 5 years ago. I found both purchases to be a great value compared to the overall additional cost upfront. Thanks, DR! I still love my Mini.

Dog friendly, attentive and awesome customer care!

Another awesome experience! I've fallen in love with mini and the lease on my 2016 Mini Countryman was recently coming to an end. I was contacted by Jim Barth with plenty of time to consider all my end of lease options. He worked with me to make the process smooth (in the midst of a cross-country move) and enjoyable. When there was a hiccup, he and his team went out of their way to ensure it was resolved quickly and that I was in the new mini I loved. As an added bonus, they're dog lovers and ensured my pups had as good of an experience as I did! If you're looking for an awesome vehicle, backed by a team of people who believe in their product and care about their customers, this is a great fit for you!

Amazing experience all around! My current lease is up in about a month so we've been researching and looking at a few different cars the past few weeks. I went solo to D&R last Saturday to test drive the Countryman S ALL4 and was very clear up front it was only to keep it as an option or rule it out but that I would not be purchasing anything that day. After a fantastic test drive with John Park, he gave me only the basic numbers I requested and his contact info. ZERO PRESSURE! He let me know that if the Mini were to remain "in the running" to just text him to let him know and he'd see what he could get done throughout the week via text so we wouldn't be at the dealership for hours on a weekend (something nobody wants! Haha!). My husband went in on Thursday to test drive it as well and gather a few more figures. He had a great experience as well and said he felt zero pressure from anyone there. We decided it was the car and dealership for us and went in today to pick it up! John was (again) as fantastic as could be! Super friendly, helpful, honest, no BS, and no pressure from him or anyone there. We met with Jim Barth to finalize deal, and last but not least, a stop in Kevin Lawton's office to make the papers all official! All three were a pleasure to work with! Genuine conversation and pleasantries, no "sales person fakery/BS" going on with this team! My new baby (Maximus) is happy in my garage and I'm so grateful for the awesome team at D&R Mini! Also comes with amazing perks like loaner cars and home pick up options if you need service and all oil changes and service fixes are included!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Elijah just takes my keys asks me about my day and smiles when I ask "what's the catch" when he hands me a car to a loaner and sends me on my way.

I have had my electric vehicle serviced here since I bought it new. Recently, I brought it to them for a rear drive oil change (yes, EVs need oil changes - just different ones). Brought my own oil from Kia since Hyundai synthetic oil is insanely expensive right now per quart. They got it done as fast as possible, charged me for the drain and fill, and didn't wash my car since I requested them not to. For a dealer, I think that's pretty good service.

My husband's new Hyundai Sonata's keys completely stopped functioning on December 30th. We had the vehicle towed to Napleton as it's the closest Hyundai dealership to our house. It is now February 6th and our whole experience has been a nightmare. They've had the car for over a month and we consistently cannot get a hold of the service department. We're often told we will receive a call back, but then never do. Showing up in person, the customer service is not much better and we have spent hours at the service department waiting on them. We've been given dates that the car would be finished twice now. And twice those dates have come and gone and the car is still in their shop. The last two updates we have received are directly in conflict with each other, which tells me that they either don't know what they're doing or they are lying to us. Two days ago they had the car "on the skates" but didn't have time to get to it. Today, they "can't get the car on the skates" because of the location and the snow? It's starting to feel like they are holding our car hostage and without any real explanation. If we can manage to get our car back, we will not be returning.

After doing PPI, there were some minor issues with the car which they rectified ahead of sale. Marcus from the service department stayed on top of everything and made sure I was taken care of. The only reason for 4 stars is that there was a small hiccup with the financing fee that took a bit of time to resolve, but the dealership manager was very professional and made it right without hesitation, which I appreciate. Overall, very pleased with my experience here and happy with the car. I'll bring my business back here when it's time for a new car.

They brought up a TLX no all wheel drive with this inclement weather on top of it and basically told me oh well they can promise a suv loaner. I worked as a service manager and business development manager in ca for 10 years so I know the business. You can absolutely hold a car for a person who needs a certain car you just have to care and do a little work. On top of that I've call service several times left a message for the service manager and was on hold for her as well with no call back for several hours! I finally called and left a message for the GM, when I got home someone else's key was In my cup holder? I called service they would just pick up put the call on hold several times so idk. If they would call back or pick up the would know I have someone else's key. I'm sure they are looking for it because there is a car they can't move! I have a full day and can't bring the key 35 min out of my way again but I've tried all morning to get ahold of them and let them know. If youre looking for good service or people that even care this is NOT the place. They do the bare minimum and even that's pushing it! GO ELSEWHERE

Nissan was great about texting me and letting me know if I needed anything to let them know. They had a nice big TV in the customer waiting area with free water and free Starbucks, coffee. The dealership was clean and everyone was really friendly. While I was there, I even got a text about an offer on my current Nissan and its trade-in value. When I entered and drove through into the service bay, the cameras captured my undercarriage, which I thought was very cool and the amazing inspection I received on my rogue was really cool. It was a very thorough inspection and they rotated my tires and washed my car I would definitely come back to this dealership versus the one that is closer to my house. Not only has it RUINED our driveway but i waited for 6 hours (had a sitter watch my baby) for the service department to look at my car to tell me my oil pan was leaking and ended up sending me home in a rental due to needing the sealant to dry. Got it back and noticed it was still leaking oil brought it back at 5,000 miles. We also noticed my engine cover was missing, when asked about it we were told there was not one on the car. Which wouldn't be an issue if we knew for a fact it was there before my car was worked on for the oil leaks. There engine has the mounts on for the cover but you can clearly tell that there has been a cover installed due to scuffs on it. Why would there even be mounts in my car if there wasn't an engine cover? You also can clearly tell there was a cover but now there isn't? After spending over 60k on a brand new car i am VERY dissatisfied with the way Tom Wood Nissan has treated us I just received my car back since being worked on for the 2nd time and my whole bottom of the car is CAKED in oil. And it appears it is still leaking oil. There hasn't been any attempts to make any of this right after spending more time at the dealership than actually enjoying my car. Don't waste your time or money!

Upon a small google search, I saw that VW offered a foreign professional scheme meant for new immigrants to the US. We walked in on Saturday morning and was greeted by the entire team at the door, Fernando was the one who took us over to the desk. He was diligent, efficient and just an absolute pleasure to work with. He kept constant communication, told us exactly what docs we needed for this scheme. Over the following days, we kept in constant contact via phone and email with Fernando and we finally came in today, 4 days later, and signed everything and are ready to go. As newbies to the US, the credit and car situation was very stressful and difficult to deal with however Fernando managed our expectations right from the get go. He is a total asset to the team and I can't wait to come back in the future. Thank you to the team at VW and especially Fernando Ortega.

When I went in to buy my car back in October, they kept my keys from me even after I repeatedly asked for them back so I could leave. I was stuck there for hours. Every time I said I was done, the salesperson would disappear "finding a better deal," yet every new offer made less sense than the last. I even had a written trade-in offer $5,000 higher than what they offered me, and they still refused to honor their posted sign that says they'll beat other offers by $500. They claimed it only applied "up to a point." Then they added a $3,000 package to the car I never asked for and wasn't told I could decline. The car listed around $28k turned into over $31k after I finally got the paperwork. Fast forward to service: I was told (twice!) that my first oil change would be free, even with my non-VW car. But when the car was dropped off, I got a call saying it would be $139. Suddenly no one remembered saying it was free. The lady checking out even told me to call the GM because what was happening "wasn't right." This entire business feels like a bad joke. The pressure, the lack of transparency, the broken promises something has to change. Please be careful if you go here.
